I used Atlantis Plumbing in the past and received exceptional service from their plumbers, Jackie and Brandon. After experiencing a slab leak this year, it was an easy decision made to call Atlantis Plumbing for assistance a second time. They were able to accommodate my schedule, provide a repeat customer discount, and assigned Jackie and Brandon per my request to scope the issue. Within a few short hours, the guys arrived and were able to quickly identify the issue, provide options to remedy the slab leak, and next steps to move forward. When they came back to complete the work, Jackie and Brandon worked efficiently as a team, cleaned as they went along, and resolved the issue. They did not disappoint and delivered the same excellent service as I received the first time. Kudos to these guys for the consistently great work and service they provide!

We called Atlantis Plumbing today due to a section of soaked ceiling drywall suggesting a leak. Bryce Larson arrived within 90 minutes. He promptly found and repaired the leak after removing a section of drywall, thoroughly inspecting the surrounding area for any further issues. The entire repair was completed in less than 2 hrs. Excellent service.

I had 4 separate estimates to replace a water line. I chose Atlantis Plumbing because use of the salesmanship and knowledge of Brian who gave me the original estimate. Atlantis Plumbing was not the cheapest bid nor was it the most expensive. The biggest and best surprise however, was the professionalism and workmanship of the 2 techs who performed the work. Eric and Justin were phenomenal using care to preserve as much of my landscaping as possible during the digging and trenching. The cleanup after the new line was installed was impeccable. The entire process from beginning to end was seamless and painless including the scheduling by the office staff and I have a 10 year warranty to boot. Thank you Atlantis Plumbing.

We had been trying to fix our drains all day on a Sunday. Finally we decided to call a plumber. The emergency fee was a bit high BUT it applied to whatever work wed ask them to do. They told us theyd have someone out within two hours (we called at 8:35 pm). Before 10pm, we had a friendly, efficient and diligent plumber helping us figure it out. By 11:30 pm, we knew what the issue was and had a recommendation for a fellow company that could solve our problem (it was outside of their scope of work, but they verified exactly what was wrong and gave us the documentation to give our rental company). The next time we have an issue, I will 100% call them. So grateful we happened upon Atlantis during this stressful day.

Atlantis Plumbing replaced the main water line from the meter to inside the house main shut off valve. They were on time and it is working fine. However, I can only hope that the underground installation has a higher quality level than the visible in house portion. When I asked to straighten the installed piping I was told that a few degrees out of plum wouldn’t hurt anything. The bent lines a certainly under unnecessary stress.Update: I was contacted by the office and they sent somebody to fix above problem within a few days. I’m pleased with the now straitened lines. Very responsive company and they stand behind their quality promise.

Add Atlantis Plumbing & Drains to your emergency numbers to call.I received a visit from a plumber named Andrew. In the almost 25 years in my home I have never needed to call a plumber and when the time came, I found a fantastic plumber!Standing in inch deep water when the call to Atlantis Plumbing and Drains was placed, I thought a plumber could fix it up.To my suprise Andrew had quickly determined that I did not need a plumber but someone to check my appliances. My refrigerator was the problem not my water lines. Well, it had sounded like my faucet had been left on at full blast!Andrew knows his stuff when it comes to plumbing and he explained why a plumber could not help me. It was a line inside of my fridge not one of my water lines that had burst.If I ever need a plumber I will call this company again and ask for Andrew. Definitely a five star company with a five star plumber! ☆☆☆☆☆

Tony did solid work and we’re finally back to not having to hand wash dishes again. Price is a bit on the high side, but there’s value in dealing with good, reliable people who do solid work. Worth the premium, imo.

