It was 9pm when we developed a severe leak at our pressure tank that left us without water, I posted an online description of our issue to Benjamin Franklin expecting that we might hear from them the next day (you never know if these online forms are being monitored?) and surprisingly had a call within minutes to schedule an appointment for the next day. They arrived promptly as scheduled, quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within a couple of hours. They were courteous, friendly, professional, and efficient. Highly recommended and we wont hesitate to call them again!

These guys were incredible. Weve been looking for a good plumber for our older home in Carrboro. Zack and John were polite, on time, and super knowledgeable about the weird problems we were having with our water heater. The heater is getting up there in age and they were very informative about the best options and werent immediately pushing me to replace it like some others weve dealt with. Everyone from beginning to end was polite, professional, and helpful. They are definitely my go to plumber in Carrboro!

These folks rock! Super fast reliable service for a toilet that would not stop running. I was worried it would get worse if it wasn’t fixed ASAP. They came the same day and fixed it and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them!
