I called Providence Plumbing on a Sunday due to an elevator pump on my septic not functioning. They answered quickly and routed me to a technician who was on call. He responded in less than 15 minutes. Chris Mosher walked me through steps to diagnose the issue so we could determine path forward. Fortunately, through his advice, we learned that the float was having an issue and not the pump. Thankfully, instead of a $5k repair and replacing the pump, we were able to get the float back to functioning,I will use Chris and the Providence team in the future for my rental house plumbing issues and would recommend to others as well.

Called Providence Plumbing after having a leak in our laundry room. Chris Jones was our technician. He called me to let me know when he was on his way, explained the issue, told me how he was going to correct the issue, & did so in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable and polite. Excellent customer service!!! From my first interaction with Gina and the office staff, to Chris Jones my technician; they were very friendly, knowledgeable and listened to my needs. Day before Thanksgiving, our families kitchen sink got clogged. We called all the big name plumbers and they put us on an indefinite list. The technician CJ called us up, said unfortunately he couldn’t come out because he was booked up the whole night, but proceeded to help us troubleshoot how to unclog the drain for 30 minutes. Truly such great customer service and they went way above and beyond. USE THEM!

If you need a plumber in Concord, NC, look no further than Providence Plumbing. After experiencing a sudden fluctuation in water temperature, noticing leakage and rust around the base of my hot water heater and then having no hot water at all, I realized I had a problem that needed to be resolved sooner rather than later. Being after regular hours but knowing I could wait until the next day, I left a message with Providence Plumbing explaining my problem and a request to call the next morning if they could help me.Shortly after 8:00 am the next morning I received a call from Gina who was very pleasant and understanding. She told me almost immediately that one of their technicians could come out between 11:00 and 1:00 THAT DAY and he would contact me 30 minutes before arriving. Gosh, was I impressed, but that was only the beginning of my noteworthy experience with Providence Plumbing. At 10:00 am Chris sent me a text and then called me to say he could be at my house at 10:30 am --- earlier than expected, but very much appreciated, as I had already anticipated this would consume most of my day. Right on time, Chris and Raleigh arrived and within 10 minutes Chris assessed my situation, made a recommendation, gave me a reasonable estimate, and he and Raleigh went to work. While my old water heater was being drained they went to get my new water heater and were back in half the time they told me they would be gone. Chris and Raleigh were focused and worked quietly and quickly. Chris was very knowledgeable and clearly explained what he was doing and why. I felt he genuinely had my best interest in mind by the small things he did and the advice and recommendations he gave me concerning some other plumbing-related questions I had. Both Chris and Raleigh were friendly, polite, professional, and very personable. In addition to being skilled in their craft and possessing a commendable work ethic, they were just great guys to chat with.In what seemed like no time (and less than 18 hours after my problem arose), I had a new (and better) hot water heater, drain pan, and much appreciated recommendations and advice on some planned faucet replacements and other remodeling projects that will require the services of a plumber. I’ll definitely be calling Providence Plumbing and requesting Chris and Raleigh!

Strongly recommend Providence Plumbing. I bought a house this fall that had a wide variety of plumbing issues. Chris and Raleigh did an excellent job with all kinds of repairs - installing a new kitchen faucet, building a new metal aqua hut to house my water heater outdoors, cutting out corroded fittings in water lines in my crawl space, replacing a toilet, repairing the line to my dishwasher... They were knowledgeable, efficient, and good communicators. Gina in the office is also great to work with; the whole team is very responsive. The quality of their work was great - all issues fixed on the first try. Their prices are competitive. Will definitely use them again.

On Sunday I had a problem with plumbing in my home and contacted Ron T. with Providence Plumbing and he advised me that he would get someone out here on Monday since it could wait until then. On Monday I received a call from TJ and he came out and did a great job. He took the time to fix the issues. TJ spent a good 45 minutes to an hour running water through my home to make sure everything was working properly. Between Ron T. helping line things up and TJ fixing the issues I would recommend Providence Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Alex and Todd were absolutely phenomenal, worked hard for many hours to solve the problem. We had a sewer & drain pipe in an old building with 8 apartments that was clogged. They were very professional, explained clearly all the steps and what to expect, as they were running the jet in my apartment. I did not hire them directly. The property where I am renting did, but I highly reccommend them and I will be sharing their contacts with anyone in need of a plumbing service.

After the work was completed I requested an estimate on some other things that need to be done to complete my bathroom remodel project. We initially hired Providence plumbing for a stopped up toilet. Luckily Daniel and Tyler was able to catch a lot of problems before they got out of hand . These guys was very professional, sent pictures of all the damage. Even contacted the people to have our septic pump . Took a lot of stress off us . Fixed everything that was stopped up , fixed the septic tank and also put new water lines in . Witch made a huge difference in our water pressure. Definitely highly recommend this company. Weve found our plumbing company!

