Devon has serviced my system in the past. We knew a replacement was going to happen and when my system failed (as he had warned) he quickly helped me find a solution, get financing, and then even stopped by after installation to check on the system and ensure it was working- which it is!!!!The installation itself went well too. John and Yahmond were great. They were friendly, helpful, willing to problem-solve, and got me and my housemate from huddling around a window unit to lounging in our living room fast!Very happy with Otter Guys all around.

Michael did a great job in regards to my HVAC maintenance. He was exceptionally thorough in explaining certain aspects of the system that affect its efficiency. I was also made aware of some things to keep an eye on down the road as the system is more than 10 years old. This was my second very positive experience with The Otter Guys. The first was plumbing related (D and Jesus were very professional and courteous). This company sees the big picture in doing great work and establishing connections with their customers. The combination of their expertise and customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend!

Being new to the area, I was looking for someone who had years of experience and covered my new home. I also wanted the reliability of having someone do annual checks on my plumbing and heating. I was not disappointed by the otter guys. From Stephanies assistance and setting everything up to Lees and Chriss assistance on the ground, it was a great experience. Lee has tremendous knowledge, expertise and professionalism. Chris is diligent and brings some tech savvy to apply to the work they do. They showed up on time. Kept me informed throughout the checks and repairs and walked me through any information they presented. I feel confident having the Otter Guys as my heating, cooling and plumbing team.

The Otter Guys Techs (Lee and Devin) are beyond amazing. Each time they come out to service our homes they spend countless time to address the issue and are very thorough. They are so patient and answer all of the tons of questions my husband and I have. Today they both came and discussed options for an AC/heat change to our new home and were as always wonderful. Please give these two guys a raise! They are awesome. Highly recommend the Otter Guys.

Devin C. was on time and completed a thorough diagnostic followed by suggesting multiple courses of action (from temporary fixes to full replacement) in order to improve the performance of our systems. I personally appreciated his advice on a couple flex line repairs i wanted to make myself. I’m sure the whole team at Otter Guys is great, but we will specifically ask for Devin when scheduling our hvac repairs.

We had a problem with our heat exchanger just as the colder weather is arriving. Michael determined the problem, got repair parts ordered, explained everything to us and promises to come back to do necessary repairs quickly. He worked hard and found that the problem wasnt as deep as originally thought, which helps in completing the repairs and not running up a big cost. We are very happy with his work as we have been with Otter Guys and its predecessor for the past 10 years.

We are very happy with the service that Michael provided. The team was able to come out the very next day, and he went above and beyond with the information that he shared with us. He explained that he didn’t have one part on his truck, but he was able to stop by their shop and he came back the very next day to install it. Our ac unit is working beautifully now! We were also very happy with his exceptional work, professionalism, and knowledge of the system that we have.

We’ve found Devin and Otter Guys to be very helpful and honest with their service. Devin’s a very personable guy, explains things in detail, and is very up front about everything. Not only is communication excellent, you’ll even get a text with a photo of the technician you can expect, which pleased me very much. Prices are on par with averages. I did not have any hesitation whatsoever picking them to upgrade our system, and the service is way faster than I expected. Five stars so far!

The Otter Guys were prompt and responsive to my weekend online inquiry and we had a service call scheduled by that same evening. Aaron was really great to deal with in taking my call, listening to the issue and getting me scheduled. Appointment confirmations are sent via mobile with details and contact info. Prior to my scheduled appt they sent a text with a photo and background information on the specific tech they were sending including their area of expertise and years of experience , which was awesome! My tech Lee, was super efficient, friendly, and thorough. He had the issue diagnosed and fixed within minutes. I had also requested an estimate for a few plumbing issues and a hot water heat replacement. I received quotes on all of them before Lee even left my house. I’m am very impressed by Lee’s professionalism and expertise and highly recommend The Otter Guys!

Chris and The Otter Guys team did a great job in replacing my main water line that was leaking from the water meter at the street to my house. They were courteous, professional, flexible and responsive. They even hauled away excess shrubs, gravel and pavement that had to be removed as part of the repair. The reinforced my main water line with a higher level poly pipe and put it in a protective pipe shield so this would not happen again. Great job!

Overall, we have had a great experience with the Otter Guys. Before having work done, we got three quotes for the work needed, and The Otter Guys price estimate was unbeatable. We had a full HVAC replacement and ductwork added/modified in our home. I was first made aware of Otter Guys was their trucks. They replaced some terlets (Archie Bunker Toilets) and a kitchen faucet. During the installation Jesse or his partner overheard a concern regarding a piece of the install. Unbeknown to us, they contacted headquarters and Terrence and Travis both came out and straightened it out immediately. I was a miscommunication on our part. We now have a plumbing company!!! Tanx!

The Otter guys service men that came to my home to repair and then replace my heat pump unit were awesome. They came out soon after I called. They were all polite, professional and kind. I need our unit to work for company coming the week of Fourth of July. They recharge the Freon appropriately knowing exactly which type our unit needed to work and then came back within a week to replace the worn out unit. The replacement took most of the day but did their work efficiently and to perfection. Each one cleaned up any mess and explained what they did and how to use the new system. Thank you so much!

Our technician Devon is superior in terms of his work ethic, diligence and his patience in thoroughly explaining what needs to be done, what options we have and he gave us a feeling of real concern to meet our needs. Thank you!Matthew and his crew came to install the new HVAC system and repair the decades old duct work in the tight crawlspace under our condo to ensure the new cooling air reached us. They were working in the intense heat to make sure we would be comfortable for years to come. Matthew listened and readdressed an issue I had with two of the air registers that werent blowing as hard as the others after the installation was done. He and his crew went back under the house (not an enjoyable feat in the heat and humidity) and identified the problem and corrected the issue to bring those registers back to their full former working glory. Matthew and his crew were very courteous, worked really well together to ensure that we were totally satisfied with the job before leaving us. Air Conditioner was thoroughly checked with insrumentation at both inside and outside points. Earlier the filter was replaced and the humidifier was turned off.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Furnace was turned on after humidifier was adjusted, Temperatures in both thermostats were changed to make certain --that the furnace started and stopped as necessary. The ducts on the lower floor were all opened to assure good air flow. A new air filter was installed. The Otter Guys helped us with water heater installation, plumbing repair/repiping, and HVAC maintenance for our newly bought home. First of all, their service is great! When I found a leak and called them for help, Aaron was able to find his crew to come to my home in just an hour. It turned out that a larger section of our plumbing was problematic and needed some repiping. I greatly appreciate that Aaron was able to fit this job into their tight schedule so that we could have the plumbing issues resolved before we moved in. Lee, Devin, and others did a great job! Today, Devin came and serviced our heat pumps. Devin identified a problem in one of the units and helped us fix the problem at no extra cost. Im also super impressed by the detailed reports. Overall, highly recommend!

Travis, Alex and the rest of the crew over at JLK are probably the best technicians i have dealt with in a long time; courteous, responsive, you name it. Im a new customer who had issues with an old water heater, they tried to come out the same day, but their distributor was closed, so they came out first thing in the morning the next day exactly when they said they would and had the new water in and running in about an hour. Cant say enough good things about them, highly recommend JLK!

8/22 Lee is great. Had plumbing problem which caused water all over the office kitchen floor. Came and fixed it immediately. I can always count on them. 2013-2022: We have been using them for years for the yearly back flow inspection and whenever we have had a plumbing issue. They are the best and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.
