    Had a sewer pipe that needed jetting in our new house. Other company quoted 2k to fix and couldnt find a sewer clean out, so they were going to pull up the toilet to do the work. I called Nieman to get a second opinion. They came out within a day of my call. Their tech Brennan was very helpful and ended up being able to find a clean out and easily cleared the issue in the pipes. I was charged for the labor, but it came in significantly cheaper than the other quote that we had. Would definitely have them out again!

    They are amazing ! They did a great job on installation from top to bottom including a complex shower system. They are super quick to respond and dispatch for service .     Hands down the best plumbers in town.We had complex issues with our old cast iron plumbing that 4 other plumbers could not diagnose or fix, despite a $20K attempted repair by one of them. Brennan, with Niemann Plumbers, had the true source of the problem assessed at the first visit. The repair was efficient, cost-effective and they left no mess at all behind. If you have a plumbing problem, don’t waste your time and $$ elsewhere.

    I have experience with several plumbers over the years. Nieman had relined my line to my septic about 5 years back and I had a slow drain. I called to schedule an appointment they were flexible to meet a need and squeezed me in early. The guy who came called to let me know his arrival time, was very professional, made me feel like he cared about helping me out, which isnt always the case these days. He was able to solve my issue in an hour. He explained everything he was going to do, along the way. I was very pleased with the service done and would recommend Nieman to others.

    I had an issue with the sump pump. While they scheduled me for an appointment in two days they were able to send a service tech that day due to a cancellation. Chris was awesome. He assessed the issues, communicated the solution and worked fast and efficiently to resolve everything to my satisfaction. He even added a back flow devise because one was not installed previously. He showed me what to do to test the backup battery and dated the manufacturers product brochure so I would know when it was installed.

    On Dec 23rd at 5 pm, I noticed our water heater was leaking. With it being so close to the holidays, nearly every plumber was already closed. I tried 4 plumbing companies with emergency services that were unwilling or unable to help so close to the holidays. Josh with Neimans came to the rescue. He was responsive, kind, and understanding of the issue. He was upfront about pricing and was able to come to our house the same night to replace our water heater. Will definitely be using Neimans in the future. Not many companies will be at your house from 8 pm to 10:30 pm the day before Christmas eve to help you out of an unexpected problem! Highly recommend!

    Since it wasnt an emergency, it took a few days to get on the schedule, but John was great, on-time and professional. He corrected an issue and we learned of a location of a pressure valve we assumed was enclosed in the jetted tub cabinetry. It was a minimal visit cost and he was very helpful and when I asked about another issue, he showed me how to research it myself first, explaining that the cartridge might not be the issue. It was nice to have an honest assessment and someone not trying to just add to the bill. Very happy with both the man sent and the company.

    Initially service person came out to diagnose the problem with kitchen faucet, which he did quickly. Needed a new faucet replacement. The appointment for the replacement was scheduled for Friday, though the repairman had extra time on Wednesday, and installed the new faucet 2 days ahead of schedule. All works great. Work was done very well.

    Oh my goodness, we had the BEST plumber ever! John was courteous, kind, and professional. He is knowledgeable and worked hard to place our outdoor spicket in a new location.     Seriously, this guy was awesome. Fixed my vanity and jacuzzi for water jam, adjusted breakers, inspected the motor and had bunch of advises for me. When he found the home warranty does not cover for any of those, all he asked for is a review. When everyone else was ripping me off for the slightest of the work at my basement, this guy does not expect for the work he has done. I gave him a decent tip. Glad to see people like him who are honest and trustworthy in this field.

    Our water heater input hose was leaking badly. Nieman came out quickly, tried to repair, but discovered the tank was damaged. The company was flexible and scrambled to install a new one the next day. They were courteous and helpful across the board.

    Brendan and his assistant came out to do a sewer pipe scope. Then they returned another day to do special sewer pipe cleaning.Brendan and his assistant were kind, courteous, and honest. In the initial visit he showed me the scope video.     Brennan and Tyler were so professional and thorough. My kitchen sink backed up and overflowed causing flooding in the kitchen and the basement.     Rex and Michael were so nice and knowledgeable in addressing the issues we have been having with our grinder pump! It has been leaking since we bought our house 3 months ago and after a long and drawn out battle with the home warranty company we finally ventured out to find our own ppl to take a look at it. My husband called them yesterday and they came out first thing this morning. They drained it to get to the root of the problem, grease and tons of built up debris that have been weighing down the float over the last year or so. Rex took pictures and a video of every step and took the time to explain everything they did and what may have caused the issue. I cant recommend them enough. We even signed up for the one year coverage so they will be back in 6 months to make sure the issue stays resolved and to stay ahead of any repairs that may be needed in the future. This was such a huge weight lifted off our shoulders and we could not be more grateful for their time and knowledge! We 100% recommend them for anyones plumbing needs!

    I would highly recommend Nieman plumbing. A home inspection found a hole in one of the pipes, and there was “some other flow issue.” In addition to Nieman, I got estimates from two other places, but Nieman was the only one to discover what that “other flow issue” was. They knocked the project out in about a day, and pricing was totally reasonable - no gimmicks or up selling like you sometimes get with the bigger guys.

    A different company had diagnosed our leak as a problem with our spa tub jets, and Nieman is one of the few companies that does spa tub repair. However, when the plumber arrived, it was immediately clear that the problem has been misdiagnosed, because even though we stopped using the tub there was still water leaking into our basement. The Nieman plumber identified the issue as gaps in the shower tile grout. So they couldn’t help with that, but at least we now know what the real problem is so that we can address it!