When you are having an emergency the ability to receive a response is crucial. This past weekend, my water tank started leaking into my garage. I panicked not knowing what to do, especially the garage was full of my recently decease mother’s belongings. I called several Hot Water Heater providers and spoke with Jeff with Providence Plumbing! Immediately, I had a sense of relief. I wanted him to come immediately but his schedule was full. I just wanted someone to come and give me an assessment, which he was the ONLY person who asked for a photo. He clearly gave me, what to expect and the estimated cost but sadly he was not able to come before Monday. I could have had someone come immediately but Jeff made me feel – SAFE! Being a single woman, I was concern would I find a provider that would be safe and fair. Guess what, Jeff was AMAZING!!!! As I am writing this, I am becoming emotional. Being in a situation, which was not expected (what emergency is expected) and exposed to the unknown, he explained everything fully!!! He did not stress MONEY but the ability for me to have HOT WATER!!! These little gestures go a long way. Would I recommend Jeff and his helper Matt!!! Absolutely!!! Our experience with Providence Plumbing was amazing! The lady who took our call was kind and helped me feel better about having someone in my house during Covid. Alex arrived early and got all of the work done (fixing two toilets) within an hour (including a trip to lowes!) He stayed properly masked and courteous throughout the entire stay, which was incredible. After having finished, he noticed something else was off with toilet and quickly went back to work to ensure everything was right. I cannot say enough nice things about Alex- we will definitely be using this company again in the future!

I called on a weekend when we noticed our water heater was leaking. Someone spoke with me and was very helpful. Monday, Jim came out and provided an estimate via email. Tuesday morning he came back out with someone else and they installed a new one and took our old one with them. Every part of the process was positive. Friendly staff answered my office calls, we were notified by text and phone call when they were on the way to our house both times. We were very satisfied with the entire experience and would definitely use Providence Plumbing again in the future and wed recommend them to others.

Zachary and Thomas were our technicians and they are awesome! We moved into a new home knowing it needed plumbing work (new water heater, new filtration system, clogged sink, not pluggable tub) but did not realize it was a mammoth job. They didnt waver and stayed until completed. While there, we received unrelated additional horrific plumbing news (water bill of $600+) and after an already long day, they took the extra time to help us locate the leak. Then, we asked them give us another quote for the new problem and come back to fix that! They have absolutely been added into our i gotta guy rolodex.

I contracted with PP for 3 times in the last year. Each time Ive had a different plumber show up. Every time, they were courteous, on time and professional. Every one of them explained things so that I understood the whole process of what was going on. The service has been outstanding and the rates are very reasonable. Today Andrew and Bradley replaced our kitchen sink. Fast, clean, respectful. Gina has always been helpful when scheduling the service calls. This is a well run company. The only way Ill use another plumber is if one marries into my family.

I have had plumbing work done in the past and had to clean up behind the plumbers, but not with these two lovely gentlemen! We originally contacted them to come out and install some new sinks, a basin and a garbage disposal. My wife was the one who made the call and from what I was told they were very polite from the beginning. Once the plumber arrived to my home the next day he installed everything straight away and even was compassionate enough to let my wife leave for an immediate and unplanned Doctors appointment, he did not take payment, and trusted us to call in and pay later after the health situation at hand had been dealt with, a risk on his part and I am sure something that he could have been reprimanded for from his employer but he chose to take into account the person he was dealing with and not the money due on the work order. Again, I am very appreciative and thankful for that. A day later, I noticed that there was some water damage to the wall, near the sink which had been installed. I called to let them know and they again came out to see what was going on. Apparently, what had taken place was that the shut off valve for the waterline to one of the sinks they replaced had a faulty stopper so it still allowed water to drip out and accumulate enough that it formed that water spot. Now, this was NOT their fault, they had no way of knowing that there was an internal piece that was not functioning correctly but instead of arguing it out or passing the blame they instead chose to dry out the water as much as possible and then repaint the entire bathroom in any color of our choice. These guys are awesome and amazing. I can not say enough positive things about them and would STRONGLY recommend them to anyone. My wife and I are very new customers we do not have any longstanding history where we have spent thousands with them but whatever my future plumbing needs are, they will be our sole call for service from now on.Thank you Providence Plumbing for reminding people what customer service is all about and what building a relationship with a customer instead of practicing a transaction based business model!

We are so beyond grateful to find this company and that Tex was sent to help us. We have had three plumbers from different companies to our home in the last month. None of them could fix what we thought would have been a very simple repair. One plumber went as far as telling us we needed a new toilet because there was a hairline crack in the tank. Three plumbers and $600 later we still had the same issue with no resolution. We were convinced we did not need a new toilet. So, one last phone call to Providence Plumbing in hopes they would be the ones to solve the issue. Right off the bat we could tell Tex was different from the rest. Very polite and really listened to what we were saying. He actually seemed to care! Within about two minutes, he already knew the issue and what needed to be done. Just a small adjustment inside the tank that took 30 seconds! How did every other plumbing company miss this?! After the repair, he asked us if there was anything else we would like him to look at while he was here. Just bought house and finalizing our inspection repairs - one of which was a slow drain for our guest bathroom shower (which was supposed to be worked on with a different provider on Tuesday)Anyway, Saturday night while taking a shower in the Master bath the drain became slow and was not emptying quick enough. We called Providence on Easter Sunday, James S came over and advised us on the best path and gave us an estimate. We also decided to use Providence for our Guest drain issue as well and its a good thing we did!While the master drain took a simple snake to resolve, the guest bathroom was a much bigger problem. Our contractor advised that it was going to be likely that they would have to cut out the ceiling and replace the drain pipe under the tub. James tried on his own and then brought in tow additional guys to assist. They were able to push the clog and sludge down to the crawl space and removed a 4 section of pipe that was full of 40 years buildup. James effort saved us hundreds of dollars and a lot of headache.He also advised us on potential future issues due to all the cast iron in our crawl space and will be using Providence again for that additional work.James and Providence went above and beyond and did not take the easy way out and that is very much appreciated.
