Thank you Ernie. The seller had my heater serviced and inspected by someone else in concord. The first morning in my new house on a Saturday and my water is ice cold... I called Ernie and he came out and fixed it right away at an affordable cost. Thank you so much Ernie!!! What a great person and business owner. know who I will call next time.

Called on Friday and he came Saturday morning. Took less than two hours to remove the old water heater and install the new one. Fair priced. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will be using them to service our boiler as well from now on.

I second all the other reviews. Ernie is amazing. Our water heater needed to be replace Friday morning. I called Ernie at 8:00. he was at my house by 8:30, water heater was replaced and running by 10:30. All this at the best price in Concord. I will not use anyone else for HVAC services

We just had P&M do our annual service after all other local firms told us there was a 8-12 week waiting list. We were selling our home and needed it done asap. Ernie came the following Monday! Great guy, honest to the bone and we highly recommend him for all your furnance needs. We will certainly be staying with P&M from now on!

Ernie came to look at a heating issue related to a sensor in the radiant flooring. Unfortunately it is something needed to be fixed by the original installer, but Ernie went out of his way to find a way to fix the issue and keep the house nice and warm for now. He couldn’t fix it completely but refused to take any money. I truly appreciate his kindness and will not hesitate to call him or refer him for any future needs.

Boiler decided to completely quit during these record cold November temps and a whole new boiler was needed. Due to the cold, most companies were too busy to do the job for at least a week. Wife called P & M and left a message. Ernie returned the call a few minutes later and within a half hour was at my house. Quoted a price and returned the following morning. New boiler was installed and operational within a few hours. I highly recommend P & M and will definitely use again when the need arises.

This company is fantastic. I lost heat and called around 8pm on a holiday and he returned my call within minutes. He was at my house in less than twenty minutes and after a short time my furnace was fixed and heat restored. Very reasonable charges for both parts and labor.

My fiancé and I are new home owners in the city on Concord and I decided to give this gentleman a call due to leaking in our steam heat. He came out to our house on a short notice one Sunday evening (there within 10 minutes) and coached us on the ins and outs of steam heat, tightened some bolts, and most of all gave us peace of mind. So thankful and appreciative of him! I would recommend to anyone.

P&M was recommended from my Dad who had used him previously. I called him and told him I had some plumbing issues. He called me back right away. He came that afternoon. SUCH a great dude. I called at 7 pm and Ernest was here 10 minutes later to re-solder the pipe joint that broke when I clumsily fell onto it and used it as support. Really friendly guy and great service. He was out of here by 7:30 pm.
