I had a great experience with this technician. He was very courteous and of course knows his trade as being a plumber. He discovered something that I did not expect such as my water heater that I brought in 2021 needs to be replaced because of water Leaking in the wrong part of the water heater. He also unclogged a sink that has bothered me for years. We need people that put their compassion and skills and work into a company. Best HOME SERVICES has redeemed themselves with me and I will continue to use them.

Carlos as an employee of Best Home Services is unusually excellent … and a credit to his company. I have 2 heating systems, 2 air-conditioning systems, plus hot water…. all run by gas and electricity. Interconnected and involved.My heat did not work in zone 2, first floor.Carlos worked with me the owner, is excellent with people. And clearly is top notch in his skills. Put on booties, with heavy awkward ladders on the second floor to the attic through the ceiling, was super careful in my home. And diagnosed the issue quickly. Translated: he knows his business. I usually don’t do these appraisals but in my repair case he certainly deserved high recognition. And the company’s awareness of an unusually intelligent, top notch employee.Ken 1/6/2025

This is my second amazing experience with Best, but only my first experience with Dorian, who performed a thorough maintenance on my aging AC unit. He is super knowledgeable, friendly, eager to explain the issues while I watched, and answered all of my questions without making me feel like I was in the way.He’s a perfect gentleman and honest. At the end of the service call, I offered to buy him lunch and he graciously declined, stating that it was against company policy to accept gratuity from clients! Ryan is the BEST! I am so happy with the work he did. The former home owner concreted the outdoor clean out for the plumbing and my entire house had clogged pipes. The only clean out was on the roof so he put a new one at ground level and it looks wonderful. He was meticulous with the concrete work. All my drains are jetted and everything works great. Derrick was very thorough in helping me with my water issues. He took his time and inspected various areas in the house that were affected due to a water heater problem. He provided several options, documented everything and explained the process. The issue was easily resolved finally for the first time in a long time.Austin from the AC department was also very good. Had a great experience with Best Home Services! Technician was awesome and super knowledgeable. He might have fallen in love with my dog but most people do. Hot water tank gave out late at night. They were there first thing in the morning. Replaced it with a beast of a tank. My water gets hot now in just a few seconds. Will definitely work with them again.

Updated 10/24 - Richard came back today with the part that needed to be ordered. He finished the job and explained how to switch to generator when needed. Very happy with all the work that Best did. Im hoping I dont need to call them any time soon, but I know they will get everything taken care of if I need them.Updated 10/19- Richard Shaw was our electrician today and did a phenomenal job at getting everything working correctly again. Jay Baker came out again and got our water heater installed quickly.10/14 -Jay Baker was our plumbing tech and Richard Aponte was our electrician tech. Both were very knowledgeable and gave us all information we needed to make an informed decision. Highly recommend Best Home Services!

I call these guys for a leak in my main waterline. Alex came the same day. It was a major issue and he worked to after dark to get me fixed. Xavier was great. He did a thorough check of our unit, taking all the covers off in the process. Tested multiple areas inside and out. He explained things as he was going. I was having trouble getting a replacement air filter installed. He checked the manufacturers specs and saw the filter size written on the equipment was wrong and got the right size for me. He showed me how to get the filter in and worked hard to get it just right. He was cordial throughout the visit -- a great asset for Best Home Services.

First off, Best Home was available to come to my house right away. No waiting days for someone to come out. They sent a text saying when Ryan (my technician) was on his way. Ryan called me and asked me to explain the issues I was having at my home. When he arrived he was super polite, very professional, even made friends with my dog. Ryan explained what he was going to do and was completely up front about the situation that we had. He was able to fix the clogged pipes. He even gave me a lesson on the layout of the pipes and where they ran. Super knowledgeable. I am super impressed. 10/10 would recommend this company.

We had an emergency plumbing problem today and one call and 90 minutes later Bo helped with a temporary fix and all the information necessary to finish the job better than before. He was professional, friendly and put our minds at ease.The next day Cody and his co-worker whose name eludes me unfortunately, returned to perform the repairs. They were done on time and in the amount of time relayed to us. They were friendly, professional, and thorough as well. They helped us to understand the problem and why they needed to proceed as they did, even fixing things that weren’t done correctly in the past with a different company. They assured us of their warranty and that we should have no problem with this issue returning. Very pleasant experience and we are very pleased with the outcome.

Our neighbors suggested this company and Im glad they did. They came out the next morning after our AC went out to put in a new unit and air handler. Showed up on time and were super friendly. Even cleaned up after themselves and left the garage cleaner than when they got there. They seemed honest and were very professional. We paid extra for the 10 year warranty and service plan. Would highly recommend this company for service in Cape Coral. If you need financing, that process took about 5-10 minutes. Easy enough and the interest rate wasnt terrible.

We had a pipe burst, when got home. We evacuated because of Hurricane Milton, when got home, that was when we had no water. Tring to find someone to help us at 8pm was hard. Robert Moore, showed up at 11 pm and fixed the pipe. He was very nice and professional. Robert drove from Cape Coral to Avon Park, that is about 1 1/2 hour drive. We plan on him coming out to do some more things for us. People complain about the price, but I believe if you get a cheaper price you a cheaper repair job. Incredible company, knowledgeable technicians -- he had it back up in 5 minutes since it was just a clogged filter but figured it out right away my last company would have charged me $1000 just for the callLeaving this review so far as the job is not yet complete - Sean was a great technician, very knowledgeable and experienced. We had been working with another HVAC company for nearly a decade that the treatment Sean gave us was welcomed and very unexpected. We need the entire over/under unit replaced and not only could they do it, they set it up for the next day! The last place Ive been waiting for over a week just to get a quote on a new unit! Best decision I ever made was calling Best Home Services today....

Our air conditioner stopped working late on the Friday evening of Labor Day weekend. Carlos came to the house at 11 o’clock that evening and found he did not have the correct part on the truck. He spent all day Saturday tracking it down and fixed it for us so we did not have to wait for them to order it on Tuesday after the holiday. Daniel arrived at my home on time , He explained what he thought was going on with the unit he did all his checks and calculation and found a restriction on the coil side of the air handler. he fixed it and stayed to make sure it was running good. It seem that the problem has been repaired and cooling properly, at the end of his visit he went over his additional recommendations with me and left, he was very friendly professional and knowledgeable

Paul was absolutely amazing! He was prompt, professional, on time (at 9:00pm). Respectful of our home and belongings. When he first arrived, we thought the problem may have been addressed and felt bad wasting his time, however Paul wouldnt take no for an answer and insisted that he just give things a look anyway. Its a great thing he followed his instincts because he saved us from a HUGE problem! He took the time at 10pm at night and was willing to crawl into our attic and was able to diagnose that due to some prior improper fixes by someone else from Better Homes, there was a serious issue that would have potentially caused a leak in our ceiling that could have gone on all night and potentially collapsed our ceiling. Lucky for us he took the time to care. I cannot say enough good things about this young man. Best Home Services is lucky to have Paul on their team! From the inception there has been a series of errors that were never addressed. The unit was underpowered to start with. This debacle was ended by installing a completely new system by a different company. Too bad it cost so much money to learn that Best is the Worst.

We had a power outage late night July 4th and Jordan responded quickly and was at the job site until after midnight to resolve the issue. He also came back out the following morning to finalize the repair details and to make sure all was repaired. He went went well above & beyond what I think most would have done to help reslove the issue. Thank you again Jordan!
