Secondly, the Rheem 50-gallon electric water heater they installed comes with a 10-year warranty, which is definitely worth the cost. The other three quotes I received only offered a six-year warranty typically. Thirdly, what sets Preston & Sons Plumbers apart is that they hold both plumbing and electrical work permits. I found another company that proposed a similar quality service at a lower price, but they didnt have an electrical work permit. That wouldve required me to hire a separate electrician. Lastly, the team, consisting of Brandon and Grant, arrived exactly when they said they would and completed the job within the estimated three-hour timeframe.