Tony was an excellent repair technician. He was on time, he answered all of our questions, he was very knowledgeable, he taught us a lot about what needed to be done. He gave us excellent advice about our hot water system, he fixed our drain, he fixed the toilet. We had a terrible gas leak coming from the fireplace Tony corrected the issue with the gas leak in our fireplace. He restored gas to the rest of the house and recommended much needed further repair of the fireplace. Excellent technician with years of experience. Cy with Atlantis plumbing was awesome! I called and within a few hrs had someone come to check out our issue. As I suspected, the water heater had to be replaced. Cy came out and immediately called out issues with the plumbing that were not up to code that I was aware of due to the inspection report I had done a few months ago. He recommended the most cost effective option. I also showed him a few other things that I was concerned with and he could have recommended those other things to get replaced but he was honest and said it wasn’t necessary at all. Cy, saw I used the garage as a shop and noticed I had cabinets around the water heater. He went out of his way to run the drain around the back of the cabinets to make sure aesthetically it looked better and was easier for me to work around. It’s rare to find people that do good work, are honest, and overall kind. I can’t thank cy and Atlantis enough for their quick and awesome service. Spending almost $3k is not easy however their great customer service makes it worth it and much less painful 😆. Thank you Cy!

Hire this company! Jeffrey King was AMAZING. My home warranty sent out three different plumbers to try to fix a clog that caused $16000 in damage to my house. Nobody could fix it (although they said they did and charged my home warranty company. Note: NEVER use Rhino Plumbing or J&S mechanical of Buford). Finally I went out of network and called Atlantis after a friend recommended them. Not only did they come right away, they knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it. Finally, after a week with no water, we were able to flush a toilet and take showers at our home. I will NEVER go through my home warranty company for plumbing issues again. I will go straight to Atlantis and know that my problems will be solved, immediately and at a reasonable price. Thank, Jeffrey. You ROCK.

I called Atlantis Plumbing at 8:30am and I had a plumber at my house the same day at 3pm. John Henry was great! Ben, our plumber, was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and worked quickly to help try and solve the problem with our water heater. When the typical fixes wouldnt work, he let us know what our options were and what the cost would be. When it became apparent that the parts we needed couldnt be gotten in a timely manner (because of shortages due to the pandemic), he gave us pricing options for a new water heater. And when it couldnt be installed on Atlantis normal schedule, he came on his day off to do the install for us. I give Atlantis and especially Ben my highest recommendation!!

Came home from work one evening to find a puddle of water coming through my hardwood floors. Made a few calls and received a few quotes, but no one was available to come out quickly until I called Atlantis Plumbing. Yes, the inspection quote was a little higher, but they were available to come out sooner than anyone else I called. The representative gave me the time the technician would arrive (2 hour window) and Jon Camp called me 10 minutes before the arrival window to say he was outside. He was very pleasant and personable upon introduction. I showed him my problem area and he went right to work to find the source of my leak. He even educated me on the defective part, explained its use and importance in my home, and provided me a fair quote on labor and repair. He made the repair quickly with no mess. He even had conversation with my 10 year old son who thought he was cool....lol. Overall, great experience. Will definitely use them again.

The main water line connection to our house burst, and we were referred to Atlantis Plumbing for repairs. Bryan was so nice, and super helpful. He came right away and gave us a bid, and was a great advocate for us as we worked with our homeowners insurance to cover the repairs. Cody and Justin replaced the main line for us. They ran into some issues with the repairs, as they found that the water line connection was underneath our front cement porch. Cody was able to figure out how to reconfigure the water line so that they didnt have to destroy our front porch to get to the main connection. He was very meticulous and made sure he measured everything exactly. He was able to connect a new line in another area of our basement by drilling through the cement to get to the exact right spot in a basement closet, and then running the line through the basement ceiling. I have an injured knee, so he even helped me empty out the closet where the new connection needed to be. They cleaned everything really well after the work was completed. Both were very professional and did a great job. We were really happy with the whole process.

