Our home insurance sent this company out to help with our claim. We never used this company before but are now loyal customers. We had a plumbing emergency and they were able to come out shortly after my husband called. Dustin and Tim were great and take pride in their work. They identified and fixed the problem right away and even triple checked to make sure it was fixed and done correctly. We highly recommend Advanced Plumbing Services LLC!

I have had multiple plumbing issues since moving to my home in 2019. It’s a very old home that is quite Jerry rigged, to say the least. I was without water on New Year’s Day ( stressful!!) They were extremely prompt in coming to help me figure out the issue, were extremely professional, and reasonably priced. I will be turning to Advanced Plumbing Services for any plumbing needs moving forward. Thanks guys!

Ive used Advanced Plumbing a couple times, first to replace a hot water heater and most recently to fix a drainage issue with my AC unit. Kenny took his time to be thorough in identifying the problem and coming up with a solution. He did a great job explaining the problem to me and also how he resolved it. Scheduling the visit was easy and they arrived when they said they would. I would not hesitate to use Advanced Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs.

My parents were having ongoing issues with their pressure tank. One quick phone call to Leslie and an appointment was scheduled. The technician arrived on time, checked out the issue and reported his findings. He explained the problem using terminology that my parents understood. A new tank was installed and works wonderfully! Advanced Plumbing has the most educated, professional, personable staff in the area. My family will most definitely be using them again in the future. Thanks again Advanced Plumbing!!

I can’t thank Advanced plumbing enough! It’s so hard to find a quality plumber to do residential work without waiting for months or paying an arm and a leg. Advanced was immediately responsive, and came within a few days of calling. Kenny and Josh are super friendly, warm, and made us feel like valued customers, even for such a small job like roughing-in and finishing plumbing for a tiny cottage. Everything has come together faster and cleaner than we could have hoped for. They have done exceptionally good work and were so thoughtful about all the tiny details.Advanced Plumbing is a company with true integrity and pride in their work, offering the most fair prices in the region. The guys have a ton of experience and go above and beyond to be clean, work extremely efficiently, and have given us lots of useful advice to help us avoid problems in the future. Had Josh come out to look at the garbage disposal which had stopped running. He was amazing!!! He had a great attitude and was very professional and respectful of our home. (While also following covid social distancing guidelines too!) Very knowledgeable and quick to diagnose the problem, explain it to us, and willing to put in the work to fix it the RIGHT way! He even had to run to get a part and was gone and back before we knew it.Will definitely use this service and request him again!

Michael was wonderful, knowledgeable and a did a wonderful job with the kitchen repair. He explained everything fully. He was polite and did a quick repair! I called them up at around 4pm after I broke a pipe trying to do some DIY plumbing. They sent a repair crew out the next morning. The two gentlemen (Eric and Mike) who completed my plumbing job were extremely polite and professional. They did an excellent job at a fair price. I will use them again if I need a plumber.

Josh came out to look at our water valve for the washing machine. He explained clearly why is wasn’t working and quickly got the parts and reinstalled the necessary pieces. He was so professional and took care to take off his shoes, wear a mask, and be considerate of my baby’s nap schedule. Would definitely recommend Josh!

Mike and his crew were the plumbing subcontractors on a commercial renovation we did on the second location of The Pie Chest on E. High St. He and his team were by far the best subs on the project. The old building needed a lot of work to create a new commercial baking kitchen and coffee roastery. The timeline was also very aggressive. Mike and his crew were always professional, fast and willing to rework things as plans changed.

Sprung a leak in a pipe in a wall in our utility room today and Advanced Plumbing Services was contracted through my home warranty service. Josh Zimmerman was dispatched this evening and he provided incredible customer service. He was responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. Advanced Plumbing was sent out by our insurance company to fix a pretty nasty leak. Dustin came out to the house and had a quote and a time to come out all done super fast. He came out the next day and fixed the leak with no issues. Was super flexible and even was able to meet me at work before heading out to the house. Super happy with the job they did and with the service. Dustin was great!
