Unfortunately, we have that horrible Quest plumbing. We had another leak and had to turn off our water. We contacted Rooter-Man in the morning before they opened. They returned our call promptly and got us on their schedule as soon as possible. Shane and Julian arrived and found the leak quickly. They were very efficient and explained everything they were doing. They repaired the leak and the water was turned back on again. They were very courteous and polite while here. There was no mess left behind. You couldnt even tell they had been there. We would recommend Rooter-Man to anyone needing plumbing repairs. We have used them on two other occasions and were also pleased with the other workers there.

Rooterman has come to our house a few times. Theyre seriously some of the most professional and nice people weve ever had come work on our property. Today we had a pretty major problem and they sent a crew out quick same day. Shane and Ryan were amazing at finding the problem and explaining solutions. Those two really rock and did incredible work. Their manager John came by and is super knowledgeable and talked through everything. Look, the problem was messy and we were stressed with it- but these folks took care of us and were able to even crack a few great jokes while being deep into the mess, which made a crappy situation feel a lot better. Well call Rooterman first anytime in the future, and you should too.

Rooter-Man did a wonderful job! A wonderful lady answered the phone. She was professional and very nice to speak with. I was blown away when she said someone could come out within the next few hours! She gave me the cost over the phone, so no surprises at the appointment.Two guys came out a few hours later to pump my septic. They were nice and were in and out witin an hour. Job well done.Now days later. after multiple days of heavy rain, our basement was flooded. John Chisholm and Julian determined that the floor drain backed up and caused the flood. I recently had Rooter Man pump out our septic tank and they did an outstanding job! As we just moved into the house a month ago I decided that it made sense to make sure that easy access for future pump outs made sense. (The original access port is a real beast to get off the tank.) The main tech, Trevor, said that I might want to consider installing a riser. Having had a septic system before this made a lot of sense to me, so I called the office and scheduled it for a few days later. It ended up that this was not an easy job. The tank was pretty far down, i.e., 3+ feet, so that required a lot of digging. Add to that that Trevor, and the other tech, Harley, hit a yellow jacket nest while digging. Neither of them complained at all. (I think that they would have been well within their rights to say, Hey, you get rid of the yellow jackets and then well come back and finish the job.) Instead, I gave them a couple of cans of wasp spray that I fortunately had, and they went back to work. Im on my 5th can of spray and the yellow jackets are still around! Again, Trevor and Harley remained in good spirits and kept working until they completed the job. They did an outstanding job, and I would highly recommend Rooter Man! Also, Norma, who is who you deal with when you call up to schedule, couldnt have been nicer, or more efficient. She kept me updated as to when the techs would arrive, and she was very polite on the phone.Taking care of your septic system just makes good sense, and I cant recommend Rooter Man highly enough! They are outstanding!

George and Randy were careful with our flower garden; advised of problem, fixed 2 floats and all is working well. I was experiencing a major issue with our basement backing up from our septic tank. I had a plumber come out first to snake the lines, but the issue persisted to the point where we thought perhaps the main drain line from the house to the septic needed to be replaced (a very expensive process). Thankfully, before we did that, the plumber recommended I have rooter-man come out to pump the septic and inspect the tank to see if there might be any other reason for the backup issues.I had George and Eddie from rooter-man come out a day after I called to request an appointment - very quick. These guys were fantastic.The tank itself was not full, but doing this allowed these guys to fully inspect everything and confirm the tank and distribution box was not the problem. They were able to use a better quality camera than what the plumber had and when they ran the camera up my main drain line towards the house from the septic tank we spotted where the line split off - and we think this is where the clog remains. So the next course of action is to have the plumber come back out to re-snake the area that appears to still be clogged. Assuming this is the fix, George and Eddie will have saved me thousands of dollars for not having to dig up and replace the main drain line… which wouldn’t have fixed the problem. For my one financial peace of mind, I hope this is the case, but time will tell when the plumber comes back out and snakes the line again.Bottom line - rooter-man is legit. Ask for George and Eddie (these two guys are awesome).

My water heater finally failed on me and we had no hot water and had a large puddle of water on the basement floor. We gave Rooter-Man a call and within a couple hours we were up and running again. Quality water heater and the technician was very knowledgeable and professional. I will absolutely use Rooter-Man again. Oh did I mention this all happened after 5 PM. Great Job!

I would highly recommend Rooter-Man and only Rooter-Man. We had a very minor issue in our house, water leaking under a bathroom sink. I reached out to them in the morning and they were out here within 2-3 hours. Found the issue and fixed it. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond answering other questions we had about the plumbing in our house. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We just bought our home and it’s our first home so trusting a company is hard. Rooter-Man will be the only company I’ll ever call for plumbing issues.

Shane and his teammate were outstanding. We have a really tricky leak that we can’t find and Shane did not give up. Incredibly thorough, walked me through several possibilities for the source, even beyond plumbing (roofing, siding, vents). I was impressed with his persistence and his genuine care and interest in figuring this out for us. He also provided clear explanations and next steps. We normally shy away from larger companies because it can be a mixed bag but we got a great team. Hope his boss reads this and gives him a raise!

