Great experience from start to finish having my tankless water heater replaced. Pete came out and did the initial assessment and quoted me for the work, and I was very pleased he took the initiative to make sure I was getting the best value for the work by ensuring the exact product and model for my setup that wouldn’t require hiring out a roofer for venting modifications. I felt he really cared and was transparent about the pricing and the work to be done. They came out the same day I green lit the work based on the quoted amount, which is the exact amount I paid (no hidden add on fees) and they did a fantastic job and left everything clean. Highly recommend Hedrick’s!

Brady with Hedricks Service Now repaired a tub stopper that wouldnt hold water and a kitchen sink faucet that was leaking intermittingly. Brady was knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant, and restored the areas to the clean condition they were in before he started working. Brady is a true professional and I would definitely call Hedricks and request Brady for my plumbing needs.

I initially called Hedricks Service because they had replaced a gas line in my neighbors yard. I saw them throughout the day working and making sure the job site didnt impede others and they did a great job cleaning up. Brady and Ryan replaced my outdoor hose bib. This company just saved my mom $11,600. When her home developed a gas leak, the company she has used for many years quoted a price of $13,000 to replace the gas line. I spoke with the plumber and asked if he had done a leak test. He replied that there was no need as the line was corroded. I gave her the number for Hedricks and they did a pressure test that indicated the gas line was okay but the issue was in the attic. Thanks to Hedricks for doing the right thing.

Update 10/25/24 - Our AC went out. Hedricks got to us quickly, identified the problem and made the fix - and did it all in under an hour! Price was good and the same technician Ken, who worked on our system before came out on the service call. That alone was very reassuring. We are totally pleased with the service.I joined Hedricks Service Now yearly service plan when I had some AC work done last August. The Heating inspection was due and carried out today. Technicians were on time, did a great job and spent the time to advise me on optimizing the system. The experience was both good for the operation of the heating system now that Winter is coming and was a great learning experience for me. All of my questions were patiently and fully answered and I really feel so much more prepared to run our system and save money at the same time. Huge vote of confidence in Hedricks and their outstanding technicians.

That was a shock to me since I previously had a maintenance agreement with A#1 Air and they failed to make any mention to me regarding improper installation. My house wasnt cooling properly and Chris helped solve that issue. Im very happy with the service provided by Chris.

Ordered a complete HVAC change out, and it was installed quickly and professionally. The guys were very friendly, informative about the new system, and fastidious about cleanup. 5 stars!7/6/2925 One year later, Hedricks remains quick and efficient. A/C stopped working, and it turned out to be the breaker in the house panel. A technician was here within an hour, on a Saturday no less, and had a new breaker in within 30 minutes. I can highly recommend Hedricks, and stand by my 5 stars rating!

He was here practically every day working himself as well as making sure the team was on point and on track. We have been using Hedrick’s Sevice Now for our A/C and plumbing repairs for many years. We recently had major plumbing repairs under our house after foundation repairs. They stayed in communication with us and they were very professional.They did the job for the exact amount quoted and cleaned up after themselves. It backed up when I called they came out and found it was only ice clogging the line. They did their diagnostic and only charged for the minimum fee. I continue to be impressed. Conner was truly wonderful to work with through Hedrick’s! We were having problems with our toilet and water heater. He stayed until he fully understood both issues and explained everything well. My AC unit would shut off and on. Chris said a drain line in my attic needed replacement. He came out and did the replacement. After he left with payment of 1,600.00 my unit shut down again. I called Hedricks Chris returned the same day and he said the drain line at my sink was clogged he cleared that and now the unit is working. He checked my system and also said my downstairs unit needed Freon as well. I am glad he fixed everything however my question is why wasn’t all the drain lines checked the first visit I am on the schedule for the Freon . I appreciate Hedricks been doing business with them for a long time. This visit was okay. Chris also stated that if my system shut off again he would replace part of the pipe at the sink another 600.00 dollars. My question again why was this all not checked at the first visit and was the pipe replacement in the attic necessary because after the sink clog was fixed the system is working.

Hedricks Service Now was out for an a/c repair on a unit installed in November 2021. The terms of the sale was 5 years labor & 10 years parts warranty. My a/c just stopped working in early April 2024. Odd, but nothing to alarm me. I flipped breakers at the panel, at the outside unit & turned attic air handler off & on. Dont know which worked; but, the a/c came back on. It happened again about a month later. I got it to run again but decided to make Hedricks aware of the problem. They advised me to do nothing should it happen again and contact them so they could get a technician out to check the system & get error codes. The system did stop running again May 30th and Hedricks had a technician out within a couple hours. Unfortunately their were no error codes. On morning of June 25th the a/c stopped working again. Alejandro was the technician that came out. Again, no error codes. To my surprise, Alejandro made the decision that Hedricks Service Now would replace the compressor. The team showed up later that afternoon and the new compressor was installed & running by 6pm. It is a breath of fresh air to see a company stand behind its warranty without you going thru a beat down. Bravo to Hedricks Service Now.Brad C.

