No one wants to call a plumber. Sometimes you just have to. We found ourselves in this position.You know whats more frustrating than the need to call a plumber? No one answering their phone. Or answering but not identifying the business. As in. Hello?Beresford did everything right.Everything.Promptly answering the phone professionally.Providing a time they could take a look at our issue.Arriving EXACTLY when they stated they would.Fixing the plumbing issue quickly with no fuss.It was a very honest and good experience working with Beresford and should you find yourself needing plumber, call them first.

These are our go to plumbers. In the past 3 years theyve installed our gas fireplace, replaced our hot water heater, and done other minor plumbing work. They have always been on time, quick, kind, and perform great work. During the installation of our hot water heater they told us that some items initially quoted were not needed and lowered our final bill. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and will continue using them in the future.

We had 2 other local plumbing companies come out and inspect a backed up sink and a boiler issue. In both cases they recommended costly repair and replacement. Bathroom sink was quoted at $3500 and boiler replacement about $7000. Decided to call Beresford since they originally serviced the boiler when our Grandmother lived in the house some 25 years ago. Beresford came out and got the boiler working in 5 minutes and unclogged the sink in another 5 minutes. Total cost....less than than the cost for dinner and a movie!!!! Highly recommend you call Beresford before you get any HELP from another company.
