UPDATE: Will and Jose came back today to fix our water pressure issue. They were supposed to come Monday (today is Friday). They had some unforeseen issues come up, but they realized I was in a bit of a time crunch.I really cant express my thanks to this company. They are worth every penny.*********What can I say? The service was amazing. Will, Amanda, John, and Jose were the best. Called at 9 am and by 4 pm our hot water heater was replaced. It was definitely not an easy job. They also helped us uncover another issue and are already scheduled to come out and fix it.I would give more than 5 stars if it was an option. They were extremely professional. The communication was perfect with both texts and phone calls.If you need plumbing in the Kannapolis area (or other areas they cover)? Call!!!!

I called them at the end of the day for a leak between the water meter and house. They came first thing the next day, gave an estimate for worst case scenario but said it could be less. I agreed with the options provided and he proceeded to not only replace the leaking section of pipe but also the connections and piping around it. And gave me a final bill lower than the estimate!!!P.S. Loved the photos showing the leaking pipe and completed repairs.

I had a water leak in my front yard. Service Pro Plumbing arrived at my house less than an hour after I called. The plumber accurately found the underground leak, diagnosed and fixed the leak at a fair/reasonable price. At the conclusion of the repair he checked the meter to ensure that the gauge was no longer spinning which would indicate a smaller leak elsewhere, we turned on the outside water faucets to reduce the amount of dirty water that may come through the inside faucets and he refilled the hole in my yard. The plumber was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and contentious about the quality of his work. I highly recommend Service Pro Plumbing.

They worked with my schedule and set up a 2-hour service window and were there in the first hour of that. This was the owner! He quickly assessed the problem and did a reset and it was all good! Heres the part you wont believe unless your my age and remember actual old school service: He said, I was literally just down the road, so Im not going to charge you. He suggested that the element and thermostat might need changing soon, but were working for now, so just leave them. Im calling it down sell, as opposed to what you frequently get from service companies.If you have plumbing work to do these are the folks you want doing it. I gave them 5 stars. They deserve more than that.

No one could fix the problem we were having which took some thought and problem solving as it was an unusual issue. They took the time and we are so happy to finally have hot water in our master bathroom again. I had a leak in the main water line from the street to my home. After getting three quotes I decided on Service Pro Plumbing. They came out one afternoon and within 24 hours the utilities were located, the line was dug up, and the repair was made. Also even though the line was two and a half feet underground very little damage was done to my yard. I highly recommend Service Pro and will use them in the future for my plumbing needs.

I called these folks to trouble shoot a problem with the outside sewer line which was clogged. They were prompt, and knowledgeable, came up with a reasonable solution, and were not expensive compared to the National plumbing chains. They could have suggested something with a much higher price tag but they were more interested in solving the issue at the least expense to me rather than upselling me on an expensive service that I might need down the road, but didn’t need right now. I highly recommend this company.

Fantastic service from initial call with Christine to scheduling update with Amanda and day early arrival of John. John is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in uncovering what appears to be poor bathroom drain line design. It’s hard to imagine how this passed construction inspection during. This was after having previous visits from another plumber and two from a drain cleaning service. Cheers to smaller responsive providers that provide true value.

I have never been so pleased with a company!!! They gave me the best price on a new water heater & garbage disposal and fixed the plumbing. Then I had the washing machine drain and come up the toilet!!! I called and they were at my door in no time. Fixed the problem for a very reasonable price. I even called them to suggest a good handyman and they gave me a name & phone #. Im so comfortable knowing I have them at a phone call away.
