    The company kept me advised about where the plumbing professional was relative to my own location. In other words, great first impression with the dispatcher. When he arrived the, plumber was very professional and helpful in explaining the situation. It was pouring rain and we were both sopping wet, but he was upbeat the whole time. It turns out that the situation will take at least one more lengthy visit (tree roots) to resolve, but I feel I am being competently served, which has eased my anxiety considerably. I found this company through a neighbor and will be happy to recommend them to others.

    The team at PlumbV is outstanding! They responded quickly to my needs as we had an emergency in My Home and made us a priority. Everyone I worked with was very patient explaining the details to me of what we needed to do to solve the leak we had in our pipes. As you might imagine a leak within a wall is an incredibly stressful event and this team handled it like pros.     I had problems with the handle of my shower and a leaking shower head. The PlumbV plumber was great. He also discovered that the handle of the main shut-off valve was leaking, corroded, and no longer working. This was replaced. He also found the outdoor shut-off (buried under rocks!). Goodness, if these problems hadnā€™t been resolved, I could have been in big trouble down the road, with no way to turn off the water if a major leak occurred. Thank you PlumbV for your work.

    Jordan was great! We have an older house with older plumbing and they donā€™t carry the parts. Jordan was able to stop all of our faucets from leaking and got the knobs on the showers to turn again

    Plumb V is a wonderful business. They always respond quickly to our need for service. They found a unique solution for our need for more hot water a year and a half ago and coordinated the work with their recommended electrician, solving the problem. After the warranty flushing of the system this next year, there was residual debris elsewhere in the house in a faucet line, causing the pressure to the hot water to be weak to nonexistent. When we called them after trying to figure out the cause ourselves, they came out and said the flushing had cased the debris, cleaned it, and did not charge us as they acknowledge they had inadvertently caused the problem. What a first class act! Shout out to Jordan, the personable, effective, and efficient technician. We highly recommend Plumb V for all your plumbing needs!

    I was replacing the fill valve inside my toilet and noticed that the shut-off valve on the wall was leaking. I dont have the tools or knowledge (or desire) to fix that, so I started calling plumbers. Several had no one available until after the weekend, but PlumbV sent Jordan immediately. Courteous, friendly, helpful, efficient. Jordan was in and out in less than an hour and left me with a perfectly functioning toilet. Thank you, PlumbV. Ill be calling you again.

    PlumbV is a wonderful company! They always provide the best and timely help. Great service always, thank you! Technician Tracy Durham cares about the quality of his work and his customers! Keith was great about getting an emergency plumbing/sewage problem handled quickly and efficiently. Raji was wonderful in diagnosing the garbage disposal problem as well as anticipating our future needs to items that will eventually need to be repaired and brought up to code. Andrew Popescu did a terrific job putting in a brand new outdoor faucet through concrete and installing a new water pressure reducing valve. Jordan did a thorough job taking care of slow drain and toilet and making sure that the pipes were working properly, he also did a great job installing a new faucet in our rental unit. Fabian snaked a toilet that was clogged by baby wipes during the holidays, yikes! He explained the procedure and pricing very clearly so we understood all the options. Fabian was very respectful and professional! The entire staff is so kind, polite and knowledgeable. Iā€™m very pleased and I highly recommend this company and the technicians that have helped us over the years!

    Plumbv saved the day! Tragedy always seems to happen when I have company over for the holidays. They were here within a couple hours the evening before Thanksgiving with a new waterheater and were still reasonably priced. Their employees Keith and Desmond were very nice and did a great job too.     Had a fairly minor issue pop up with a water heater and needed some service. Messaged the company and recieved a call back within a couple of hours. Much faster than Id have expected. The issue wasnt an emergency but they still managed to schedule me very quickly for the next day. Tech called and showed up early in the appointment window (also fairly unheard of these days) and was absolutely fantastic about listening to what I said about what was going on and what I wanted done. The lady st the office that made my appointment and the technician both were very friendly and accommodating. The service, for what was done WAS a bit on the expensive side for what I would have expected, but not nearly as over the top as many companies these days. Given the prompt service, the friendly demeanor, and the willingness to listen to the customer (all things you dont tend to see much these days) Im not going to complain. The work was quick and done exactly the way I had requested and the tech was fantastic about making sure he didnt make or leave any mess behind. I would have no issues based upon this experience of recommending these guys to others.

