    We reached out to Herrmann Services to take a look at our water softener and furnace. Both techs who came out were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They explained different ways we can keep our systems running smoothly and things to try troubleshooting on our own if they arent working correctly. They were affordable and very helpful. We will definitely be using them again.

    Herrmann Services has always been my go to for any plumbing or electric issue I have had a my house or my rental house.     They were great for an emergency call for furnace issues during a really cold spell. They were able to come out quickly (for an emergency fee) and trouble shoot the problem to get the house warm again.On a followup service, Zach did awesome in getting my furnace replaced same day right before Christmas and on short notice. Extremely appreciative of their work and consideration for what was going on.For plumbing - Tony was great in getting my leaking drain diagnosed and replaced within 24 hours roughly. Christian did a great job with Tony in working in a tight space on an old lead pipe. Tony is super honest in the quote and what my options were.Ill be using Herrmann Services for all my future hvac and plumbing needs.

    I just used Herrmanns plumbing services - Ive previously only used (and loved) their HVAC services.They were quick to respond & show up, priced well, and explained everything along the way.Once again I was wowed by the Herrmann team - Joey, Brian, Scott and Ryan all did a great job!     Called Herrmann Services ( no hot water). Scott arrived 1.5 hours after calling. He was very professional, polite, knowledgeable-even with the bad news ( new tank), he was very comforting.     This is my second time using Hermann services and Joey was awesome!!! First time was for replacing under ground piping, and yesterday was for bathroom sink. He was very upfront, knowledgeable, and educated me on how to keep my drains open. I truly appreciate how explained things step by step and kept me updated as he worked.

    I hired Herrmann Services for my AC replacement and they were extremely professional, transparent, and easy to reach. As a first time homeowner, they made the process of getting quotes and understanding my options painless.     We were having an issue with our furnace not staying lit so we called Herrmann and another company to take a look and give us an estimate to repair/replace the furnace.First company comes out and tells us the furnace is broke and needs replaced to cost $8000. We called Herrmann for a quote to replace and they were much cheaper.On the install day the technicians were on time, polite and clean. They went so far to double check that the furnace was indeed bad. What they found was that the first company completely fabricated the failure and the only thing needed done was to replace a sensor.The integrity and honesty shown by Herrmann employees gained them a customer for life. They could have easily replaced the furnace and charged me thousands of dollars. Instead their honesty cost them money but certainly I will only uses Herrmann in the future for heating, air, and plumbing needs.

    When first tasked with the same daunting drain blockage from my basement to the street to say I was stressed was an understatement. Thats when I called on herrmann service once again to help with the problem. Joey and Ryan showed up and they were wonderful. With the prior information of their companies cleanout and knowledge of the area they knew immediately what we would need to do. He explained why we would need to and what that all entails leaving nothing out. They even quoted prices before starting anything. Thats when they called in Bryan and they went to work fast! They setup and were done in less than an hour and a half and everything works as good as new. They were even ni e enough to let me see what they were doing on the camera in the drain and showed me what damage I had inside. They also went over some good next steps and went the extra mile to set me up with a plan for the future! I will definitely be using herrmann for all service needed. They are prompt, professional, and all around a great personable group of employees from the office staff to those out servicing customers. I would really recommend Joey, Ryan and Bryan anytime!

    The drainage problem was determined not to be a sewer backup so much as a backflow from excessive rain. As a caution, I did have my stack repaired. That was all done in a professional timely fashion. I received advice on when and how I would know a real problem to worry about would occur. I have used Herrmann Services before, and I will be happy to continue to use them. I highly recommend them.

    We had a leak coming from our very old water heater and knew it was time to replace it. We called Hermann plumbing and they were able to have their technicians out the next day! Our technicians were Joey and Ryan, and they were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They replaced our water heater and repaired some piping and shut off valves. They really went above and beyond with their work. We are very happy with the entire experience and will definitely request for Joey and Ryan for any future plumbing needs.