I had a problem with my grey water tank caving in. I called 5 different companies to come out and let me know what they could do.Rooter Man was the first company to show up and give me a quote. I had two other companies show up and they also gave me their estimates. The other companies never showed up and after repeated calls, they still did not show up and they did not return my calls.Rooter Man’s quote was the highest among them all and they were the most professional company of them all.Rooter Man’s staff were clean looking, very well spoken, and were able to answer all my questions without hesitation.Their vehicles were clean and very well stocked and organized.On the day of the repair they showed up on time and all the technicians were clean and squared away.I spent the whole day with them (I asked, and I was told no problem) and was able to watch every move they made. I asked a lot of questions and the answers they gave me, made me extremely comfortable about the work they were performing.They were very meticulous about picking up behind them self’s, picking up striped wire ends, pieces of conduit and papers etc.They put in a long day and I was told they would finish up everything before leaving.If you need a plumber and you do not use Rotter Man, shame on you. They are the best, first class company to meet all your plumbing needs.Thank You Rooter Man and the great job you did for me.

Yesterday, Saleem and Julian arrived right on time and could not have been friendlier, more professional or concerned about doing their job as good as possible. The service, (emptying our septic tank), was efficient, thorough and very reasonably priced. They were thoughtful enough to carefully replace the grass divots and clean up leftover dirt. You almost couldnt tell they had been there. This experience was a good one and we will highly recommend Rooter-Man. This company came out very quickly, diagnosed a serious problem with our septic system, scheduled a fix soon after, did a great job and left the area they dug up looking much better than it did to begin with! I had a broken pipe under the slab of my home . Had several quotes for a repair and was shocked how much more the other companies were charging for the repair and one actually had the location of the broken pipe off by almost 6 feet. A friend referred me to rooter man and was told to trust their professional advice. So glad I did. Not only was the price substantially lower but the team detected the pipe and a two day job was completed in only one day. Bravo to rooter man. I highly recommend them not only for a reasonable price but for the professional staff and management who made it an easy process.

They are quick to respond to emergency situations and were out just a couple of days after a phone-call for a non-emergency request. Weve worked with Robert in the past for a faucet that wouldnt turn off and JJ today to get our septic pumped. Both were right on time (we actually received phone calls both times when they were headed our way), completely professional, offered helpful information and answered questions very patiently. Ive never seen a team work as hard as Shane, Matt, and their crew did over a two-day span replacing a 130-foot length of sewer line from our house to the city main. We all thought the job was going to be smaller than it was, so when they identified issues down the line, they were very clear about what they found, what the implications were, and what our options were.They were knowledgeable and honest and worked with their supervisors at Rooter-man to propose a solution that made sense all around. And then they worked tirelessly outdoors in the middle of a major storm, putting in about 20 hours over two days to get everything fixed. Shane followed up directly to make sure we understood all the details of what theyd done and that we were satisfied.As a result of this experience, I wouldnt think of turning to any company other than Rooter-man for plumbing/piping/sewer related issues. Maybe they could branch into electrical/heating/other work so I could stop dealing with other companies entirely ...

Great service and excellent work by Robert from Rooter-Man. I needed a propane gas line run to convert a wood burning fireplace. Another company had essentially said it was impossible due to the location of the fireplace (centered in a room, and sitting on a concrete slab). I called Rooter-Man and Robert arrived. He had a solid well figure it out attitude, and after discussing options we came up with a solution. Robert came back at the specified time and did excellent work, and took great care to ensure we were happy with the result. This was definitely not a simple job, and Im very pleased with the result. Based on this experience, Rooter-Man will be my first call for any future needs.

We recently decided to fix it once and for all- we had THREE Rooter companies come out and all three provided different solutions. Rooter-Man was the ONLY company to spend the time to determine the problem, test their theories and work tirelessly until the pipe was cleared out. The other companies had me prepared to spend TEN THOUSAND dollars with them to trench a new line in our backyard. Shane from Rooter-Man was honest, professional, nice, hardworking and knowledgeable. SHANE WAS AWESOME. DO NOT CALL OTHER ROOTER COMPANIES. DO NOT GO ELSEWHERE. CALL THESE GUYS FIRST and save yourself the headache.

Weve had two crews over here over the past three days. First, Jakondeh and his partner pumped out our wastewater tank. They were professional and courteous, and they quickly figured out why our tank wasnt emptying as it should.Next, Darrell came over and installed our new septic pump. He and his partner were great! They worked hard to get our septic system working again, and they answered all of my questions so I feel like I know a lot more about my septic system now.The best part though, is that Darrell and his partner had to come back today because our alarm went off again. They determined that our problem was under warranty, so their visit was free. They could have easily nickel and dimed us. Heck- they could have told us that we need a whole new control panel! Instead, they worked with the equipment we had, and gave us advice on how to fix some other minor issues.I feel like I just dealt with a very honest company, and some very knowledgeable technicians. Thanks, guys!