    PlumbV was super responsive and professional. The assessor, Philip came to our house and went up to the attic with us, explained the situation with our gas lines and even took a look at our HVAC and made us recommendations. They were transparent about which parts of the work we could do ourselves and which they would send us a quote for. We received the quote shortly after and the price was very digestible! We will definitely be using them in the future.

Calieb was my serviceman and he was able to quickly diagnose why my toilet was leaking. He fixed the issue and explained to me what was going on every step of the way.     The service was done quickly and effectively. They were able to look at the problem and fix it in the same day. While price was a little high for a good fix, there were options for a quick fix (~$400) or long term solution (~$1500). I was also made awear of any issues that could arise as they were unable to enter the house.     I am writing this review specifically regarding Desmond Green. I had a leak in my commode and PlumbV sent to guys. They couldnt find the leak...they left....it leaked the next day and about every other day for about 2 weeks. I took pictures. I called again and they sent Desmond Green.     I woke up early this morning to a surprise water leak in my home. After attempting to contact several plumbers who purportedly provided emergency service in the area, PlumbV was the one that responded. To be honest, I would have been happy with literally any plumber at that point I was at, but I was pleasantly surprised with the experience I ended up having.I wish I remembered the name of the coordinator that I spoke with, but Im eternally thankful. While PlumbV is certainly not the cheapest plumber Ive worked with in the past ($69 trip charge which was rolled into the work + $300 surcharge for emergency service just to get onsite), the coordinator who worked with me was great at answering all of my questions, especially as I catastrophized a bit about how if this plumbing issue could turn into a major issue, having already spent a considerable amount this year on a water line repair. They were great with me though, and I totally appreciated it.Raji showed up promptly, and worked with me as we worked to trace the source of the water. Im not a plumber, but I can collect data points and look for trends, and both Raji and the service coordinator were happy to listen to me, and thankful for the thoroughness of the data I collected. Somewhat fortunately, the issue turned out not to be a plumbing issue per se, but a HVAC issue (heat exchanger drip pan line was clogged). However, during my early morning investigations, it turned out I discovered a potential for disaster in the future, which Raji was more than willing to assist with. Given the age of the home and the polybutylene piping throughout it, he also recommended we do a little additional work with adding an expansion tank to try and mitigate future issues before they happen with this absolutely fantastic product of plumbing. Raji was more than happy to help me understand the situations we had going on, and spoke to me on my level.I didnt just receive excellent service on a weekend when folks would rather be spending time with family and friends or relaxing from a long week instead of calling clients and splicing pipes. I learned a lot, and I feel like instead of just a service provider, I have a new partner for my plumbing needs.

    Plumbv recently replaced our water heater, I was in a flat out panic looking for someone to replace it for us. I called Plumbv and spoke to Alexis. She was amazing!!     This is the second time PlumbV has come out for a plumbing job. Both experiences have been very good, and the issues resolved. Gregory, the plumber who came out today, was courteous, careful, and thorough. The problem we were having this time was a complicated one (in an older house with an addition done by a previous owner...), and he methodically worked through solutions from easy to harder until he was able to diagnose and solve our problem. If (or I should probably say when) we need a plumber for other issues, I would call them again, and be happy if Gregory was assigned to the job!

    My house is a little older and when installing a new drop arm the old piece broke off. Neil came out before his service window time (which I always appreciate), explained my options, the process for each, as well as the cost. He was in and out in 40 minutes and did an amazing job! PlumbV is still my #1 go to plumber!

    PlumbV was recommended by my neighbor when my usual plumber would not return our messages. The service and prompt and very friendly. Ken diagnosed the problem with our hot water heater and had it fixed quickly. The fee seemed very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

    Neil, and PlumbV provided quick, excellent service in repairing a leak under my kitchen sink. Following my frantic call, PlumbV was able to squeeze me in the next day! Neil arrived on time and fixed the issue quickly. Although a temporary fix due to having to custom order a part, Neil was upfront with cost for an immediate fix that I desperately needed. Neil also wore a mask during the entire visit, for anyone concerned with their safety measures. Thanks PlumbV, and Neil!

    Great team and great communicators! Theyll send texts when their tech is on the way and you can track them via a web link. Also, they take photos to document issues during their quotes, so your exact problem is clearly explained to the repairman. Also have a lot of expertise with remodeling projects to make your space beautiful. Always go above and beyond!

    PlumbV sent out the service tech - Todd - promptly. He diagnosed the problem, did what he could till the parts were obtained (under warranty) and them came back promptly and finished the job. Todd was efficient, friendly and helpful. I would definitely call them again - and request Todd.
