First off, Kudos to Spartan Plumbing for instilling such great work ethic and customer service in their employees. My dad had what we thought was a small hot water problem, turned into a much larger, 2 1/2 day project and are grateful for the care and precise work provided by the team assigned to us. They identified some other safety issues that we were not aware of (and I am thankful for that)! Nick and Braden were the first to arrive to assess the issues. They quickly, but, very thoroughly, determined the issues and the needs of the job and provided quotes and explanations of each quote. Alex and Jared spent the next 2 days busting their rear-ends (literally) to complete this big job. All 4 made sure to explain everything in detail what was happening and even during the process, updating us where they were at with things. I cannot tell you how much that meant to me, because they made things easy for me to explain to my dad (who has dementia). Customer service was off the charts and the work was top notch! They even thanked my dad for his service in the military! It’s hard to find good employees and these 4 young men blew it out of the water! They worked on a gas water repair, dryer vent repair, water softener removal/added maintenance free scale conditioner for the whole house, replaced bathroom drain system, outdoor faucet repair and then did a follow up to make sure everything on the list was taken care of to our satisfaction. We will continue to call on Spartan Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs! Highly recommend! Thanks again for the great work guys!

I had a blocked sink in the downstairs bathroom. I called Spartan plumbing and they responded to me very quickly. Nic Wolf Was my technician. He explained all of my options and clear prices with all options. After the work was completed, my sink worked exactly as its supposed to and even cleaned up my bathroom.. Both Nic and Taylor were absolutely great! Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I had been having an ongoing issue with the plumbing in my kitchen , I called a few other plumbing companies that could not find the source of the issue to resolve it. They both worked as a team, pin-pointed the issue and, came up with a plan at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company!

Nick from Spartan Plumbing just unclogged the drain from the kitchen sink at my house to that was continually backing up despite various DIY efforts to unclog it. Nick assessed the job and explained service/price options from which I selected and signed agreement to before he started the work. After persistent snaking efforts he pulled out nasty muck and cleared the clog. He ran the water for a long time to make sure the drain was draining properly. Im happy with Nicks thorough efforts and recommend Nick at Spartan Plumbing.

My hot water heater over flow valve was leaking so I called Spartan Plumbing. They sent out two technicians the next day (Jareth & Josh). Jareth is in training but was knowledgeable of the situation and very helpful to Josh. Josh is very knowledgeable and knows his job well. He knew what the issue was as soon as he saw it but he continued his inspection to confirm the issue. They replaced the valve and adjusted the water temperature at my request. We had a clog emergency. Spartan was able to send out 2 technicians, same day, without charging an, “emergency” rate.Taylor and Tyler were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They cleaned out all of our drains within an hour, including the mainline and floor drain. They made sure that we could run water from all the sinks, the shower and flush the toilet, all at once. No more backups!They’re coming back tomorrow to run a camera through our main line, free of charge! To ensure that our pipes don’t have tree roots in them / check if the main line could potentially be pushed up. (We have 9 large trees on our property).Spartan also replaced all of our gas piping and water heater in 2020. Love this company. They have a seamless, friendly work staff. Incredibly efficient. The persons at Spartan know what they’re doing. In 4 years, the only thing that has changed is the company name. They’re still wonderful!If you’re a homeowner in the Dayton area and want your plumbing done stress free and at the absolute best rate, don’t go with anyone else!A++ The best of the best!Also, if you’re looking to get a new water heater, go tankless! Endless hot water and it’s the size of a backpack.

Braden and his partner did excellent work today. THey were clean and tidy, efficient and fixed multiple issues we had. They put down drop-cloths over our hardwood floors, from the door they used to enter the house to the downstair mechanical room. Bradens diagnosis and solutions to issues we really did not know we even had were much appreciated. I have used Spartan several times now and they are very consistent no matter who comes out from their company. I will be using them again.

The girl dealing with me on a Sunday, while I’m bailing water and frustrated was awesome. Consummate professional dealing with an excited customer. Nick, the plumber, was great; polite, professional, skilled, neat and answered my barrage of questions. Will absolutely recommend Spartan and use them again. When I had an emergency on the Sunday of a three-day weekend, they took care of me. No sales pitch, just answers. Quick, responsive and a pleasure to work with.