    Absolutely wonderful experience start to finish! My air conditioner went out on Sunday night...I went online and input a service request, telling them to call me at work the next morning after 8 am. I received a call from Brian at 8:01 am...he diagnosed my problem, was super courteous, and told me he could have a tech come out that afternoon. I told him Id need to leave work to meet the tech, so if they could please call me when they were on their way, Id appreciate it. He called me back an hour before the tech was to meet me which was perfect. The tech, Scott, was right on time...very knowledgeable, personable...he made me feel like a valued customer. As soon as Scott got the unit back up and running...he told me about their other services...I paid..and I was on my way back to work. On my way back to work, no less than 10 minutes after Scott left...I got a call from Debbie, asking me how my service call went. It was amazing service. In less than 24 hours, I was up and running at a very reasonable price...and I talked to 3 different people at Herrmann...all of whom were just as friendly as the last. I will recommend Herrmann Services to everyone I know...and will definitely use them when future needs arise. Thank you again to all the wonderful people at Herrmann!

    I have been a client of Herrmann Services since October 2014. I heard their ad on the radio and I remembered the phone number because it was simple: SER-VICE. When I arrived home, I called immediately to schedule a furnace tune-up. (In the past I had used two big local HVAC companies with very disappointing results due to poor workmanship and general overbearing attitudes.) Since the furnace tune-up in the fall of 2014 was an excellent experience, in the spring of 2015 I became a preferred customer by purchasing an annual contract for $288, which covered the costs of both the furnace tune-up in the fall and AC tune-up in the spring.I have been using Herrmann Services since then for all of my HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs, renewing my contract each and every year. I make one call, speak with either Patti or Melanie, and the appointment is made. As a preferred customer, I do not have to pay a service fee for unexpected HVAC, plumbing or electrical repairs or services.I recently had my French drain repaired and replaced by Paul Neyer at their company. Paul came out on Monday of last week, gave me a quote, sent me an email that afternoon, I approved it via email, and the next afternoon Paul called and said he had the piping and other items in his vehicle for my French drain. He said he also had his shovel and just may start digging the old drain out. Paul is a veritable machine! He dug the entire 52 feet of drain out of the ground in three hours (no small feat!) and was back the next morning before 8:00 to install the new piping. Before noon, he had the entire new 52-foot French drain installed, with new gravel on top of the drain. I was in awe of his work ethic and knowledge. We had tremendous thunderstorms blow through the region this weekend, and the French drain worked exactly as it should, without backing up or clogging as it had in the past.I never call anyone else to get a second opinion or another estimate, because I know the service managers and techs at Herrmann Services are trained, qualified, professional and I will receive the best price for the work that will be performed ~~ with a warranty as well.I have recommended Herrmann Services to my family and friends over the years. I have never personally met the office staff or owners of Herrmann Services, only their supervisors and techs, all of whom are beyond proficient and respectful of my home and property.

    I bought a house that was FHA approved, but later on found out that my entire plumbing was not up to code.... I found this company as a referral from my insurance company. They provided exceptional service. Walked me through everything. Was very kind, and accommodating. I worked mostly with the plumber Paul Neyer, who was phenomenal and would highly recommend. I was gone all day and he would meet me after i got off work. Was very patient, as well as communicative. Would answer any of my questions no matter the time. Would recommend.

    Called to fix a gas pipe leak. They were prompt and the work was done satisfactorily. My complaint is the price. One hour of labor, without any material is $300, and the consultation fee is not absorbed into the final price but added onto it. So while the work was good I felt they are overpriced and will look for alternatives next time if the job is not urgent.

    Bryan and crew have been there every time we have needed them. They are always professional, courteous and clean. Having a sewer back up is never convenient but by having our line jetted on a regular basis to combat roots helps us have peace of mind in our older house. Great value, great work and very knowledgeable staff. I have also used them for commercial jobs for work. I highly recommend for any job big or small.