Tim and Branden have done most of the work, and they were excellent. Also, I was able to call Atlantis and have someone come out the next day. Great experience with Jon Camp and his associate, Tony. My apartment needed a garbage disposal for my sink, and we were able to get an appointment quickly set up. They were quick and efficient in getting the job done, and could not be happier with the results. Ive been using Atlantis for years on my home and rental property. Most recently John Henry plumbed a new bathroom vanity for me. As always they gave a notice when they were on they way, showed up in window, were friendly and described the problem and options to fix. The prices are reasonable and theres no service charge if the service is completed. Its not cheap but plumbing isnt cheap and theyve always done an excellent job at a fair price.

Completed an online request for a free estimate and received a followup call within 15 minutes. They set up my free estimate the following morning-on a Saturday at that. Bryan came out and provided a detailed and thorough evaluation . Price was within norms compared to what I had researched. They replaced the water main line from the meter to crawl space and installed a new shut-off valve. There was minimal damage to my yard which was very important to me-who wants to redo landscaping or lay new grass. They weather was bad-it was pouring rain and they continued to work diligently to get the job done. After completion, they cleaned the areas and showed me how to operate the new shut-off valve. I was pleased with the outcome. There was an issue that required them to come back out which Bryan did within the hour and took care of the issue. I was very impressed with the followup and how quickly the issues were resolved and of course with no additional charge. I feel I have finally found a plumber I can trust. I had MULTIPLE plumbing issues ranging from a deteriorating cast iron pipe to a leaky bathroom sink. I decided to give Atlantis a call after looking through google search. I can honestly say they are the best ive worked with!! They had Mr. Tim Robinson come out to give me an estimate (which was VERY reasonable) and within a few days, they were back at my house working. He also gave me time to get other quotes without pressuring me to chose Atlantis. I called them back four hours after their initial visit, they immediately came out and replaced my line in less than 2 hours. Great service, fair and honest prices! They were very polite and thorough. I was initially very stressed about having to have a new water line installed but Atlantis made the whole process as least painful as possible. Tim Robinson came out with almost zero notice, to inspect the state of my bathroom plumbing- a friend of mine, who had minor plumbing experience, said it looked weird, and suggested I seek a well-versed professional to check it out. Lo and behold, it was weird, and in fact, done incorrectly. The contractors likely cut some corners when the house was built, but he assured me that it was pretty easily fixable. He reconfigured the plumbing, and installed my new bathroom vanity. He was very friendly, explained everything, and was thorough (perfectionist, almost). Things took a bit longer than originally planned, but he cut me one hell of a deal. These people are phenomenal! John Henry came to give the estimate and was extremely up front about what we needed and very helpful. John Camp came out to install my water heater and he did a very good job! There was something that went wrong on the manufacturers end with the unit and it was 4th of July weekend so Mr. Camp was on his way out of town but he offered to pull over and facetime me to walk me through some steps to get back up and running and said he could send another tech if that didnt work. Mr. Cy ended up coming out and figuring out what the problem was. He had to get a part and come back 2 days later but he fixed the issue and we have had hot water ever since! The 100 year-old cast iron sewerage pipe in my unfinished basement had burst spewing water everywhere.I decided to consult Angies List for a plumber. I called Atlantis Plumbing, and soon I was told that a plumber was on the way.After his inspection, Robert Camp showed me the problem, explained the repairs needed, and how the plumbing system in my house operates. He called his manager at the office to get a price for the job and explained he could be back the next morning (Saturday) at 9:00 AM to start work with the new parts. Robert was in my driveway right on-time the next morning and got to work. Following the repairs, Robert tested the new plumbing to make sure everything was operating properly.Robert was very pleasant, friendly, professional and did a great job of keeping me updated and informed. He also did an excellent job of cleaning the work site and hauled away the old plumbing debris and trash. I am very pleased with the work performed by Robert Camp and Atlantis Plumbing, and I will call them again when needed.

