We had a slow drain in a bathroom vanity and the issue was definitely beyond the P traps. It was so easy to book an online appointment and the technician arrived within the time frame. Bryan with Frymire got our branch line to drain and we are so glad!! Pros : They did give me good information and options for my issue though special shout out to Mo(the guy that showed), Edward(apprentice), and Chance(thats the guy they said was supposed to be here) love you guys.Cons : Told me one guy was coming and completely different person showed up so apologies to all technicians individually because they dont make the policy, but in order to establish that trust in a new customer relationship I would hope to see the person you told me you dispatched. If I was a vulnerable individual at home alone and I have no record of who was in my home I wouldnt feel necessarily safe and that safety could be easily remedied upon secondary dispatch. Also the technician was not listed on their official website when they asked me for a quality survey which led me here.

Chance was very professional. He quickly located the plumbing leak and fixed the problem. He cleaned everything up and kept me informed of the costs. The five stars are for Chance. The customer service rep who took my call was not so great. She spent more time trying to upsell services than taking my information. She said someone would call me back with a time for the repair and after four hours, I had to call back to see if I was scheduled. Upon the second call, the customer service rep had to take my information again which makes me wonder if the first rep had scheduled it. Had the first rep told me it would be seven hours before a plumber could arrive, I would have called someone else.

Gilbert Magdaleno went above and beyond customer service when doing my furnace tune-up. Unbeknownst to me, Frymire had changed their policy regarding air filters no longer being provided for free on tuneups for their contractual customers. Gilbert wasnt told to bring air filters to my home to replace them. He had me call Strittmatters office in Denton. I spoke with Lisa and she got approval from her supervisor for me to tell Gilbert to go get the filters at their Denton supply office and to not charge me for the filters, which are quite expensive through their company. He was very helpful, polite, and thoroughly addressed the situation by going to get the filters and replacing them. He also explained the air filter differences (sizes, brands, etc.) and said I could find them at Lowes, Walmart, etc. for my next installation during the spring tune-up. I now know that I will have to provide the filters henceforth. I want to also thank Lisa for her assistance in the matter. Im a satisfied customer and appreciate Strittmatters handling of this situation.

The one year ago install of an air handler was not perfect. Had to have them come back after initial install. But it was resolved.Just last week needed another repair to the original install that left us with less than 100% A/C. Diagnosed and repaired promptly.All that said. They are prompt, repaired and replaced as needed for no charge. Glad it broke at the same time we got a break in the heat here.Be careful with who you choose. Get someone local, and speak to the company directly -- not a dispatch company that just sends the next guy on the list.

My latest Frymire tech solved an issue with my newly-installed unit. Indoor temp and duty cycle (100%) were way too high at 100+ temps. New tech (3rd tech to visit my location) found leak in indoor unit. He overcharged coolant from outside, now our home is 76-77 degrees on the most punishing Summer days. System no longer runs constantly. He’ll fix indoor leak when attic is tolerably cool. Smart.

Service and results that I thought you could only find in fairtales. My A/C unit was knocking on deaths door and with this Texas summer heat, my family and I were preparing for the worst. After watching/reading countless professional YouTube videos and threads, I was only able to do so much to help the A/C keep going but without an actual answer to why it was going out. For my familys sake, I caved at the DIY trouble shooting and looked to the professionals at Frymire. I was fretting about being scammed or a company just saying that i need a whole new AC system, which would suck thousands of dollars out of my wallet. Frymire sent out a technician named Rudy. Right off the bat he had a professional demeanor, pleasant introduction and best of all, right to the point. I explained the processes Ive gone through and experiences of my troubleshooting. He was receptive and gave me feedback on why it worked/didnt work and how to properly prepare for further issues if I didnt address them. He spoke with knowledge, humbleness, and most down to earth personality youd want a technician to have. In short, he found the issues, let me know the options I could take and ultimately let me decide on how I want to fix it. No heavy sales pitch to upset me by trying to suck more money from my pockets, no false findings and other unnecessary repairs, and also very quick and efficient service. Maybe 45min, if that, from arrival to signing the receipt at the end! Had parts on hand, no going back to the shop or store to pick up parts and drawing out the length of the repair like other companies have done to me. Rudy, with Frymire, really was the first person of any maintenance profession that Ive recieved the results that Id hoped for from. I paid $250 for my particular repairs, when 2 other companies recently quoted me(without even visiting my ac unit) between $3,000-8,000!!! I wont even look at another HVAC service company except Frymire now. They made me believe that there are still good honest companies out there.I am now signed up as a member to recieve even more perks and opportunities for HVAC and Plumbing. Would have never done that if i didnt recieve such great service initially. Rudy was the best, and my family thanks you for our great cold home in this summer heat.

What a fabulous experience from start to finish! Geovanni is a former tech now Comfort Advisor (aka salesperson) who was patient, thorough, and very knowledgeable. He was not pushy like so many other salespeople. His unassuming confidence made him easy to trust. I was lucky to get three 2-man crews, one for each of my 3 units. They arrived at 7:30am and worked very swiftly and efficiently to complete the installation of their unit and then pitched in to help the others. Some have only worked together for a few months apparently, but they were just such good teammates from how they communicated with each other to how they tag-teamed in and out of my front door while carrying very heavy equipment. Omar, Lee, and Alfredo were very skilled and communicated so well with me at least once an hour over the 8 hours they were in and around my home. Omar was so smart, kind and thoughtful as he explained and Lee was very friendly and proud of his work. Their partners Alejandro, Martin, and Jose were also very respectful of my home and space. This was an all-round outstanding, 5-star experience! Oh and there will be a QC check in about a week to make any final adjustments… not sure if all HVAC companies do a QC check like this but it’s like the icing on top.
