    Excellent service from Tarvin Plumbing! I had a job that required some special parts, and Mark was able to track down everything that was needed so I could get my leak fixed as soon as possible.     Tarvin was there when we needed a qualified plumber to install a gas line for a kitchen range . We tried another plumber that never got back to us with a bid . Not cool . We had a comparable bid one week , next week DONE . My wife is very happy with her new gas range . 5 star in my book .

    Tarvin Plumbing has been great to work with. They are very thorough and responsive. Appointments were easy to make, and they were on time for all of them.     My wife and I were very satisfied with Tarvin Plumbing and would highly recommend them. Their performance and service is second to none! It was a pleasure to deal with Mike Tarvin during the planning of our kitchen and bathroom renovations. All workers involved were courteous, professional and quite knowledgeable. They were very conscious of any areas of the house that had to be traveled through, when in fact, they laid down cloth tarps the entire directed pathway throughout our residence. I cannot say enough good things about this company, whereas, their work is exquisite! Thank you Tarvin Plumbing for a great job!

    Exceptionally happy with the work Phil from Tarvin Plumbing did. I called on Monday about my garbage disposal and a leaking out door faucet. I was given an estimate on cost which was right on the money. I was given the option of a scheduled appointment on Friday or they could probably fit me in Tuesday or Wednesday. They called on Tuesday and Phil and his helper showed up 20 minutes later. I liked that Phil explained what he was doing as he worked. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would recommend Tarvin Plumbing and Phil with no hesitation.

    Tarvin Plumbing was extremely responsive and professional when our old hot water heater died. The morning after it died, I called Tarvin and they were at my home with a new hot water heater TWO HOURS later! They were efficient in installing it. There was a weld that did not hold, and they came quickly when we discovered that and fixed it quickly. Their pricing was fair. Tarvin will be our plumber from now on.

    Had Tarvin come out for a clogged PVC pipe for the washing machine unit. There initially was some confusion because water pressure was checked which might have led to a water heater leak that started soon after. They came out again free of charge and they refunded me for the original visit because of the water heater leak that they were able to fix.Mark Tarvin came out the second time and explained everything in great detail and also gave me competitive quotes on replacing the appropriate malfunctioning equipment.At the end of the day what you want is accountability and professionalism in a company, and you definitely have that with Tarvin. Would recommend them to friends/family.

    Tarvin Plumbing did my total kitchen renovation. From demolition to installation and everything in between, the job was done efficiently and with tremendous skill by friendly and courteous workers.     Tarvin was wonderful! We were selling our house and had a sewer pipe burst. My wife and I dont handle stress well and they were very prompt, courteous and the price was pretty good as well.     I cant begin to say how wonderful this company is! I called them this morning after being without water for EIGHT days because of a botched job by another plumbing company that my home warranty company uses. I told Veronica at Tarvin what the problem was, she had me send photos of the water heater and venting and said she would try and have somebody at my house today or tomorrow for installation. An hour later she has somebody who can pick up the water heater I need and can install it today. Brent arrives and was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to install the water heater and make the necessary modifications in four hours. He went over everything he did and explained it thoroughly. Yes, it was a hefty price tag but a check that I was happy to write after having an EIGHT DAY nightmare without water thanks to another incompetent plumbing company. You definitely get what you pay for. I also learned in this process to drop the home warranty company I had because it is a scam. When ever I need a plumber in the future, Tarvin is who I will call!! Thanks so much Veronica and Brent-you guys are lifesavers!!!!

    Tarvin did a great job for us on various plumbing needs. We were living in Fort Thomas and used Tarvin for things like replacing a disposal, unclogging drains, and so on. We usually had the same plumber, Matt, who lived in northern KY and thought his work was top notch. Pricing seemed reasonable to us and they always honored the Angies List $25 discount.

    The builder of our townhome in OTR put our furnace and AC on the second floor to get more airflow to the third floor. We ran into a problem with the AC drain overflowing to our kitchen ceiling in the second floor. We called Tarvin for help as we needed someone soon.Dave came over the next day and we got service at a reasonable price. Dave not only fixed our problem but spent time helping us figure out how to prevent the issue from happening again. He took us step by step through the process and even explained that its actually pretty normal to have some buildup in the pvc pipes from dripping water lines.This was above and beyond and much appreciated. And we werent gouged the service. When this happened we were concerned because we have had bad experiences with plumbers in the past. Tarvin is our go to plumber from here on out.

    Highly recommend Tarvin Plumbing. Moved into my condo and needed their service because my new washing machine was flooding the laundry room. They took care of the plumbing and then also explained to me the way the washer was set up incorrectly. The other company hadnt locked my machine and did a poor job with my dryer vent hose too. He told me exactly what to say to them and how to approach it. My experience with Tarvins was very professional and I would recommend them to anyone.

    Very trustworthy company. Always upfront about the what the repair will cost. I had a leaking pipe in a ceiling where the time involved to fix was not known, and the plumber told me his best estimate of how much time it would take to fix. He got it fixed promptly and the final cost was lower than his estimate. I trust this company.

Needing a new hot water heater, installation was prompt, efficient, reasonably priced, passed county inspection, and their recommendation to install a tank different from interest, led to significant cost savings.     We had a slow leak in bib valve, and was concerned that the access would mean taking the interior wall down. The man Tarvin Plumbing sent out was able to remove the stem, replace the gaskets and put it back in service. Very well done.

    Tarvin Plumbing has taken excellent care of our plumbing installations and repairs for 36 years at 3 houses. Toilets, faucets, disposal, outdoor hydrant, boiler, hot water heaters... Scheduling is responsive and specific so you dont have to wait around. All the plumbers are knowledgable, do excellent work, and are tidy and just very nice people.

    I cant say enough good things about Tarvin Plumbing. I had a clogged sink and another plumber came out and said it could not be snaked and that I would have to bust out my basement wall and possibly my basement floor to fix it. They wanted to charge me over $1000 to bust out the wall just to see if they could unclog it that way and then I would have to hire a contractor to put it back together. A friend thought I should get a second opinion and contacted Tarvin for me. They came out that very afternoon and for the same price the other company charged me to tell me all the bad news they not only fixed the clog with a snake but also fixed several other minor issues in the house. They have my business going forward.

Tarvin snaked my clean-out line and found a collapsed pipe on the city side of my property. Mike Tarvin called me and walked me through the process of getting the city onto the property to fix my problem.Mike resent his technician out to my property when asked and he personally followed up with me multiple times to make sure my problem was being resolved. I called at 8 on Wednesday morning.The customer service individual said they could schedule a firm appointment for Monday morning, but would have someone call me if they became available.I received a call at 10:30 the same morning and Ellis arrived at 11.
