Ordered the wrong part for a faucet, texted them about and pictures of what I needed, they let me do a refund and they didn’t have the exact part but sent me a link to Kohler who did have it. They’re so helpful, I’ll totally order from them again. I’ll probably text first next time so I get the right thing in the first place :)

I have come here as a maintenance technician countless times. NOT ONCE did these guys fail to impress me with their knowledge. They are across town for me and I don’t complain due to their unmatched service. I can bring in a busted chewed up cartridge or part and within 10 seconds the guys are like “ yup we have one right over here” and will bring me the exact match from what I had. We all know what its like to work on plumbing and you go over to the Ace Hardware thinking that youll get what you need. Dont do it and go to Noels Plumbing Supply first. If I had I would have saved myself so much heartache and so many days without any water in my house!Bottom-line that I bought an old house and had to replace the valves in the old clawfoot tub. Valves for different types of faucets are notoriously hard to match and neither Ace nor Home Depot could begin to give me help. The old man at Home Depot said theres only one place for you to go and thats Noels Plumbing Supply.I went there showed them the part I needed, showed them a picture of the faucet I was dealing with and they handed me the part and I was on my way and now I just got done taking a shower and life is good.

I was at my witts end with a 39 year old American Standard faucet. It had been leaking for many, many months so I contacted American Standard. They referred me to Noel’s Plumbing. My faucet would not have been able to be replaced without removing the whole tub. They immediately contacted me and told me what to do. They stayed with me the whole time till I found the problem although they didn’t get a sale out of me they did fix my problem no more leaky faucet, I have them in my contacts now and will use them anytime I have a plumbing problem. Thank you Noels Plumbing for the best service I’ve ever had!!

I ordered a bathtub spout which I had a hard time finding. I wasnt exactly sure how to fit the spout on the copper pipe so I texted Noels and a gentleman walked me through what I needed to do to replace. Super patient and works great. Thank you!

Fantastic! I walked in with parts to the faucet in my vintage sink and walked out with everything I needed. Chain hardware stores suggested I get a whole new sink and/or would not be able to do it without a plumber. The employee at Noels took a quick look, knew what it was, and had it in stock. I was able to fix my sink in two minutes with their help!

These guys were so helpful and professional. They found me the obscure replacement part I needed in less than a minute. I wouldnt even go to a Home Depot type place for plumbing needs. Stop here first. They are even open on Saturdays

Come here and they will take care of you. I visited Home Depot and Lowes , there was nothing there but cheap made plastic and they will charge you every nickel and dime. Here I got the original Moen shower parts with good serviceDefinitely good to try vs cheap Chinese 3rd grade products from Lowes or Home Depot
