Very friendly and professional, done a great job, and very reasonable price. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs plumbing work done. My issue was the valve to my bathroom toilet broke and water was leaking into my garage.He followed up with me and gave me more advise to address my issue. I ended up needing him to come. This company is absolutely amazing! We had a leaky pipe in our basement and Derek came out and fixed it in no time. Absolutely great service! We needed a sump pump replaced before a house full of guests for graduation weekend. Found Derek online and he came out at 5 pm the same day. Price was great, job was quick and cleaned up. While he was here, he solved a completely unrelated 3 year old plumbing mystery at our house that 2 other plumbers and a handy man had been unable to figure out - cant thank him enough! Will be happy to recommend Derek to anyone!

I’ve used Georgia Master plumbing on more than one occasion and each time they were great. Had a water heater replaced at my previous house and had a couple hundred dollars in gift cards so I told them I would provide the heater and just needed the install. Never once did they try to push me into buying one from them and they did a great job at a fair price.Fast forward a couple years and just had an issue with water temps fluctuating in my house and did the flush myself on my tankless water heater with no change in the results. Called Derrick again and explained the problem and had him come out. After a couple calls to Navian he was able to narrow down the problem and get it repaired quickly and at a fair price. He also found another issue that was wrong with my water heater that was causing the water to take forever to get hot once turned on. Fixed that issue at no charge. Great guy to work with and will be calling him first with any future issues.

Quick, responsive, professional, and knowledgeable! Derek and Chris arrived to troubleshoot our hot water heater and quickly pinpointed what they thought was the issue, which ended up being correct. They replaced the part and put us back in service, so we avoided having to replace the entire unit right away. When we do get ready to proceed with replacing our hot water heater, we know who to call. Thanks, guys!

Derek did an awesome job repairing our main water line on short notice. This doesn’t say much about me, but I’m always expecting vendors to overcharge us because there are some very expensive homes in our neighborhood (ours is not one of them). We’ve gotten so accustomed to it that we call it the “ tax” (in our case, the “Governor’s Towne Club Tax”). Derek’s price was within range of what I expected, and his work was exceptional. We will definitely use Georgia Master Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs.

We had a new washing machine installed, and during removal of old machine, we discovered the Hot Valve behind the machine would not shut off water flow, no matter which position the valve was in, (open or closed). So I contacted Derek @ Georgia Master Plumbing. He was on another job, but got to my house in a couple hours and within a few minutes we decided the valve needed replaced. He began working and had the valve replaced in less than an hour. Very Good Quality Work, and Very Professional. I would recommend him to anyone that needs plumbing work. It was a Friday evening and when I got home I realized I had a river flowing from my water meter. The county told me the leak was on my side. I called Derrick and he was at my house 15 minutes later and the issue diagnosed within minutes. He came back Saturday morning and repaired the pipe, put in a new valve, and even an access cover. When he was complete, all of the dirt and grass were replaced and I couldnt even tell he had been there! Amazing service, very professional, and did not over charge me just because it was a Friday night and completely last minute!

Got Derek Cudihy’s number from a colleague. A lawn service I had hired ran over a water spigot that was running off of my water main on a Saturday morning and left my family and I without water. I called 6-7 different plumbers, some of whom I had used and sent business to in the past. They all declined the weekend/emergency job or didn’t even give me the courtesy of a response to my phone calls and texts. Derek was immediately responsive and agreed to come rescue us. He arrived on time, worked hard, was professional, did a quality job, and was very fair on his price. Being a real estate broker, I deal with plumbing repairs regularly. Derek is a breath of fresh air and he has earned my loyalty based upon the service he provided me today. I highly recommend him!