    First let me say, I called today to make an appointment and there was a service technician here within one hour. That was great but unexpected. The service tech that came, Mark, was very concerned with my electrical problem. After some troubleshooting, the problem was fixed in a timely manor. He also installed a Motion detection light on my shed. He took the time to adjust the lights in the best position. He was very professional, respected my house, and was very concerned with my concerns. I can honestly say I have never been so impressed with a company doing service at my house.     We had EXCELLENT service today from Technicians Joey & Bryan for our tree root removal work on our sewer line. They were professional, excellent communicators, knowledgeable and truly excellent plumber technicians. They worked tirelessly all day, worked on getting our line cleared of all the tree roots, inspected our line, and made very clear what is needed to maintain our lines.     We noticed a leak from the upstairs Master bathroom coming thru the ceiling around 10:30 am. I called Herrmann Services to see when we could have their plumber come out. At first it was going to be the next day but then I received a call saying Joey and Ryan had finished early and they would be there around 2:00. We were so relieved to know that someone would be able to fix our problem that day. They quickly found the problem and worked until 5:00 to finish fixing the pipe leak. Joey and Ryan worked well together and did an excellent job. Ryan also did a fantastic job cleaning up the mess in the kitchen area and family room. Thank you Joey and Ryan.

    After recently being released from an eight night stay at the hospital for pneumonia, we discovered the gas range in my parents house was not working. While this in itself was an issue, the fact that our dad is now on oxygen was even more reason to be alarmed because they were lighting the burners using a match. The wall where the range was located had no electrical power so my parents were using extension cords to gain access to electricity from surrounding walls. Upon learning of this issue, we did research to find a reputable company located near our parents so this issue could be corrected. One call to Herrmann Services and I knew we had found the right company.Patti Leisure not only listened to our concerns, she empathized with us. This was on Wednesday, March 18. She said she could get someone there on Monday, March 23 because the electrician was off until then. We were pleased to learn they could make it by then. On Thursday, March 19 at 8:32 am, Brian from Herrmann Services called and said they would be able to get someone to our parents house that day. Talk about service!Greg and Joe showed up at our parents house by 10:45 am. After a conversation with our dad, they performed a check of the house and were able to identify the issue. They provided us with an estimate of the repair and stated it would take approximately 1-1/2 hours to fix the problem.The problem ended up being somewhat more involved which ended up taking Greg and Joe longer than originally estimated to fix. They ended up spending 4 hours fixing the electrical work of which several were spent outside working in the rain.Upon completion of the project, they provided us with the invoice. The cost of the repair was exactly the same as the original estimate. We were astonished. Greg and Joe thoroughly explained what they had done and tested everything to make sure the outlets were working properly.We cant thank Herrmann Services, Patti, Greg and Joe enough for the caring and professional way in which they treat their customers. We were able to rest easy knowing our parents were safe and no longer had to worry about them safely using their range and other appliances. This is a top notch company with team members who really know how to treat their customers. When looking for a great, reliable company to complete electrical repairs, look no further.     I had an emergency plumbing situation today where my stationary tub was overflowing and my toilet was backing up and water was backing up in the bathtub. Joey and Ryan were here within 30 minutes and could not have been more helpful. They knew what to needed to be done, explained everything prior to doing the work and as they were doing the job, in terms that I could understand. They gave me an estimate and had the job done in no time. They moved things out of the way and also cleaned everything up everything perfectly afterwards. Thank you for your quick service in an emergency and for sending Joey and Ryan. They did a fantastic job representing your company! I certainly know what company to call in the future!

    Very fast professional, courteous and knowledgeable service. I’ve dealt with other residential electricians who have taken a week or longer to come to my house just to give an estimate. And another week or so to come back and actually perform the job. No kidding, Herrmann Services was at my door within an hour of my initial call. I think they had another job get cancelled and I may have benefited from that. I had a small electrical problem that was handled within an hour tops. I then asked for a quote to re-wire an underground wire leading to an outdoor water fountain. They gave me an estimate on the spot and performed that repair during the same visit even though it was not on the initial service order. I got two jobs done within just a few hours of my call when I was expecting it to take a week or more. Very happy with their service and will use again if and when the need arises.