Hedricks service now does outstanding work, they are not the cheapest but they charge a honest price for the quality of work performed. This is my second time using them and I am very pleased about the work done. I had other companys come to see my problem and was quoted for things that I know werent needed, then Hedricks come out and showed me exactly what was wrong and truthfully gave me the cost for only what was needed. They also have a financing option that allows you to have 18 months no interest if paid in full before the end of 18 months. Sweet..I love these guys, and the fact that the workers are all employees of Hedricks not contracted out as some other companys do is a great plus in my book.. Give them a call and check them out if you think you current service provider is gouging you. I did! So very happy I did too.

He stuck a camera down to verify everything was clear and I was able to get pictures of roots bursting through the pipes. However, it’s very comforting to know you have a company that will come out in less than an hour on a late Sunday evening and fix it. It took Ken about 15 minutes to find the problem and about 20 minutes to fix it. Thank God he had the condenser with him. It wasn’t cheap because like I said the was a Sunday early evening before a Monday. But we would have had to go to a hotel even it couldn’t have been fixed.Hedrick’s is the best. Ken with Hedricks Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning SAVED OUR LIFE!!! LITERALLY!!!! Hear is the back story........ In 2021 I found black mold in the front coat closet on the sheet rock when I was cleaningmy mom and dads house. The drip pan from the heater in the closet in the hallway had gotten knocked and the condensation leaked on the floor causing the black mold. I had a company come remove and replace all the wood and sheet rock. In Feb. 2023 my dad passed away so Ive been staying with my mom at nights ever since. From Feb. to April 21st I had felt sick to my stomach and at times I would throw up for no reason at all, BAD headaches and felt light head. I thought it was because of everything our family had been through since Dec. 4th 2022 to Feb. 2nd 2023. My aunt died Dec. 4th 2022, Dec. 23rd 2022 my uncle died, Jan. 21st 2022 my moms best friend died and now my dad Feb. 2nd 2023. I excused the way we were feeling to to nerves, stress and grief from all the loss we had in such a short time. Now........ I was sick and my mom was sick throwing up and we couldnt seem to shake it. I took both of us to the hospital to get checked. My mom had a bladder infection and I had an inner ear infection called Mastoiditis. We both got antibiotics and on our way to feeling better, at least thats what we thought!!! After both of us being home for a few days we were still having problems with throwing up off and on, however when I got off work Friday April 28th I drove myself to the ER to get checked out because the left side of my face and left leg was swollen. They admitted me to the hospital so the could monitor me and ran a bunch of blood tests. Thinking I might have had a stroke or had a blood clot. I checked out good and went home. I kept researching why we had all of those symptoms and what could cause it. The only other thing was that we could have carbon monoxide poisoning so I called atmosphere energy to check everything everything. They did not find any leak in the furnace or hot water heater. No Carbon monoxide was found however the Tech with Atmos energy said he was turning both units off and to have them both serviced. Ken with Hedricks Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning came to the house today and did a thorough check. He said we were getting carbon monoxide poisoning from the a slow draft that was coming in from the vent that was recirculating the exhaust from the heater back into the house. Ken did a thorough check and found areas that were not blocked off and sealed after the mold work was repaired. He saved our lives!!!!!!!!!!Thank you Ken!! This company is a rare find. I had a unpleasant experience and when notified the owner themselves called and spoke with me. He called and talked to me out my experience and the issues I had. He apologized perfously and even went as far as refunding the fees that I was charged, due to their mistake. I have read all their reviews and they are outstanding so I think my experience was just an isolated mistake. Mistakes happen, no-one and no company can be 100% as hard as they may try, but it’s how a person/company handles those mistakes that shows what they are really worth. In this case my faith in this company had been restored. It was a pleasant conversation and explanation of their business and their employees and what they stand for as a community supporter and business. This company really stands behind their product, people, and services. Willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy when a mistake is made. I used Hedrick Service Now to replace my entire HVAC system - including all new duct work and also moving my condenser from one side of my house to the complete opposite side. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and answered any questions I had. Jake Hedrick, the sales rep, walked me through all the options with no-pressure sales tactics. He offered me a very competitive quote based on my needs and budget. The installation crew of Alejandro, Erik, Manuel, and Brady got the job done without any issues and always made sure to clean up after themselves over the course of the 4 day installation.
