    Had them come out for a gas leak, they fixed everything, Duke came back out did a faulty test turned the gas off so I had to call them back, they provided lots of documentation and tested free of charge again no cost to come back when really it wasn’t their fault they didn’t fail on the work or anything it was Dukes fault, so that was nice of them and the type of people you want to hire over someone who will add extra fees to everything.

    Called Smithys up after I had questionable experience with another local plumber. They sent Al Smith out the next day (no charge) to survey the damage, and provide an estimate on the $7k worth of work the previous plumber recommended. Al with 30+ years of experience explained to me exactly what had been done, what was recommended, and how he would approach the problem.The next day Al came out and got to work on the clogged drain. Al was able to clear the clog without any demolition, and he explained exactly how he was able to do that. I was impressed with Als expertise, ability to articulate the work that he was doing, and the fair price that he charged.Smithys and Al have earned a repeat customer, and although I didnt need the $7k work, I will be calling them for all future plumbing needs. Smithys has great professionals, and a fair price, I cannot recommend them any higher.Thanks

Al took the time to explain everything to us & went above & beyond, even pointing out things unrelated to the job & maintenance tips to keep things running smoothly moving forward. He even adjusted his solution at no additional cost to resolve the job even faster while also avoiding the need to redo our floor. I highly recommend Smithys!

    Al came to evaluate a plumbing issue we were having, he was the second opinion for the issue (1st opinion was roto rooter). Al was amazing! He explained every step of the way and educated me, it was super helpful. Saved us close to $12500!! Roto rooter was going to charge us $130000 to dig up the ground and replace the pipes. Smithy’s (Al) saved the day!! There were no collapsed pipes, no digging up needed. Thank you Smithy’s for being honest and wonderful to work with! Will be using Smithy’s again for any plumbing issues.

    My hot water heater went out overnight. I called Smithy’s that night and they responded saying they would fit me in. Came in the morning the next day and was fixed by mid-day.     Al came to clear a drain that Apollo Home could not. He was very professional and cared about preventing additional costs. Apollo Home stated we would need to replace the pipe. So I called Smithy’s to try and clear before I paid for all of that. Smithy’s cleared it and prevented me from having a large expensive project. Highly recommend Smithy’s and very much highly recommend Al!He was great!

    Al Smith from Smithys did an awesome job! He completely fixed our leak and made sure to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand without being a plumbing pro. He kept me updated and made sure I was aware of the unique issues he came across in our old home. With all of his experience, he was able to fix our leak in an inexpensive way where most plumbers would have chosen a much more expensive route. On top of all of this, he went above and beyond, paying attention to the smaller details and cleaning up the surrounding space, leaving it better/cleaner than it was before (unlike the previous plumbers Ive used that leave a mess). I couldnt be happier with the outcome and experience overall.

    I am really pleased with the service I received - especially for the replacement of the wall around my tub/shower - in the process of removing the tile and the old wall behind the tub - part of the adjacent walls were damaged in the process. Instead of my having to have to call someone else to replace the walls, Al was able to repair the walls which saved me time, money AND the headache of having to worry about trying to find another reputable repairman to repair the adjacent walls and risk the possibility of getting ripped off! - thanks!

    Al from Smithys Plumbing came to install a new water heater and to seal my basement drain to prevent sewer gas from coming in to my house. He also helped fix my bathroom sink plumbing that was not installed properly and therefore was not draining properly. He was communicative with me throughout the whole day and installed the new heater quickly and cleaned up well. He explained a lot to me and made sure I understood what he was talking about. I trust his expertise and plan to contact them again if I ever have more plumbing needs!

    Al and Isiah came to my home because I needed a plumber to check on a gas leak to a stove top that an appliance repair person said was gas line related after examining the stove top for at least thirty minutes and proclaiming it was the gas line. All and Isiah quickly determined it was the regulator on the stove top and not the gas line. They were professional, courteous, and on time. We were very happy with them coming into our home and helping us with our issue.

    These guys are fantastic! There was no lollygaging on the job. They came in, they introduced themselves and bang, they went at it and completed the work. The only thing bad about giving a review like this is that its so hard to find quality and professionalism these days that when I need them again Ill probably be in line for 3 weeks.