    Herrmann saved our rear ends. We had a terrible plumbing company come out to fix our septic system. We had to use this other company because of the conditions of our home warranty contact.This other company installed a new pump, but didnt diagnose the root cause correctly. The new pump was destroyed in less than a year. About eight months later we called up Herrmann. Herrmann came out and fully diagnosed the problem, fixed the root cause and installed another new pump which has been working well.Yes, Herrmann is not cheap. But neither is calling up the less expensive, second-rate business to only have them make critical mistakes, then needing to call a company like Herrmann. Stick with the pros from the beginning.

    I just had the best experience with your Technicians Alan and Scott. My water heater was leaking and dripping into the condo below mine. I called late on Thursday and they were there 8:30 the next morning. Both were very respectful and professional. Al advised that there was a little bit of water coming from my heater but it was not my fault that I did not notice...it was in the back corner where I would never have seen it. They advised that my small space in my laundry room would not accommodate the current 40 gallon model...I needed a special 30 gallon tank. They explained all to me and went and ordered and delivered the 30 gallon tank. I was also concerned about my hoses on my washer leaking, so while Al worked on the water heater we ran my washer so he could watch the hoses to check for any leakage. There was none. I appreciate how each went above and beyond to help me with a situation that I really had no experience with and they eased my mind that I was doing the right thing. Thanks so much Alan and Scott!!!

    Setting up an appointment was easy and the timeliness of someone servicing my issue was perfect. The Serviceman arrived at the time he was scheduled. Was knowledgeable about my issue and explained what needed to be done. Discussed pricing before he started. Cleaned up and left the space as he had found it once repairs were completed.     I had a leak in my laundry room that was coming from the bathroom above. I talked to the evening answering service and the plumbing division called me first thing the next morning. They were respectful of the time that I had to be out that morning and told me to call when I got back. They were very responsive and early for the appointment. When they needed to come back out the next day for a continued issue, the team of Ryan and Joey worked together to figure out the issue since it wasnt immediately obvious, repaired it quickly and then explained it all to me in a language I could understand. I highly recommend them.

    Great company! Being a new home owner I really appreciate calling one company for all my needs. I have total confidence in the technicians that have come to my house. I have used their plumbing, heating and electrical services. Each technican has been very knowledgeable and communicative regarding my concerns. Each technician has been very respectful of my property and clean up when they are finished, Love that! And they do high quality work, very pleased with all my repairs.     Tony was the service man that came to our house. He was very personable and professional. He stayed 6 feet away the entire time and put on all of his safety gear to keep me and my family as safe as possible. I had concerns about what it would cost for him to clear a clogged drain. He was up front and honest about the price and did not try to upsell anything. Aftet he finished the job he cleaned up and had it looking like he had never been there. If we are in need of a plumber in the future I will be calling Hermann Services and requesting Tony.

    I am very happy with the service. He was on time, fixed my plumbing problem and then noticed that a filter in my ceiling for my air conditioning was dirty and should be changed. He then commented that a smoke alarm was missing. The Condo company immediately sent a maintenance man to change the filter and fix the smoke alarm. The condo maintenance man told me that if this had not been noticed, I soon would have had an expensive bill for a new air conditioning unit in the ceiling. I am very pleased with Herrmann Services and their additional sharing of observations of problems they noted.

    They installed a new tankless water heater for me. I initially inquired by email and Sarah was very responsive and knowledgeable answering all my questions. They came out for a free estimate. Kevin was also very knowledgeable and provided the best install plan at the best price. Kevin les the install as well, which went very smoothly. Chuck was meticulous with the venting to make sure it did not encroach overhead space in our Storage area. They cleaned up very carefully and make sure we were happy with everything before they left. We would absolutely use them again!

    I highly recommend joining the Hermann’s Service Club. I have been a member for many years, and the Technicians that provide my annual checkups have all been excellent! For example, today Allen and Robert arrived for my Plumbing and my A/C annual tune-up. They are both extremely knowledgeable, informative, and courteous. When they left, I felt completely confident about all of the service they provided today, and that my equipment is completely ready for the season.

