Requested a service—replacing shower cartridge—because I thought that was the issue. Plumber said it was just the temperature on the valve and that fixed it. So it turned out to be just the cost of the service call and saved me money and time. Streamline Plumbing is fantastic! I called them about a leaking water heater they installed a couple of years ago, and they came out the same day. They replaced the water heater and didn’t even charge me for labor because it was covered under their warranty. It was such a relief to work with a company that stands by their work. The guys who came out were friendly, professional, and clearly love what they do. It’s great to see young professionals doing so well and treating customers with care. The quality of our lives changed for the better when we met Gareth and Gill from Streamline Plumbing! Not only are they wonderfully pleasant and professional, they are amazing diagnosticians!I know this explanation is long, but it was a problem with many variables that took time and thought to solve. I very much want to impress upon anyone who has unusual plumbing issues(or ordinary ones) that this fine company warrants your trust.We had been tolerating a water pressure problem for about six months. Randomly the pressure would drop and a trickle of water or nothing emerged from all faucets in the entire house. Initially, it would take a minute or two for it to return to normal and as the months went by it happened with increased frequency and duration. Gareth and Gill devised a plan to determine if the problem was inside or outside the house. They explained how it would work and how much it cost. All along the way, everything was very transparent. The results pointed to an outside issue so fortunately, our wall and ceiling could remain intact. The next plan was to see if the problem was in our pipe in the front yard or something connected with the city water service. Currently, the city is replacing water pipes in our neighborhood, but not on our street yet. There was some concern about possible sediment from the construction. Upon digging next to the meter to install the next diagnostic tool, an old PRV (pressure reducing valve) was found. Gareth and Gill believed that a failing PRV would most definitely cause intermittent pressure problems. As darkness fell they worked diligently to remove it and reattach the pipe. Since that moment, very thankfully we have had normal water pressure. We are hooked on Streamline Plumbing!

Excellent experience. Started having a hot water heater issue. Learned about this company from a local forum. Scheduled a visit on their website, they showed up at date and time. Since the hot water heater was 15 years old, they recommended just replacing which I was already prepared to consider. Simultaneously, I had a clogged set of drains which was not part of the original appointment. They gladly took a look at the problem I had and offered a solution. Recommended reseating a toilet with new wax ring to stop leakage. They also identified rotting rubber components in the toilets which would have been an issue down the line. Offered to rebuilt toilet tanks which were also close to 10 years old. Chlorine will make the rubber gummy and disintegrate which will cause leaks and waste water and jack up the water bill. All in all, the appointment was efficient and I am glad there was a plumbing option locally that takes preventative home maintenance serious. Dealing with a flooded basement is just annoying. Money well spent.

The work was of the utmost highest quality for a sealed basement drainage system for my washer. Carpet and furnishings were protected against damage. The team is courteous and easy to have a conversation. I mentioned another problem with leaks around a basement utility box which they fixed at no extra cost after finishing the job. I plan to use them again to install a condensation pump on my AC unit. I highly recommend Streamline Plumbing!!!

Fantastic experience from service request to completion. The service tech (Thomas) kept us informed of his ETA and was spot-on time. Super-nice guy, he listened to us describing our malfunctioning and stinky kitchen sink and diagnosed the cause quickly. Told us the cost to fix it and had the material and skill to take care of it, even though it required a new entry point into our kitchen island. He kept us informed along the way and answered our multiple questions patiently. Didnt try to upsell or increase the cost at any point--what a relief. The sink works FANTASTIC now, we are so pleased--and all this was done for $400 less than our first estimate. Based on this experience, we have a new plumber for life. This company is amazing. So easy to book, experts in plumbing, and couldnt be nicer gentlemen.You can book an appointment online for a day and a very specific time block (no 8am to 4pm windows) and describe what service you need. It was the quickest and easiest Ive ever scheduled work on my house, and I never had to talk to a human.They were exactly on time for the appointment I booked, came in and walked through the four things I wanted them to do/fix, starting digging around to figure out what the issue was, and then had a price to me 20 minutes later. The estimate was broken down to the dollar by each job, and there was no pressure to do any or all of what they were proposing. Once I gave the go ahead, they methodically got to fixing and troubleshooting the plumbing issues and knocked everything out very quickly.They are very knowledgeable, respectful, and explain things clearly and thoroughly to you if you ask them questions. They even let our one-eyed cat explore under the sink while they were replacing my faucet and disposal. Excellent work. Highly recommend!

I scheduled an appointment online (which was very easy and straightforward), and Levi came to my home to consult and figured out the best/most efficient solution to significantly improve our hot water situation. Throughout the job, they were professional and personable, and they did high-quality work (while also leaving the work area clean and tidy). Streamline came out and did a thorough inspection. Turns out our plumbing lines had already been replaced and there were no pending issues. Thomas is an incredibly efficient worker, and cares deeply about the quality of his work and the expense to his clients. My shower was leaky and not working, and he tried everything in his power to avoid a full shower installation. Eventually, we both decided that a new shower was the best route, but he really tried to save me as much money as possible. I was expecting the shower installation to occur in a separately scheduled visit which would’ve costed more and taken much more time, but he did it all by himself (including cutting the wall to access the pipe) on the spot, in no more than 45 minutes. The wall looks great and the shower is working beautifully. He even took the time to adjust the default temperature settings for the best experience! I can’t overemphasize his attention to detail and the care he puts into his company. He also took care of a slow-filling toilet very quickly, and it works great. Seriously, if you need any kind of plumbing work done - rest assured, you don’t need to waste your time looking further. Very professional service.

Wow! I finally found people that are knowledgable, skilled, reasonably priced and incredibly pleasant to work with! I cannot recommend this business highly enough. I had a toilet that was making refill noises for about one year and no one (including a handyman) could diagnose the issue. It was costing me money on my water bill and I was having to shut off the water to that toilet each night. These two amazing young men figured out the problem within about 5 minutes and then took the time to walk around the house with me to make sure the rest of the plumbing was intact. We’ve been having some low water pressure issues with the outdoor spigots and low water flow to the washing machine. It was an issue for us to water the lawn with two spigots - only one would have enough pressure to turn the sprinkler head. Also we had issues with the washing machine generating periodic low flow errors. After taking some measurements and doing some investigating, Thomas, with Streamline Plumbing, gave us several options on what we could do. We decided to replace our pressure reduction valve and sure enough this fixed all our problems. Overall we are very happy with Thomas and this company. Thomas was honest, punctual, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I recommend this company and will be doing our plumbing service with them from now on.

Just had Levi and Thomas from local Streamline Plumbing perform repairs on multiple leaking pipes and install a replacement faucet in a difficult place in the basement. They were courteous, gave a very reasonable price quote before starting work, and performed the work quickly. Streamline has an effective online scheduling system that was easy to use. I was able to get a next-day appointment! Their truck was well stocked with the extras needed to complete the job, and they didn’t let the fact we had a power outage deter them at all. Highly recommend these gentlemen for your next plumbing job.

After going back and forth with another company for 6 months over their poor installation of a refrigerator water line, I finally had Levi come out and look at the issue.
