These guy are always quick and accurate in diagnosing the problem with a cost effective solution. I had them out to get a quote on a shut off valve leak and a toilet valve replacement after getting a $1,400 quote from one of the big name companies who advertise on tv. Three way determined the valve had loose bolts which they tightened gratis and it fixed the problem, the total cost was less than $300 overall

I called at 8am stating all 3 of my toilets were not flushing. They gave me a window of 10-12 the same day. Joshua called at 9:57 to say he was on his way. Joshua looked at the toilets and the waste line near the house and diagnosed immediately of a main line backup. Immediately on the spot gave me an estimate, explained what he needed to do, was friendly, knowledgeable and ensured he answered all my questions so I understood exactly what was going to be done. Work got started and even though additional people needed to be called and extra work done the quoted price remained the same. The work was done well and I am extremely satisfied with the work done as well as the professionalism and knowledge of the technician. Thank you Joshua and Three way plumbing.

I contacted 3wayplumbing about replacing water heater tank. I spoke to Tom, who clearly was a seasoned professional. He was professional, answered all my questions in a very courteous way and was able to book our replacement in a reasonable amount of time.He and his partner actually came early for their appointment. He did a quick inspection of our heater and he was good to go. He finished about 45 minutes earlier than projected. He and his partner focused on their work and left the area clean.No muss and no fuss—the way I like project work. Tom and his partner clearly deserve the 5 stars. We contacted 3-way plumbing after having a sewage backup due to a clogged drain (tree roots). The first company that cleared the initial clog and quoted a repair was good and professional but ultimately did not have the experience level that the 3-way crew had (Tom). He was thorough, efficient, and knew what was a problem/what wasnt and that led to a much lower cost, high quality repair that exceeded our expectations.

Tom and his dispatcher were very easy to work with. I was able to get a quote over the phone even though they generally do it in person. Their price was three times less than a large corporate competitor. The final price was very close to the verbal quote, and the adjustment was entirely understandable. The only thing to be prepared for is their appearance fee is not included in the quote, it is in addition to. However the price was still nearly 3x less. The work is quality and the workers were respectful and professional. I will only use three-way plumbing in the future.

Our hot water heater broke and Lucas M came out the same day to help us. He spent most of the day trying to fix it and meeting up with our techs who had the parts we would need to fix it the same day. Even though it wasn’t able to be repaired, he tried really hard to repair the water heater before determining it had to be replaced. Even though he had a full schedule the next day, Lucas rearranged it in order to allow us to have hot water the next day. He came back first thing the next day and replaced our water heater. He also dealt directly with the manufacturer to determine if the issue would be covered by our warranty. Lucas explained everything to us very clearly. Lucas did a great job, and we would not hesitate to use Three Way Plumbing again.

We have had a mystery leak in our kitchen for months. Could have been a pipe or the roof -- who can tell? Not us. Different plumbers have given us quick fixes that ended up not fixing anything. One company gave us a quote for a $1500 job after 10 minutes (yeah, not happening). But the team from Three Way spent an hour testing water pressure, checking water flow, looking in the attic and checking upstairs fixtures. They explained everything to me, and they wore shoe covers and masks. I felt very confident in their expertise. Turns out it is likely a problem with the roof, not with any pipes -- so the only downside of Three Way is that they cant fix my roof. I will definitely call Three Way the next time we need plumbing services.

At approximately 10 pm on a Saturday night our main water line from the street failed and water was running down the street. We called 3 ways emergency line to report it. Within a half hour 3 way they called us back and arranged for an emergency appointment on Sunday between 1 and 3 pm. At 9:30 am Sunday the plumber arrived and did a temporary fix. Monday he returned, and within a couple of hours we had our water restored. Permanent repairs were done during the week. The plumbers we worked with were courteous, competent, and arrived when they said they would. Fees were reasonable and we even received a 10% senior discount. All in all, a great job.

Tom and Joshua did excellent work removing our 17 yr old gas tank hot water heater and installing a new tankless system in Highland Creek. The tankless install required running some new water and gas lines as well as installing the unit outside the house. They worked hard to keep all the new lines hidden from outside the house so the new install looks very clean. The work required them to be inside our house and they did a great job setting our expectations around when/where they would need access, how much time the job would take, when theyd start, and and finish.Their price and timeline was in line with 2 other quotes I got. They didnt exceed the quoted price.They pulled a permit and had the city inspect the work which let us know they are doing things right.I had them install a model that is not stocked locally but they were able to order one and do the install. For two weeks the unit has been operating with no problems!

