We were selling our house and the sewer line needed repair before we could close. R N Fitch explained to us the repairs required to meet the standards of the local water authority.They got us an estimate the next day and completed the work a few days later. They also handled arranging with the water authority to inspect and approve the completed project before the trench was backfilled.The level of service and professionalism of Sean and this crew were invaluable to us since we had already moved out of state.I highly recommend R N Fitch.

Our furnace gave up the ghost during 0 degree weather. I contact RN Fitch and they found me a steam boiler and had it installed within 2 days. It is a beautiful clean installation and we couldn’t be happier. Installers were professional and pleasant. They answered all our questions. What an awesome experience. Thank you RN Fitch. I’ve used them for pluming and hvac. Brad the plumber always goes out of his way to show me what is wrong and if necessary runs and gets the replacement parts. Zell came out and fixed our hvac when it was down during a heatwave. I’ve always gotten same day service and the technicians are extremely polite and nice to deal with. Pricing is also very fair.

First off Id like to say how courtesy and responsive R. N. Fitch & Sons are when our Hot water heater blew and needed to be replaced. They answered me on Sunday and replaced it first thing Monday morning.They answered all my questions we had with water heaters which made our decision easy. Also the guys that were here to do the work did a fantastic job. Id recommend this company for all my plumbing needs!

Thank you to R. N. Fitch and Sons for your friendly, competent, and professional sales and installation team. We had two mini-split Heat and AC units installed. Zell, Collin, and Bob were here for two days and Sean checked in several times to answer any questions, The team worked well together and managed indoor (three floors) and outside work in a very timely manner. We had a Flooded basement that took out our heat and hot water systems. The team from finch started working on the problem the minute I called. They were at the house that day. I recently purchased a property with a well that hadnt functioned properly in several years. Records werent available that even included the wells location!I called several local companies, then RN Fitch. The team was extremely professional! They responded with lightning speed. They surveyed with tools, located the well, and within a day of locating it, they replaced the pump, repaired the lines, shocked the system and corrected my issues. Within the past month I have had two major situations with my home. Well pump followed by furnace. In both cases RN Fitch responded in a timely manner, completed estimates for the work, and Sean the owner was available for questions regarding the work. They arrived at the time stated and completed the work right about when they estimated. Friendly and knowledgeable service professionals. I highly recommend RN Fitch for your HVAC and plumbing needs. You will be extremely satisfied.

I had a leak in a copper pipe. I called Sean (the owner)about 10:30am, he was very professional. Sean had Ed here by 3pm. Ed came in, I showed him the issue and he went right to work & replaced the pipe very quickly & efficiently. Did a great job! Talking to Ed he’s been doing plumbing for over 30 years and it shows. They responded the same day, both were professional, gentlemen & nice guys. Based on my experience I would recommend them to my friends & family. Your efforts were sincerely appreciated.

Deep well water pump burned out due to loss of water in the well due to drought conditions. The two men sent to pull the pump and replace it were clearly specialists in the process. They were friendly and professional throughout. I was beyond satisfied with both workers and with the office and their helpfulness to get the service scheduled quickly.

This old house was saved last week by Sean McGrath and Fitch & Sons. I cant thank them enough. What a relief it is to find guys who honestly know what they are doing -- and actually do it!! And, who are not intimidated by a cellar thats almost 100 years old and a leaking well jet pump thats close to 45 years old. As if thats not enough -- they had the metal part they needed to fix the leak right there on the truck! I had a lot of damage due to a frozen pipe which caused the well pump to burn up. It was a really big job that didn’t take this company long to repair. They responded in less than an hour, we moved into our new home when Covid started. Water heater died within a month, and had a hard time finding anyone that cared. A friend recommended RNFitch, he called us back within an hour and was at our home the the next day. Truly a company with a heart. We live in Mt. Top they are from Dallas they aren’t even in our general area. Very professional came in with masks and were in and out, cleaned area. Won’t hesitate to call them for any future needs.

Just as the weather started to get cold, our water heater decided to stop working. RN Fitch was recommended by a friend, and I am so glad that I called. He was at our house that day to install a new water heater. They were professional, timely, and very helpful. They arrived in masks and left the area very tidy. I will definitely call them for anything else in the future and I suggest that everyone else does as well!
