My wife and I are so glad we found Fatman Plumbing! We decided to look for a new plumber after getting an outrageous quote to replace our broken toilet flange. Chris quickly came over and gave us a much better quote. He was also eager to explain his assessment of the work and be flexible within our budget. Chris then went above and beyond helping me replace our toilets and giving me pointers for a smooth installation. We had hired him for the flange portion of the install but he generously stayed until our toilets were fully replaced. We definitely found our go to plumber!

Update December 2025: We had an issue I wasn’t aware of could happen on older toilets. I will not disclose medical things but the owner, Chris I respected and could trust him so I requested him. Unfortunately he had to travel to another City for a family emergency. However, he called me and was sending guys that said you can trust them. Sure enough, two of his employees showed up, once again communication was excellent from the office and team on timing and having to comeback with the parts, etc. After this was completed Chris came out (at no charge) to explain things to do to prevent additional issues. He knows his stuff and these guys have a quick turnaround and legit empathy for every situation. If you want the right people to trust and even comeback to put you at ease, Chris and the Fatman plumbing team is who I would 1000% recommend.June 2025: Timely, efficient, professional and overall best experience I have had. Chris, the owner of Fatman had done a solid job and because it was follow up from getting a water heater through their company, I was not charged. Great customer service!

I had a leak some place which caused a wet spot on my hallway floor. With my work schedule it was so difficult to get someone out to help me locate where it was coming from. Chris called me several times to try to set up an appointment. I just was not able to make our schedules match up. Chris was able to get a key from my landlord and make a visit to my home. Yet again a unsuccessful appointment. The key did not work. Chris was so persistent to help me that he made a visit to my home on a Friday afternoon. No one wants to work late on Friday. But he did. He came and located my problem which turned out to be a stopped up pipe to my furnace. He then changed a cracked nut under my sink in the kitchen which was leaking. And to top things off he assisted me with hanging my flat screen tv. I was having difficulty doing it by myself. Chris, who is the owner is absolutely wonderful. He attends to whatever you need and goes beyond the call of duty to help you. I will recommend him to all my friends and call him again when I have another plumbing problem. The name is catchy. To say that Brian Wilson and the young gentleman who came today to install my washing machine drain pan were great is an understatement. They were ready to start work before the time scheduled which is unheard of and they were awesome. Very knowledgeable, kind and helpful.After dealing for weeks with unprofessional people, they were a bright spot in my day. Brian showed up on time, did a complete job and brought enough spare parts to finish the job on-time, without running to a hardware store for parts. Quoted the price for all the work, and it came in at that amount, with no surprises.Brian hauled away the trash, wiped down the area and left the room cleaner than when he arrived. He also gave me the option of hauling away the old fixtures, for a fee, or I could do it myself and save the money. They also said I could pay cash or check and save the credit card fees. I took advantage of both offers. Saved $50.Feels good to have a new water saver toilet, beautiful new faucets, a new water shut off valve and have the drains cleans out. It has been a week so far and it all works perfectly. We are looking forward to another 10 years of issue free plumbing in both our bathrooms and the kitchen.Last year, Brian changed out the kitchen faucet and veggie sprayer. He also corrected a previous plumbing problem and brought it all up to code. Everything works perfect. Thank you FATman!

Excellent service and friendly staff. We called with an emergency on a Saturday afternoon. Chris arrived at the house within 30 minutes from our initial call. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed within another 30 minutes..a clogged plumbing line between the house and the street was causing our downstairs toilet to overflow. The price charged for the service was very reasonable and significantly less than we were expecting for an emergency Saturday service call. Chris also explained to us some additional potential issues that we may have with our outside plumbing lines due to tree roots and a low spot in the front lawn. He suggested a way that we could cost effectively troubleshoot the issue ourselves and if we needed him in the future to help replace plumbing lines and get the necessary permitting, then we could give him a call. We will definitely be using FATman for our future plumbing needs and will recommend FATman to our friends!!!

We had a leak due to a washing machine drain. This was our 2nd time experiencing this. The former plumbers were hacks and said they dont snake drains. WHAT??!! Instead, they used a long wire to clear the drain. Of course, we had experienced the same clog again and called FATman Plumbing.Mr. Lovick of FATman Plumbing came out the day after calling, on time, and professional. He took a look at the drain and knew exactly what was happening. He explained the reason for the clog, how he would fix it, and what we could do to make sure that it didnt happen again.He cleared the drain and cleaned up after himself. We are very happy and will use him again if we need to.

Chris and Nicholas came to our home to adjust our Flushmate pressure-assisted toilets. Aside from doing the job and correcting our problem, Chris and Nickolas are so very nice. Chris could have told us that we needed to replace the Flushmates with new toilets, but he did not. He is an honest plumber. The cost of his service was very reasonable. My husband and I are very pleased with Fatman Plumbing. Do not hesitate to contact Fatman with any plumbing needs. We know he is the one we will call again if we have any plumbing needs! Its all fixed and Im beyond THRILLED!!It has been a stressful week at my house due to a broken washing machine.FAT Man Plumbing (Faucet and Tub) (Faithful and Trusted) came out today despite fuel shortages around town and fixed my washer in record time!!I called on them as a last resort when another company pushed off my appointment for yet another day due to the gas situation. This isnt even what they actually do, but I was totally desperate and gave them a call. Do you know what...they delivered!!What really ended up being the cherry on top was that they didnt take the opportunity to gauge me - even after I showed my hand and told them how desperate I was.I could not be more pleased with how professional, kind and accommodating they were.If you ever need to call on someone for anything plumbing/water/disposal/tub and toilet related dont hesitate to call these guys. The gentlemen that worked on our home were courteous, quick, and very careful to leave clean areas when they were done. Their pricing was fair and the quote was spot-on accuate even though they ran into a couple of issues with two of the toilets.I will absolutely use Fatman again in the future for any plumbing needs!

Fast, reasonable, and courteous! Our pipes were getting really loud and I knew it was time to have the pressure reducing valve replaced. FATman showed up, assessed the situation, and within 10 minutes, the valve was replaced and the noise was gone! I may have been able to do this myself but after getting my own valve from Lowes and finding out the threads on the fittings were a different size, I wouldve had to hunt down new fittings, cut the pipes, and risk causing more damage than I started out with. FATman provided a 5 year warranty that I couldnt pass up, nor could I get the job done so quickly! Thanks FATman!
