The pilot light on our gas fireplace was out and the button to start it wouldn’t work. I had called a couple of fireplace companies and they couldn’t come out for several weeks. I called Archer and Jimmy stopped out the next day. Very friendly and informative. He was in and out and it works like a charm. Price was very fair as well. I’m pleased with Archer and will call them again.

Great work today; September 15, 2023.Roommate broke my shower arm last night which resulted in us not having a shower to use at all.I called today roughly around 9am and Archer Plumbing Co. was able to fix my shower before 11:30am today.Great work and definitely a life saver!Saved us a lot of money as well!

Had an issue with a leak in the wall drain after trying to replace a bathroom vanity myself. They were able to come out less than 48 hours after I called. They were communicative and friendly and did a great job explaining what was happening (blockage in the drain and imperceptible crack in the wall tube). Matt also finished installing my vanity for me. I would call them again!

Archer is awesome! They came and replaced our main stack pipe that runs from the second floor to the basement. There was a crack in the old cast iron and they were able to fix it in a timely manner. 100% recommend them!

Archer Plumbing has been great. First time trying them. Our water heater broke and we feared wed have to pay for a full replacement. But Archer quickly came over and diagnosed the problem. We just needed a repair of a part. They then referred us to a company that specializes in that kind of work, Flanagans service. Both companies served us great, and we are back able to bathe again , so the flies are gone. ;)

Work Performed June 12, 2019This was my first time looking for a truly real, qualified plumber, because I could no longer trust the work of pseudo plumbers. I had a busted indoor basement pipeline that connected to an outdoor spigot, that caused quite a bit of water damage in my basement, so I needed to find the best plumber, at a reasonable price, and a company that would apply the diagnostic charge to the total charge of the work done.I spent several hours researching plumbing companies, reviewed a great deal of customers’ reviews on each company, and I called a few that had the best reviews. One of my initial calls was to Archer Plumbing Company. The phone was answered promptly by Allan, a very pleasant man (a good sign). I explained what was going on, he asked a few questions, and was able to quote a ballpark figure of what it might cost. I told him I had to make a few more calls before I could decide on a company, but so far, they seemed to be the best, and met all my requirements.In the end, Archer Plumbing was the number one choice by far. I called Allan back and scheduled an appointment. The next day I called and changed the scheduled date to an earlier date, and Allan was very flexible and accommodating. Allan called on June 12, the scheduled date, to let me know that the plumbers were on their way. Chuck and Matthew arrived promptly. I was happy that they had shoe covers (thumbs up), so I didn’t have to offer mine. Chuck was very knowledgeable, proficient and efficient. Both were very polite and pleasant.In addition to replacing the busted pipeline and spigot, they replaced the toilet fill valve in two toilet tanks, and Chuck gave me some general, helpful maintenance tips, as well as addressed a few of my concerns with future plumbing projects. I was very pleased that the cost was within the ballpark figure that Allan had quoted for the busted pipe repair.Needless to say, I highly recommend Archer Plumbing. First impression and experience are lasting! I admire their honesty and integrity. I have already recommended Archer Plumbing to my friends and family. This company exceeds customers’ expectations in all areas of service. They deliver Five Star Service, at a reasonable price, and they offer a one year warranty on their work. A do-it-yourselfer, I did it myself until I got in over my head and couldnt finish the job well enough to turn on the water supply to my house. HELP! My next door neighbor recommended Archer Plumbing to put things right. I called at closing time and Alan sent Jim out the following morning. Jim replaced four vintage (decrepit) 1988 shutoff valves by soldering new quarter-turn valves that looked far more stylish than the name brand compression-fit models that I (unsuccessfully) tried to use. Jim even let me look over his shoulder to watch his technique in desoldering the old valves and soldering new ones. Could I do that? I dont know. But Im keeping Archer Plumbing on speed dial now. The price is right, Jim is a first-rate plumber and I couldnt be happier with Archer Plumbing and Head Honcho Alans quick response to my dire situation.

Came to replace the shower valve. It was done in a timely manner and on their way out I asked them if they could do one more thing and they did. They replaced an old gate valve that no longer worked with a brand new ball valve for an outside hose bib. I highly recommend them.
