Wonderful experience this week! Came the same day I called for garbage disposal not functioning! Sent me an email and text message with name and photo of technician arriving and arrival date/time. Then I got a call when the tech was near the house. (Who does this?!!! I LOVE THIS!) Fixed the garbage disposal within 10 minutes (a dime had somehow gotten in it and stopped it!).I asked about replacing the faucet in the kitchen (which did not retract anymore and had issues changing from spray to steady stream) and bathroom where the mechanism for the plug was hitting the backsplash. Tim found the perfect faucets to replace and IMPROVE on what was there before. He listened to what I liked and didn’t like about each and found faucets that met all my wishes and they look great. Within a week I had all of this completed! (I would have had it done in two days if I hadn’t been so picky about wanting a white faucet for the kitchen which took a few days to order and get it in.)All this to say that 5 stars is not enough! Everything about this experience was great and I highly recommend them. Tim was GREAT!!!

The technicians, especially Terry and Austin, that came and worked on replacing our drain pipes at our home did an excellent job. We had some extra issues that required them to have to go further than they originally planned, but they talked with us every step of the way and helped us to understand what was needed and why. They were very careful with our home and the things in it and Austin spent some serious time on his hands and knees cleaning our floors when the rest of the work was all done. The whole team were very nice, professional and did a great job fixing all the issues our old drain pipes had caused and replacing them with new. Tony, the project manager, had helped us with the job from beginning to end. We will continue to use and recommend these guys in the future!

We had a water leak issue right after the main water supply shut-off valve which required digging up mud for >1hour and then replacing the broken connector. Brantson was super helpful in getting this fixed. Henco was the only plumbing service which I could get to come out on Sunday and fix the water leak issue. Nobody ever likes to see toilet water seeping up through their shower, but unfortunately my wife and I did. We called Henco and their dispatch team was extremely kind and even in the initial call showed concern for our situation. I didnt feel like a number, I felt like a person. They sent out a technician named Dan who was extremely knowledgeable. My wife and I have a septic tank at our current house which we have never had before. I admittedly knew almost nothing about it. Not only did he fix my issue, but he taught me about my system and how to better care for it. He didnt embarrass or shame me for not knowing these things.The issue is completely solved and they did it very quickly. I am absolutely impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. Very professional young guys. They let me know what they were going to be doing. They let me know what was going on as they went along. They gave me my options after they were done with their stuff. Very friendly and very kind. They seem to work hard to try and resolve the problem. But it sounds like there might be more of a problem than we hoped for. I can’t say much about pricing because I never compare pricing with other places, so I just pay what I’m charged. They showed up right around the time by they said they would. They stayed a lot longer than planned I think. I would hire them again, as I’ve hired them in the past as well.

Mark came to help with our property drainage. He took the time to explain everything he was seeing, showed me with the camera, and came up with the least intrusive solution. I could tell that he really knows his stuff and has seen it all— he was kind, knowledgeable, and precise. He even took a look in our sewer while he was here (separate issue), which meant a lot because we were worried about the condition. We will be using Henco for the replacement sewer when the time comes for that. These truly are good people and I trust them to do the job well.

5 Stars For Allen the Plumbing Technician. He had great customer Service and was quick to diagnose the problem and come up with a plan to fix the issue. I gave 4 stars because the communication from the office was not great. I first talked to what I assume was a cooperate office dispatcher which didnt get all the information needed and said it could be scheduled the next day.Then I talked to a dispatcher that I am assuming is local and they needed to change it to two days later. Then I was called by a third person to ask questions I had already answered in the first two calls. Long story short, support office staff could look into there communication process from the time a person calls for service to the time the plumber arrives onsite. But again Allen did a great job.

I can’t say enough good things about my plumbing service call with Tony today! Tony was prompt and professional while still showing genuine caring. I am someone who is fearful around gas appliances due to previous burn trauma and Tony immediately put me at ease with his knowledge and professionalism. While our water heater appeared to be in great shape, he asked all the right questions and quickly located the loose taping on the vent joints. In addition he spent time to answer all my questions and I feel much more confident going forward in maintaining our water heater for our family. I will now be transferring all of our plumbing and heating needs to Henco, I already scheduled my next appt! We had a sudden sump pump failure, of course on the rainiest day in last many many months. Henco was called around 6pm and a gentleman came and checked it out within a couple of hours. Henco returned next morning early! and replaced sump motor. Voila water immediately flowing out to street where it’s supposed to go. Now we clean up flooding in lower level bathroom but it would have been a lot worse, if not for HENCO!! Thank you! And you are my go to from now on!

I found a leaking cold water valve leading to my vegetable sink on Wednesday, late afternoon. I had been gone for ten days prior to discovering the problem, which looked like it failed while I was gone. I had to fly out of town first thing in morning again and wasn’t home when the needed repair was made.I left instructions on the repairs I wanted done (replace both inline PEX tubing style valves). When I got home four days later, I inspected the repairs and am very satisfied with it. Normally, I would have bought the tools and parts needed and repaired the problem myself, but had no time to do so; so I called Henco, which was the 1st to pop up when I googled “plumbing repair service near me”.After speaking with my wife, she explained the plumber was polite, friendly, and professional. The reason for a 4 Star rating is the plumber did not wear booties over his shoes when in the house and tracked dirt inside (not a huge deal as the floor in this area is wood). The primary reason for the 4 Star review is “PRICE”, being a veteran and living on a tight income, it would be nice if the company gave a 10% Veteran discount like most other repair and maintenance companies these days, as the $383.72 invoice was “EXTREMELY STEEP” for roughly $60.00 in parts (high end price if buying from Ace, which is expensive due to convenience) and the customary “service call charge” (which I was told was $89.00 if I remember correctly from my conversation with the call taker). Using those numbers equals an estimated labor cos to replace the valves at roughly $234.72 for under an hours worth of work!!In summary: The quality of workmanship was excellent, however the cost of the repair was “ASTRONOMICALLY HIGH!” In a pinch, I would consider calling for future repairs, but given time, I would repair the leak myself or look to other reputable companies for a more reasonable and fair price!