    My furnace is old. It decided to stop working two times on two different weekends. Had to pay the weekend rate. Both time the technician warned me that it is time to consider replacing it. I got a quote from Herrmann Services and 3 other companies they had best price. Installation was great they cleaned up and were on time.

    We have had root issues with our sewer for years. Herrmanns has always come out and used the big snake to get rid of the roots. We have known for years that the sewer line would have to be replaced and we finally did that today. They came out and dug out the old line and replaced it. The job took about 6 hours. They are always professional and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone. They are our families goto company involving plumbing. We have not used them for other household issues but would if needed. They are family owned and you might even catch a family member working on your project. They give accurate estimates and even offer financing with some of the more costly repairs. Bottom line is they are trustworthy and we dont have to worry of things break because we always know who to call.

    I was very pleased with the help I got from Herrmann. I got a call from one of my tenants this morning that his vents werent blowing hot air. So I needed a tune up and diagnostic. Apollo said it would be January before they could get someone out, but Herrmann got a gentleman there within 90 minutes. Somehow the hot water heater pilot light went out during the furnace tune up, but they sent out a water heater guy within a couple hours at no charge to get it squared away. It was a fair price and now my tenants are nice and toasty, all without having to leave the office. Thanks to Debbie the lady who helped me on the phone and Herrmann in general!

    I have had multiple projects with Herrmann. Largest was the need for the sump pump to have a crock put in as the sump was sitting on top of gravel on a an open ended drain pipe. Also had the battery backup system installed with the new sump.pump. The new sump pump does not take the water all the way out as other sump pumps did. From Day 1 after install, I hear the water come back thru the pipe. If this is ok or not , time will tell on the wear and tear. I have a very loud rattling now along the pipes as a result which I will call on. I didnt have any rattling whatsoever in past 5 yrs living here. A larger pump was installed than what was previously here as we were told it had to be larger to have the battery backup system. I will say I was thankful It did continue to work and pump out water when it rained hard. The rattling is much louder than just a sump pump normal level of noise. I am sure Herrmann willremedy as I tried to insulate pipes but still the metal vibrational rattle. One thing with Herrmann is they will come back and back up their work.

I decided to call the people that were on my furnace, I was told by a few other companies that they could not get me in for a day or that they would call me back and didnt hear from them.After much frustration, we contacted Herrmann Services and are glad we did!! After contacting them, they provided us with a timeframe in which the tech would be coming. With in 1 hour they called and told me that Greg (our tech) was on his way. With in minutes Greg was at the door. As I walked him in, I told him what my furnace was doing, or the lack of doing. Greg sat down and immediately started to figure out the problem. He was able to hold a conversation with me with me while doing this. He was quickly able to tell me what the problem was, wrote a quote up, I signed right away and the problem was fixed with in 10 - 20 minute.Greg cleaned up all of his mess (even though my basement was a mess) waited and tried twice to ensure that every thing was in top notch shape.     I just had a great experience with Herrmann Services. We have a condo above another condo and the lower unit was getting water damage on their ceiling. We have had 4 different people look at our water sources and no one found the problem. The plumber from Herrmann Services found the problem in our refrigerator in a very short period of time. I still have work to do to fix my neighbors ceiling but, this saved us all a lot of time and money. Thanks Herrmann Services.Note: The service call cost me a lot less than what I was expecting!

    My aged boilers (30+ years) pilot light went out on the evening of 03/05/2015. I called Herrmann Services to explain the problem, and was asked by their answering service If I considered it an emergency. I told them no, as this has happened before and the next morning was fine. Herrmann Services called me at 7:45 AM the next day and informed me a technician would be to my residence asap and they would inform me when he was on the way. Upon arrival the technician showed me several issues with the boiler (including its age), and ignited the pilot. Ive used Herrmann Services for several years, and their work has always been exceptional. I will not hesitate to use them again.
