The response when I called this morning in a panic and the scheduling was quick! Billy and Mitch came out around 2pm and went right to work diagnosing the issue in my basement and were able to fix the reason for water leakage! They worked diligently and then explained what had occured:-) Gave me great advice on how often I should have the pipe looked at and went around and checked out my plumbing in all my bathrooms and kitchen:-) As my home ages I am thankful for their recommendations! Billy came out to address my shower drain problem. I was under the impression from several other plumbers that the drain could not be repaired and the entire shower would have to be replaced. Billy went the extra mile and made three trips to repair the drain. He brought Jonah as his helper. Jonah was very polite and was the crawler under the house. I was very impressed with the quality of work performed and would recommend them.

If I would have called around and received more estimates I may have spent a week doing so and maybe have received a cheaper price but once I met them and listened to what they said, I decided to save time and go with them. The work was great. The team that came here was Billy Adams and his partner ( which right at this moment his name just left me no disrespect intended but I know he likes coffee). I know him personally and since my dad got out of the hospital from covid, he has came by at least once a week on his day off or after work to make sure his oxygen machines and hook-ups are always clean and working correctly. Hes also repaired numerous things for my parents home like fixing their toilet, making the shower easier for my dad to use, and fixed the pump on their pool, etc. Hes always happy to help and there when our family needs him! Our expansion tank leaked. I called his company at 6 am. By the time I called we had stopped the water. He came by 9 am, did not charge us an emergency fee. He told us what his hourly fee is and if its just the expansion tank what that would be and that replacing it would include his fee. To be honest I thought he was going to rob us blind. But he didnt! It was just the expansion tank. There was no hourly fee. He was a decent human being. I was so worried, with so close to Christmas.
