A flood in our garage turned into a flood in our kitchen. Corey and his water mitigation team came in and were absolute Lifesavers. Getting things cleaned up and dried out. Treating us with respect consideration and the utmost professionalism. Then as we were repairing and decided to do a little remodel. Jim snook and other Jim took excellent care of us always on time. Always courteous, friendly and yet professional. Again flexible with changes as we made them. Juggling every ball, bowling pin or knife we threw at them and making our kitchen and home somewhere truly special.

Providence Restoration was an absolute delight to work with! Jim our Project Manager stayed on top of everything and kept me informed . They are a one stop service which was exactly what I needed working full time. They took care of everything - the water cleanup/mold, taking up floors, install new floors, painting, drywall, moving my furniture out while work was being done. I could not have done this without them! Tony with Carefree Carpet and his contractors were fantastic ! Norman’s Paint and Construction - also wonderful!

Providence Restoration completed some work at our previous home due to sewage backup. Thankfully it only affected a small area of our house, so was a small project for them, but a few key people still made us a priority. We were eager to get our house back to normal, and Dylan (the project manager) was awesome in communicating about the reconstruction portion and doing everything he could to get things done for us in a timely manor. He was knowledgeable, explained things well and was very responsive to my many questions. Todd and Corey were also super helpful during the demo and assessment phases. I would definitely recommend this company as they have lots of good people: professional, helpful, personable and understanding!

Highly HIGHLY recommend Providence Restoration. Corey and Gage were the technicians who identified the extent of our water damage and set up the plan to work toward restoring everything. They were extremely kind, professional, and personable. Always called before they came, and arrived exactly when they said they would. They were clear each day about where the drying was at, and where our case stood with the insurance company. I appreciated that they made sure the equipment was out of our way and we could function normally in our house. We are new to the state (at the time, here less than a week!) and didnt know anyone to call or to get a recommendation from. I chose Providence fairly blind. I am so happy I found them. Restoration services are typically not fun, but this was easy. A huge, huge thank you to Corey and Gage!

The crew was extremely professional. My house was sprayed by a skunk and we could not get the foul odor out of the house. They came in and fogged the house and then professionally cleaned the whole house to remove the residue left behind. I am very happy to say that the odor is finally gone! Jake with Mitigation and Mark with Repairs were very responsive to getting our project completed to our satisfaction. The process took much longer than expected mainly due to flooring issues. During this Thanksgiving season, heres one of the (many) things that Im thankful for:Back in January 2020, I called Providence Restoration & Construction following a water damage incident in our house. Luke and Reece with Providence arrived literally the same day. They were both knowledgeable and efficient, personable and pleasant to talk to, and they were patient in answering all of our questions. They made several visits for handling the mitigation.Following the mitigation, a team came and packed out our stuff (tons of books, furniture, etc.) and moved it out to our garage. They were very careful and did excellent work! Our project manager, Justin Benton, did an excellent job of managing the pack-out, floor and cabinet removal, and the installation of new flooring and cabinets, countertops, tile on the wall, etc. He was patient and professional with us in all of our interactions, and as we double-checked their work with meticulous detail and had additional change requests. Also, a shout-out to their extremely capable plumber and handy-man Scott Laws, who handled many of the changes and touch-up requests we had.Thanks to the highly competent team of experts at Providence Restoration, the water damage to our home was mitigated very quickly, and the repairs and upgrades were done in a timely, cost-efficient manner. I would highly recommend Providence Restoration, and their professional team, to anyone needing disaster mitigation and repair!

We are working with Providence Restoration on some water damage in our house. They were very easy to make an appointment with and gave us a 9-10am window theyd be here. The tech, Lucas, called me at 8:30am to let me know he would be here until around 9:45am, which was a huge help to know exactly when hed be here so I was able to run an errand that I otherwise wouldnt have been able to run if I was just waiting here at 9am. I wish cable companies would do this - haha! Anyways, once he got here he was super polite and helpful, explaining everything thoroughly so I understood it all and even helped me submit my insurance claim. If you find yourself in a situation where you need a restoration company, I highly recommend Providence Restoration...and if youre lucky, maybe they will send Lucas to your house too!EDITING 1.24.22:Since writing this, I have had the pleasure of meeting a handful of their guys and we have had wonderful interactions with everyone that has come through our house to help get this situation fixed. Seth, Dylan, Corey, Todd, Paul & Lucas are all great and very polite gentleman. They say yes maam more than the Chic Fil A employees say my pleasure. After we discovered a leak had caused water damage in one of our bedrooms, I reached out to several mold remediation companies. I got the distinct impression that some were more concerned with who our insurance provider was/the potential pay out than answering our questions about their process and their timeline to get the work done. I also became frustrated with those who were trying to frighten us by dropping toxic mold every other sentence. Some of these folks were trying to scare us to scam us.In contrast, when Justin and Hutch came to look at the damage, they were refreshingly knowledgeable. Justin, in particular, gave us clear answers and provided specific information about what range of steps they could take depending on how much damage we find and in what time frame. He gave us options. Unlike our interactions with some of the other reps -- who seemed to be salesman -- it was clear to us that Justin and Hutch have this depth of information to share because they do this work. They arent just selling a service someone else will deliver, which is an absolute weakness of the business model of some of the other mold remediation companies with whom we interacted. The guys skill at having a specific conversation earned Providence our business.Ill post another review when the work is done.