I can not be any more pleased than I am am with 3-Way Plumbing. I had another plumber come to investigate a leak. He wanted to cut out the ceiling to investigate and I agreed. He never came back and quit returning my calls. I did some research and called 3-Way and made an appointment.Lucas was precisely on time. He evaluated the situation and gave me two options. The 1st, was to make a simple repair to the shower pan. He felt 99.9% sure that this was the problem but could not be certain without going in to the ceiling. Option 2 was to cut out the ceiling and repair from below (AND repair the seal on the shower pan from option #1). He gave me full quotes, in writing for both options. I chose option #1 and he very professionally did the repair. He also took the time to re-caulk my toilet which he noticed was a little loose. He wrote up a quote to fully re-seat and seal the toilet if it gave me trouble in the future.Lucas was not rushed, was very professional, and knew what he was doing. He also turned out to be 100% correct on his assessment of my leak. It has been several weeks and the leak is GONE. Problem started with low water pressure. If spigot were opened in first floor, little or no flow was available on second floor.Tom, the technician from Three Way Plumbing came and speculated the problem would be a failed pressure regulator then about twenty years old. While we believed we had a pressure regulator, its location was not immediately found. Since the water main had a pressure of 75 psi and our house pressure was 15 psi, logically we had a failed regulator somewhere.If the pressure regulator could not be found near the meter, it could mean it would be necessary to dig up and replace the 100 foot underground supply line to our house.We also requested a quotation for replacement of our gas water heater. Tom gave three estimates of cost depending on: 1) Digging up to six feet from the meter to find and replace the regulator, 2} Installing a new regulator and supply line,and 3) replacement of water heater in combination either with either item 2, or items 1 and 2.After determining from water company that water main had adequate pressure and having other utilities marked, Tom made an an appointment for work to begin about one week later. He arrived at the appointed time and quickly found the old pressure regulator in the correct place but unusually over two feet under ground. He then installed a new regulator.Tom already had the replacement water heater in his truck and with the help of an assistant proceeded to install the water heater.After an elapsed time of about three hours total, Tom worked with such efficiency and dispatch that the pressure problem was solved and the new water heater installed in perfect working order, a welcome and great outcome.

Contacted Three Way Plumbing for a quote to replace a 50-gallon electric tank heater with a tankless heater. The technician (Tom) provided a quote for 3 different options to start - Rinnai condensing gas tankless with recirculating pump, Navien condensing tankless without recirculation, and rinnai non-condensing without recirculation. After some research on the 3 options, I came back and asked about a condensing Rinnai without recirculation.Tom quickly returned my call and quoted a 4th option (Rinnai RU199IN) and the price was reasonable considering the work required: convert 30 amp outlet to 20 amp (via 3rd-party contracted electrician - included in quote), install natural gas line from the meter to the heater, and new wall penetrations (natural gas, condensate line, and exhaust). The job took most of the day to complete, but Tom completed the work with attention to detail and completeness (including the condensate neutralizer and maintenance ports)! The county inspector also commented that the installation was spot-on. Three-way was flexible in letting me pick the date for the final inspection, and Tom was again out here on time, and returned shortly after the inspection was complete to wrap everything up. Definitely a great experience and a great installer.

I had a shower diverter issue and when the shower was installed, the tile surrounded the diverter in such a way that previous quotes said I would need to get a contractor to remove the tiles to be able to replace the diverter. Steve used a special tool and was able to prevent me needing to remove and replace shower tiles. None of the tiles were broken and my shower was fixed without the need for a contractor. Rating 5 stars, because based on the other reviews online, this company provides good service and dont want to take away from that. I called this company this morning to inquire about drain cleaning and a quote on replacing my cleanout which is still cast iron and gives me problems with roots. After speaking with multiple plumbers and having various other types of work done at my home recently, I was a bit taken back by the fact they charge a $79 dispatch fee to come out and this is not factored into the cost of the work if you choose to work with them. I can certainly understand the fee in the event that I have them come out and dont utilize their service, but chose not to proceed because I am uncomfortable paying $79 PLUS the cost of service just because they show up. Most companies Ive worked with have factored this into the cost of the job if you choose to go with their company. I also felt as though the pricing of by the job but not by the hour, while sounds good at first so you dont get someone coming out and taking their time to get more money, Ive never had a plumber charge by the hour, normally theyve come out, assessed the job itself at your house and price based on the complexity of that specific job. I personally am more comfortable with that than I am with a one size fits all approach. I understand each company has to do what works best for them, just wanted to provide my feedback as to why I chose to go elsewhere after inquiring about their services.

The plumbing technician, Joshua, was on time, and he was quick to diagnose the problem for my running toilet. He thoroughly explained the solution and the cost, and once I agreed, he promptly installed the parts in the toilet tank. Problem solved! He was professional and courteous through the entire service. He even went the extra mile to check my water pressure on the spigot outside and let me know it was running a little low. All around, a job well done!
