    I filed a claim for a plumbing issue and got a call that day and an appt within 2 days. AJ Bono Plumbing was on time and very friendly. They explained my problem and how they were going to resolve it. They fixed the problem and I was very happy with the whole proccess.

    I have used A J Bono plumbing a few times via my home warranty. Their service and technicians are really great. My only issue is that they are hard to book (probably due to popularity). So I usually have to wait a week or so to get an appointment. The other issue is they could be late a bit depending on your location.

    They did a great job of explaining the problem and how to prevent it from happening again. They found and solved the problem with our garbage disposals in minutes. Even pointed out another problem that we didn’t notice and provided solutions to our faucet. Will definitely work with them again for our plumbing, garbage disposal issues.

    A J Bono plumbing was contracted by our home warranty insurance company to take care of two leaks at master bathroom and kitchen. They were very swift to schedule an appointment (the service crew came within 48 hrs.)Ignacio, from A J Bono, came within the pre-specified window. He was very efficient. He was able to quickly identify the root cause of the leaks in our bathroom and kitchen. He was very detail-oriented and gave me explanations of why these leaks happened.He also explained to me how he will fix the issue and what preventive measures we should take to account for future leaks. He went above and beyond to address the issues (even removed a stuck plastic particle in our waste disposal which was causing a weird noise when operated.)We really appreciate the effectiveness, sincerity, and professionalism of Ignacio and A J Plumbing.

    My Home Warranty company referred AJ Bono Plumbing to look at my shower plumbing issue. Two people from AJ Bono Plumbing came to my home prepared. When they looked at the issue, they immediately fixed it.I am grateful for their service because:1. when I called the Home Warranty company with the same issue 3 months ago, they referred another plumbing company, but this company did nothing, went away and closed my case.2. So I had to call the Home Warranty company multiple times to get serviced. They assigned the same plumbing company so I declined and asked for a different plumbing company.3. Although it took a few weeks, they finally assigned AJ Bono Plumbing for my plumbing issue.4. When AJ Bono Plumbing came, they looked at the issue and fixed it.Now, I do not have a plumbing issue.     We have worked with AJ Bono for years for plumbing problems and the installation of a new flash water heater. We called them last week to replace a 70 yr. old copper shower line that was leaking behind our wall, and they were fantastic as usual! From initial scheduling, to the diagnosis of the leak, estimate, to the repair, everything went so smoothly and Jesus and Rico even replaced the old hot and cold shower handles!     This company is great. I had a great experience with them from the moment I called until the moment they arrived to fix the issue. It was easy to get an appointment, they give a window of arrival and they respect it. They follow the smallest detail of instructions which made me feel heard and respected of my time. Upon arrival Martin, was very professional and explained what he was going to do. He came prepared and got the job done timely without any issues. He even took the time to calmly spend time with my dog so she would stop barking at him. I would definitely be using AJ Bono Plumbing again.

    Im surprised at the bad reviews Ive seen on Yelp. They definitely deserve the 5 stars for their service and communication from me (maybe its improved since then??). Mario was communicative in what the issues were (replaced garbage disposal). Although they had to come back for a 2nd attempt (not their fault - defective disposal), they made sure to arrange a quick appt. turn-around and followed through when letting me know when he was on the way. All good now!

    Our unit water heater was leaking and there were no plumber can come out in the same day to check the issue. Luckily, HOA helped us contacted Rafael and he was willing to come out at the same day evening to check out the issue and had it replaced the next day.He is very professional and answered all the questions that we have.     Quick and accurate service. Ignacio handled our plumbing repairs for a broken water main underneath our slab - repiping the whole house. Ignacio took precautions as needed to reduce the existing damage, and also provided a clear plan for re-piping and layout. Work was very clean and neat - and passed inspection right away. He was clear with day to day activities and finished the job on time and also on a budget. Definitely recommend AJ Bono and Ignacio particularly for your plumbing repairs. Excellent service.

    I had a problem with my toilet and bathtub and I got referred to this company thru home warranty. Gina was really helpful in setting me up with an appointment.     We had a shower it wasn’t getting hot. They diagnosed it and fixed it by replacing a cartridge. It wasn’t an easy job because the faucet threads were stripped so they had to cut off the pipe and replace it. But they didn’t charge me any extra in labor. Very courteous professional and friendly. Very affordable too.

    I met Ignacio and David today, they came to my home to repair a problem that I had with the kitchen sink, etc. and the bathroom tub and sink. The job wasnt easy there were several issues with the bathtub and even worse issues with the kitchen sink. Both gentlemen persevered hung in there and did a great job. They went over and beyond their regular duty to take care of my problems. Without hesitation, I will strongly recommend them to anyone. I will request them for future plumbing projects in my home.     Excellent Cusomer Service! Martin answered my phone call. He was able to get a technician to squeeze me in an already booked busy schedule. When Armando and Lorenzo arrived they were very friendly and professional. They greeted me, and asked me what they could do for me. I explained about the gas leak I had in the kitchen. They were very thorough. They checked my lines ,crawled into the crawl space and located and repaired the gas leak within 25 minutes. Total time 45 min. Armando and Lorenzo work very well as a team that was key to their resolving my gas leak issue in an safe efficient amount of time. The were very organized and clean.After the job was completed Martin gave me a folliow up call to ask if everything went well. Martin showed me that AJ Bono cares by taking the time to make sure that I (the customer) was satisfied. I would definately recommend AJ Bono plumbing. because of their Professionalism.     Two repair professionals showed up in my home this afternoon. I placed my service call this morning. When I spoke to the intake person, they told me that they provided me a one day wait and told me they would fix my problem on Sunday. After telling them my problem was the main kitchen sink, they dispatched the two plumbers immediately. They showed up to my property in 1 hour. They went to work and immediately identified the problems which there were several. First they cleaned a backup/clogged drain line by running a snake through the main. After, they inspected and found several leaks. They replaced the entire plumbing pipes with new ones. I guess they anticipated something potentially going wrong in the future so they wanted to make sure I had working plumbing for a long time. Not only did they fix everything, but they did it quick, very professional and thorough. I would recommend both Noe and Pablo any day. I do not ever expect this level of service-AJ Bono with Noe and Pablo exceeded my expectations. Next time I am calling AJ Bono again.It is important to mention that about three weeks ago I placed another call to a different plumbing company with the same issue who came and dealt with the same problem. Based on the fact I am dealing with the same issue three weeks later, you can assume they did NOT do a good job. Thanks AJ Bono, you have fabulous plumbers.