JP came out and recommended that we replace our toilet and when asked offered additional information so that we could order the appropriate fit for our powder room. We received the toilet on Tuesday afternoon and called to schedule an appointment to install the toilet. Plumber John Massey was here at 9:40 the following morning (scheduled for between 8 and 10) and we had our brand new toilet installed within the hour. 3/16/19 - I stumbled upon Atlantis Plumbing as I was trying to quickly find a plumber for a backed up sewer line. Jon Camp and Tony Strickland came to my house right on time. They assessed the problem, used a camera and determined there was a break in the sewer line due to my house settling over the last number of years. Jon and Tony were very professional to say the least. They were knowledgeable, polite, considerate of my property, they took the time to explain what they were doing and why, and they had a a very strong work ethic. It was a If youre going to do it, you might as well do it right attitude, and as a customer, you cant ask for anything more. It was honestly very refreshing to see that since most of my interactions with contracting companies has been less than favorable. Throughout the project, Cody and Dustin were respectful and thoughtful in terms of how they handled my yard and the digging that was required. There were a couple of curveballs that came up but Cody was clearly very knowledgeable about how to trouble shoot and solve the problem. During the month of February and March I noticed dramatic increases in my water bill. I started to hear water running in my concrete slab in the master bathroom After calling and trying to get a plumber to even come out and look at it, since most dont do leak detection. I came across Atlantis Plumbing. I made an appointment the phone staff were more then helpful, very polite. Chris and John arrived early to the appt. Chris located the leak without any delays. .Chris and John were very professional and respectful, kept me informed of damage discovered. The quality of work from Atlantis is exactly what I expected. Chris took his time made sure the repair was properly installed. They cleaned the entire area of debris and trash, made sure everything was watertight. Pricing was in line with the job requirements compared to other quotes I received. Long story short - main sewer line in the yard had to be replaced (25 ft) along with 15 ft of drain from the kitchen to the main line due to tree roots. It took 2 days but I cant speak highly enough about Kerry & Kevin from Atlantis Plumbing. The cost was extremely fair and they made sure the problem was done properly. Our hood is full of mature trees that are notorious for finding their way into the pipes. If you need a plumber who responds quickly, has fair prices, and is reliable - please consider Atlantis.

We developed a nice rapport and appreciated their work.On the restoration side, JC was equally outstanding, as this is where you hold your breath and hope it all comes back together – and it certainly did. JC was masterful at the drywall/tape/mud restoration, but also dealing with the other items disturbed by the project such as tiles, beadboard, vents, tub panel, etc. He is a true craftsman with attention to detail and quality and does most of his work by hand. He, also, avoided dust and mess as much as possible and cleaned up daily too. It probably helped that we were able to provide all the original paints [~10] except for one, but he was a master at blending in the paint of the restored surfaces with the unaffected portions, truly, “like it never happened”.We would recommend Atlantis Plumbing to anyone facing a similar major project. Tim and Lee were awesome! They came in and took the time to assess the problem. I followed them around like a little lamb, asking questions and they kindly answered every single one. Tim gave us the round-a-bout figures for what the potential cost would be to fix the problem, found the issue, explained what the problem was and fixed it. In the end, the cost was less than the estimate and they were able to confirm other questions we had about the existing plumbing. By the time they left, I felt like Tim and Lee were old friends.

Brian Miller with Atlantis Plumbing & Drains worked at our home for three days. We thought we just needed a new kitchen faucet. It turned out that the reason we weren’t getting cold water was a major leak under our slab. It took a lot of work and determination to locate the leak and Brian searched until he found it. It also turned out the leak was not just in the kitchen. Our powder room was also involved. By the end of the job, we have a new kitchen faucet and a bathroom faucet has been ordered. When Brian left today, all faucets were performing as expected and all leaks were fixed. We would recommend Atlantis and Brian Miller to anyone needing plumbing work. The company is wonderful and in our case, Brian is a Super Star. In addition to his plumbing skills, we found Brian to be a kind and respectful young man. He lives by the Golden Rule and is an outstanding representative of Atlantis.
