Highly remommended by this homeowner! Quick to respond and communicated well. Office staff and crew were knowledgeable and professional and great to work with. Four-person crew provided Hydro-jet service to clean our leach field lines, cleared blockages, and restored the flow to our 25-year-old drain field in one afternoon. Cost of the job was 1/3 of what another company proposed. Rooter-Man also did not pressure us into adding more services like some companies do. They did the job we needed them to do and did it well and at a price we could live with. Will definitely use them again.

On time, diagnosed problem quickly, repaired quickly, had all necessary supplies on hand. This particular repair involved replacing existing copper water supply lines to downstairs bathroom. Cold water feed had developed a small leak. Everyone agreed retrofitting the supply lines (abandoning the existing copper pipes in the crawlspace and wall and replacing with Pex supply lines) was the logical way to go. Plumbers also replaced all of the supply lines and the shut off valves for hot/cold water under sink in the vanity at the same time, so everything was up-to-date. Repairs were completed in about1 1/2 hours. Leak tests were done in the crawlspace as well as under the sink. Plumbers cleaned up all areas prior to leaving. I am always impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the plumbers and technicians at Rooterman. I would highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough great things about this company. We just moved into our home 2 months ago. Right before Thanksgiving, our grinder pump stopped working correctly. We were in a panic and found this company online. I gave them a call late in the evening expecting to get an answering machine. To my surprise, the owner of the company picked up. Whats more, even though I could tell he clearly was with his family, he spoke to me for at least half an hour to get all the information from me. Without me even asking, he said well, we have to get you ready for the holidays, so I will get some stuff moved around so we can come out and see you first thing. His guys did in fact come first thing. They cleaned everything out, got the pump working. and ran simple diagnostics. They could not figure out what caused the problem, so the owner said you are good for now, but I will be by tomorrow to make sure we figure it out so you wont have more problems down the road. They came back the next day, with the owner, spent a few more HOURS on it, figured out the problem, showed us everything and explained it all, fixed the issue, gave us peace of mind, saved Thanksgiving, and gave us a reasonable bill for all their hard work. No plumbing company has ever made us feel more valued as a customer, and this was our first time calling them. If you have a plumbing issue, call Steve. He will get you right, quickly, and at a fair price.

The true digging and problem solving to finally figure out the tree roots were clogging the stoppage and now no more water in my lines!!