I spoke to Norma and she said the guys were in Scottsville finishing up and they could come to our house in over an hour. I left work and when I showed up Jahkondeh and Jacinto were digging up my flower bed. It started pouring down rain on them, I told them when they finish please do not put the dirt or rocks back down I would take care of it, already feeling bad they are in the rain. I called Rooter-man after discovering a rapid leak stemming from my water heater. Within 90 minutes I had a plumber, Steve, arrive at my home. Rooter-man was upfront about the cost associated with replacing my irreparable water heater. Steve was wonderful; he was polite and thorough in providing explanations on the plumbing and gas lines which I was unfamiliar with as a new home owner. Steve was careful about shifting my belongings, as this repair required moving my washing machine and dryer, and took the time to maneuver the old and new water heater around my main gas line, which prevent additional costs from occurring. Steve was patient while working around my home and showed tremendous respect to me and my property despite issues with my main water cut off that challenged his ability to the wield pipes the pipes into place. After installation, late in the evening, Steve stayed to ensure I knew how to use my new water heater. Steve left my basement, including the washer and dryer, cleaner than he found them. I’m so thankful Rooter-man was able to help me replace my water heater.

Ben was a polite, careful, and speedy gentleman who had our septic in working order with not a blade of grass left out of place! He did a careful site excavation, tank pump, and site refill with little-to-no mess and efficiently tidied up and packed up when finished. Rooter-Man was back in two weeks, as we had another backup... after checking it out, Matt, Jacito, and Ben said the tank was fine but mysteriously full... unfortunately, after then digging up our distribution box, we found that after 60 years, this concrete box was actually crumbling! SO, they cleaned out tank and box, and set us as a priority on their schedule for repairs due to a pending medical procedure of homeowner.AND they showed up a day earlier than planned to make sure the job was done on time! Ben arrived at 9AM to clean out and prepare the tanks for repair and excavation. Chris and Sean tackled an all day job, begun at 10AM and completed at around 7PM.... incredible work ethic.. for every problem unexpectedly discovered, they worked a solution on the spot, their only goal to do good job and do it right. Old box had concrete piping, which had to be cut out. New pipe was laid between the tank and the new distribution box... good thing as the old one was almost totally clogged solid.. why our back ups were so bad. Our septic system was literally not working anymore! When all was installed, the drain field was back flushed with the help of newly arrived Jacito only to discover one line was not straight but curved and of course clogged at the curve... more digging to fix this problem, and viola! New Working Septic System! Chris, you are a truly a magician with a digging tractor! Matt To The Rescue!! Truer words were never spoken! Remember that really bad rainy day back in November when the power went out? I heard a big noise and thought a tree had fallen, but turned out to be the door of my front load washer slamming open from the pressure of the septic water that was pouring out of it. It was a nightmare. I called Rooter Man To The Rescue - whose power was also out - but Kim said she could get someone here that afternoon. Jahkondeh very helpful to explain the process and condition of our tank, etc. They lifted and replaced the concrete cover, of course. While Jahkondeh offered us some additional bacterial treatment, for a fee, I declined, and there was NO pressure! They cleaned up their equipment well. Final cost was the minimum that they had quoted earlier. I am very satisfied with their service today, and I would definitely use Rooterman again.

Shane was such a good technician. He diagnosed the problems, explained how he could repair them, gave me an estimate, which was a little pricy, but it was 11pm at night, so I didnt argue. Shane was hospitable, he cleaned up the debris nicely. He seemed knowledgeable about what he was doing. I was very impressed that he was able to get it all done by himself. I would use Rooter Man again and if I cant get Shane, I hope all the technicians have great customer service like he did!

Weve had our septic tank drained 6 times over the past 30 years and this is the best company yet. The two crew members, Jahkondeh and Robert, were professional, competent, and pleasant. They are the first crew to properly dig and refill the large hole, extracting and replacing the sod carefully and perfectly. No one has come close to their diligence and efficiency. I was offered great advice regarding the maintenance of my septic tank and septic field. I have never written a review like this before, but I felt the need to tell others to USE THIS COMPANY. A great service and a great value. I teach customer service for a living and this company, as represented by this crew, gets it right!

Just wanted to give a shout out to the technicians, Shane, Steven, Jerry, Pat, Chris and George did a outstanding job! As a manager of a service company myself I was interested in the process. From initial contact they had boots on the ground within 2-3 hours, found the issue which was a bad distribution box. They pumped the tank to keep us up and running and within a couple days returned to replace the distribution box, header lines and jetted the drain field. While it wasnt a project I had anticipated it needed to be done, I wont comment on price as I didnt get a second opinion but I felt they were fair. The technicians were knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

We tried with another firm first to pump our septic tank - the technicians failed to locate the tank on the site (as we couldnt get the exact info from the original owner who built the house), and the dispatcher failed to set up another appointment despite of our repeated calls. We then found Rooter-Man online, fortunately! The front desk was responsive and efficient, set up the service in just 2 minutes. The technicians (Jahkondeh and his mate) were effective, professional, fast and thorough - they located the tank quickly, removed the grass and clay (at least 1 cu.m.) on top of it, cleared up the tank (seems it wasnt pumped for at least 8 years), washed off the pipes with the jet hose, and then refilled the area with grass back on the top - almost like nothing happened. Wed strongly recommend them for both thumbs up!
