Taylor Boatright came out first thing this morning after we called in last night with a water leakage concern. He was courteous, professional and extremely thorough in his assessment of our issue. We live in an older home, with old plumbing, and though what he had to tell us was not what we wanted to hear, we feel he was to the point and offered some options to consider in having work done. Were pleased with the attention and care that that Public Service Plumbers has shown, and would highly recommend them.

Kyle and Nate came to the rescue on short notice at the end of a work day! Our system was backing up- and they quickly diagnosed the problem and used a camera to confirm the sewer line status. Would not have thought of condensate build up- but there it was. They worked well together and restored our service. Nate and Kyle were very good at explaining what they were doing and my options. Very professional! They could have put off the cleaning of the line until another day- but kindly stayed and performed the work so we could use all our plumbing without worry. We appreciated them staying and helping us. Would recommend this team!

He is very thorough in explaining the service and replacement parts for my hot water heater and leak, so you understand the process and cost. Unbelievably great service! I had a slow drain in a bathroom sink. Kyle was very courteous and professional. He worked on the problem for a while and called me in to show me all was completed. He started cleaning up and decided for some reason to check it again-it was not up to his satisfaction so he set up and started again. Worked another 30 minutes, checked again and showed me a successful completion. Truly appreciate your tenacity Kyle.

We had some drainage issues at our house, and after Public Service Plumbers cleared the issue, they recommended that Nate come out to camera our drain pipes and ensure there werent any structural issues with our cast iron. Nate was very friendly. He did a great job walking us through the process, explaining how cast iron ages, and providing solutions to prolong the useful life of our cast iron pipes. He even showed us some of the videos…all I have to say is wow!! We are going forward with some improvements that Nate recommended. Thank you, Nate and Public Service Plumbers!

Man that kid Is a Rockstar!!!! He just left. Hope he gets to go home after helping me out. I had a stroke July 20th and am out of work. And I have to go to therapy the rest of the week from 7:30 to 5 and every week day after that for 3 weeks. I was only home today because I had a doctors appointment. Was surprised they got here as early as they did since I called this morning and was told they wouldnt make it until tomorrow. So being able to flush my toilet and take a shower in the morning is amazing. Aaron was also a big help in all of this!

Clint was very knowledgeable. We had a leak in one of our washer valves and we assumed it needed to be replaced, and after the recent storm we have been cleaned out and are barely able to make it. Clint could’ve just done the work that we thought we needed but which would’ve really broken us financially. But he had the integrity to show us that it was simply the hose wasn’t tightened. He Saved us a lot of money and educated us with some tips for the future if little things like this happen again. Competent, honest and professional. It was after hours and my sewer was backed up. I didn’t have any usable bathrooms. Clint showed up at 8:30 PM and immediately went to work. He was courteous, respectful, and professional. I asked him how far he had to drive. He said 45 minutes and he was happy to be here to get me fixed up. What a breath of fresh air to have this type of customer service especially after hours. We had a leak behind our dishwasher right before leaving town. This business was very accommodating in sending a tech out to assess our problem. The work cannot be finished in one day, because a carpenter needs to be involved, but we will be using the tech, Taylor, sent by Public Service Plumbers to complete the job of replacing a corroded copper drain pipe in about a week. Taylor did a fine job of explaining the problem to us over the phone, while we were away.Today we needed a toilet seat switched out because it had developed a weird, loud squeak. Clint was punctual and pleasant and did the job quickly.

Sept 2024. Troy and Kyle cane out to unclog several drains. They are such great professionals. Did a great job and got everything fixed. Perhaps more importantly, they were so careful. Every time Troy made a move, he looked in all directions to make sure that his tools did not hit anything in our house. They came in, they did the work, they fixed the problems, they cleaned up, and they left without any damage or scratches or anything else… And that is unusual! My service call was for a leaking shower and a faulty toilet handle, but when Troy and Taylor arrived, they did a thorough review of the faucets, toilets and water heater assembly. Troy noticed that the pressure and temperature line to the water heater in a cramped space was using pipes hooked together at right angles. We had a leak under a faucet in the master bathroom around the piece where the water lines come in. The cause was a bad gasket. The cold water shut off was also leaking if it wasn’t completely open.