    These guys are great! We had a major hot water leak in the foundation and decided to repipe the house instead of just fixing the leak. They listened to what we wanted, made great suggestions and answered all our questions, found ways to minimize the number of holes in the ceiling and still get every faucet connected. They cleaned up after themselves, were very courteous. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Even though covered by our home warranty that we all know pays a fixed fee, when I asked David assured me he would take his time to find the issue, and fix it. Not only did he fix it, he made it literally better than new. (The original construction plumber did not install the toilet drain pipe, flush with the floor...instead used a flexible filler that crushed over time. David fixed everything, by installing a permanent connection.).Today, Pablo came and expertly fixed the drywall that was opened and the surrounding area that had been water damaged. Good as new now, and then he even thoroughly cleaned up the drywall debris.In summary, David and Pablo were efficient, knowledgeable, skilled and I could tell they enjoy their job. And Gina made everything come together seemlessly.

    This is my second time using AJ Bono. The first was for an issue with my water heater and Gina set everything up for them to come up and fix all in the same day. They corrected the problem immediately and having Gina work with my home warranty company made it a breeze. I have to say this time was even better than the first. I had a drainage pipe break underneath my home and needed this fixed fast. Knowing how professional Gina is and her relationship with my home warranty she knew that I was needing this fixed sooner than later, she set up an appointment up for a Sunday. Rafael and Armondo showed 15 minutes early, which I appreciated more than they knew. The placed barriers to protect my home and kept me informed of everything they were doing. Highly professional and courteous. Now let me get back to Gina - she is amazing to work with, respecting my time and going above and beyond to accommodate what I needed. She communicated with me from the start and let me know where everything stood. If you need any kind of plumbing, this is the place to go, no hesitation in saying that. If I need anything in the future, this will be who I call.

    The AJ Bono team dug a 70 foot trench in my backyard through concrete and numerous roots so we could bury the gas line for my pool heater. Additionally, they added a earthquake valve to the gas meter and cleared my French drain of debris. The entire team were extremely respectful of our home and most importantly our time. They arrived when promised, the cleaned up as they went along including replacing the concrete that was dug up.This is not the first time I’ve used AJ Bono and each time they have not disappointed.     Today March 23 I had problem with my hallway sink and also my master bedroom shower handle which needed the cartridge removed and changed. I called my home warranty Who actually made an error and only made up one work order instead of two that I originally asked for there computer only heard one problem. I was referred to AJ Bono plumbing. Martyn from the plumbing company called me and set up an appointment on Tuesday but then changed it to Monday between one and three he gave me the name of the technician Alejandro and a expected time frame. Mr. Alejandro showed up at my home at 2 o’clock as scheduled. He identified himself and proceeded to take care of the problem. Like I said previously I had two issues the master bathroom and the hall sink. he took care of the whole problem but proceeded to tell me that the master bathroom was not on the work order only the hall sink so he would not be able to fix the master bathroom faucet. I explain to him what I told the warranty company. I started to get a little upset because he said he wasn’t going to get paid for the job for the master bathroom and I didn’t feel that was fair. So I told him I was going to call the warranty company American home shield make sure that he gets paid for his work And his professionalism. He explained everything that he did and asked me to check it out to make sure it was up to par which I appreciate it very much even though I didn’t know what I was looking for but I like that he was concerned that I was happy with his work. I would refer AJ Bono plumbing to anyone out there that needs plumbing care. This was the first time using AJ Bono plumbing and was very impressed with how Mr. Alejandro handled the situation in hand. He took pride and was concerned that the work I needed was complete and correct. I thank you very much for taking pride in your work and your customers.     I was referred to AJ Bono plumbing from home warranty company after another company failed to fix a leaking pipe next to water heater and I was told I may need to pay $600 out of my pocket to move water heater- AJ Bono called me right after home warranty company transferred my service request and they came on time, technicians were very efficient, professional and friendly - They explained the issue to me, got the issue fixed in less than one hour and even cleaned up the site.     AJ Plumbing is the best. Their customer service starts with Gina. Be nice to her as she is making your appointment sooner than later. She knows your stresses and frustrations when you call... Hello it’s either no hot water for 13 days like us and dealing with the home warranty (13 days was the warranty company) or some other plumbing emergency. Of course when I called for help I wanted to think they were just waiting around for my call. As busy as they were they made us a priority. Rafael and Pablo were professional and polite as they explained the process of installing the new water heater. They are knowledgeable and worked as a team.     They re-plumbed our entire plumbing. Water, not drainage. We had a pretty bad water leak in our slab, but instead of repairing 60 year old pipes, my wife and I decided to replumb our entire house. The plumbers re-plumbed our house and increased our water pressure a little bit, but also contained all the drywall dust since they had to cut into our walls for re-plumbing our house. Rafael and Antonio are awesome guys and Rafael even showed me an area in the bathroom that was a hole in the drywall covered by a mirror, lol. I highly recommend this company, and Rafael corrected the water line that went to my refrigerator that was done very sloppy (he made it right and up to code).
