Adjustable Services and Mark Perkins in particular have been awesome to work with. I recently had them replace my heat and A/C. From the beginning of the sales process all through installation I could not have asked for a more professional, reasonable, understanding company to work with. I highly recommend them and more importantly I trust them.

Mark and his team (Matthew, Mike and TJ) did an outstanding job with installing two new HVAC systems for my home. From start to finish they were there to respond to my questions, explain the different system options and cut through the noise from any of the competitors. I posted a request for a quote at 10pm at night, and I received an email from Mark within 15 mins. directing me to call his office in the morning and they would get right on it. Thats when I knew I was dealing with the right company. I highly recommend Adjustable Services for any of your HVAC needs. They are responsive, professional, and their products and services are fairly priced.

I needed 5 new power outlets added. Adjustable services came out and provided a free estimate and gave advise on how to handle it if I didnt choose them. Mark was very professional understood exactly what I needed. I received the estimate and chose them as it was very reasonable. He arrived on time and went above and beyond to accommodate my requirements. They will be my go to company. I highly recommend!

Dealing with a warranty is not always easy. I was SO IMPRESSED by the professionalism, help, and constant contact that I had with Tim during the large repair we had to do on the ac unit in the heat of this summer! He truly went the extra mile to help us get cooler faster. I am not a fan of the way the warranty companies do things, but Adjustable made the entire event much more palatable. Great Service!! When I called around 8pm expecting to leave a message, the owner Mark answered. I explained the problem and said he’d have someone out there the next day. The technician did a great job explaining the problem and answered all my questions. Great customer service and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for my HVAC or plumbing needs.

In March, 2014, Adjustable Plumbing/Heating & Cooling Services installed a 3-ton, duel fuel/gas furnace/heat pump at our house. We were pleased when the installation was completed on 1 day. They removed our old gas pack and cleaned up and removed all the debris. Our air conditioning has worked very well all summer and has been more economical than our previous unit.

We were without an air conditioner for over one month our warranty company was a sham the only good thing that came out of ThisWas the warranty company contacted adjustable services and I thank God that they did because Adjustable services literally came the next day and we decided to go with adjustable services and we got a beautiful new AC whole set up the workers are outstanding so very understanding And they are also very very caring I want to thank the staff and everybody connected to adjustable services I appreciate everything you did for us.Thank you a very very much a satisfied customer+++++++

No one gets five stars unless Jesus Christ was on site; that being said I was very satisfied with Adjustable Services work. A co-worker of mine recommended them. Added a new return air duct, new condenser, new furnace in attic, UV light to reduce mold and stuff, new T-stat. Three man crew, took about 6 hours. He also came back to install new breaker. City inspection is this Friday.

We had a main water pipe break in our crawl space 4 feet of water . This company was amazing ( Mark ) the owner came out himself and got the ball rolling in a matter of an hour. They replace all out HVAC ducting and maintenance our units like true professionals. They also caught that out heat ex changer on one of our units was damaged and if ran could have caused carbon minoxcide in our house. They were able to investigate and found that a 1500.00 part was still under a 20 yr warranty.I highly recommend.
