    I had a quad outlet added for my garage and I was impressed with the skill and competency of the technician I received. New circuit added in under one hour.Then a couple of weeks later I entered into an annual maintenance agreement for the Trane HVAC system in the townhouse I purchased earlier this year (2024).Excellent service again and I also had an air scrubber installed because of my allergies at the same call. Again the technovisn was also well experienced with competent trained being obvious.I highly recommend Robertson for all your electrical & HVAC work.BTW along with the annual maintenance agreement I get a Spring & Fall system check as well as a 10% discount on parts & labor and priority response in an emergency.I am truly impressed and satisfied.

    Iā€™ve been a customer of Robertson Electric for over 10 years. The systems they have installed and serviced have been great. Iā€™ve purchased both heat pump and dehumidifier from them. Also got a new water heater a few years back. All of their staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The technicians are professional and do great work.

    Easiest experience ever. We needed a 240v outlet installed for our new EV, and were worried when we saw people claiming quotes of over $1k. Robertson Electric did it for $300 and the whole process was seamless- nice and very helpful on the phone, incredibly fair quote, our tech was great, and a quick (< 1 hour) install.Highly recommend!

    Robertsons is excellent. They are not inexpensive , and they busy so you may have to wait to get a first visit. . But once they have committed they show up exactly when they say they will. They also provide an accurate estimate and stick to it. They stand by their work and are prepared to fix any problems. Very professional operation and staff. Robertson is my Go To plumbing and electrical contractor .

    They came out to access what was wrong. They needed to order a part. I scheduled the time for them to come back. They were right on time. Had everything done quickly. He explained to me exactly what was wrong. Showed me how it had broken and fixed it very quickly. And I was very happy and I would be glad to use them over again.

    Our heat pump stopped running last night, so we woke up with the house at 62 F. I called Robertson as they had installed our system 12 yrs ago. Originally, they said it would have to be an after-hours visit (with additional charge for diagnostics), but a few hours later, I received a call that they could be there in 15 min. Fortunately, I had come home from work to check on the system (which we had set on emergency heat). The tech was outstanding, spending almost 2 hrs running issues to ground. There was one minor repair, but the system was otherwise working. He said if there was a problem tonight, they would come out again at no charge. I have forgotten his name, but he was extremely pleasant, thorough, and patient while I was on a zoom call and he needed to speak to me.

    I have used Robertson since 1991. Never had a bad experience with them for HVAC, electrical, or plumbing problems. Am only leaving as a customer because I am moving 800 miles away. Outside their service area! Many thanks to the always excellent technicians who visited over the almost 35 years.

    After the switch for my disposal and the light above the sink failed, the team from Robertsons came to repair it. They asked about when the switch failed and what else happened. I mentioned that before the switches failed, small black ants had been crawling under and out from under the switch plate. It turns out that this is a thing. Ants like to eat electrical circuitry! The team tested the circuits, identified the problem, and fixed it. I can now use my disposal and see what Iā€™m washing in the sink!

Plumber replaced two commodes quickly and efficiently. Made sure to advise of each step and cleaned up when finished. Was a tough job for one plumber but all ended well.     I Contacted Robertsons Heating, Electric & Plumbing to replace a water pressure regulator in my home. The regulator had been in place for over 26+ years and wanted to replace it.They arrived on time (something that Advanced Plumbing couldnt do and would not call me back). The technician was very cautious with water from spilling and took all the precautions he could. In roughly a half hour to 45 minutes later he was done. He then checked the water pressure and made adjustments to get it in the psi preferred range.The price was moderate but well worth the peace of mind. I highly recommend Robertsons for your home electrical, HVAC or plumbing needs.

    Willy and Bryan were great. They added a few spots to our breaker so it wasnt double tapped and added in wiring for an overhead light in our living room. They also were kind to install two lights for us. Willy was flexible to get our switches and outlets how we wanted them. They were really quick and the final price stayed within the quoted range.

    The tech arrived on time, and did a very thorough and professional check-up on two separate heat pump units. He was more than willing to share with me tips that are so helpful to a homeowner.     When searching for someone to install a new HVAC system in our home we had a lot of options. After a good bit of research, it seemed to come down to two things (as all systems were pretty similar in price at the same performance/specification tier) 1) they system manufacturer/warranty, and 2) the company, as they will most likely be servicing the system through the warranty. Picking the right installer/service provider was crucial. After having our system installed in late June, it quickly became clear we made the right choice in going with Robertson Electric. Nothing is a better example of this then a problem we had over the holidays. Out of town at the time at my in-laws, on Christmas day we received a notification that our home was quickly approaching freezing. In a panic not knowing what was going on I quickly traveled the hour and a half home to a freezing house. After calling Robinsons emergency line I quickly received a call from the on-call tech. Within the hour (around 9PM, again on Christmas Night), he made it out to our house and had the issue with our furnace diagnosed and fixed, most likely saving our pipes and our holiday. Courteous and Professional, the tech had been out since 6:15 in the morning running to calls all over the area and still managed to make it over to solve the issue that night. I cannot say enough about Robertson and their team, and recommend them for all looking for a new HVAC system or service partner.

    The pressure switch on my water tank failed one afternoon, spraying water everywhere! I got everything shut off and called Roberston Electric. The two gentlemen showed up on time (sorry I dont remember their names), were professional, knowledgeable, polite and took the time to answer my questions. They got the switch repaired quickly and efficiently and I trust their work. As a repeat customer (they previously installed our central air system a few years ago - quite a task!) Robertson Electric is my Go-To for household repairs. I highly recommend them for any problems you may encounter.

We were stunned by the charge: $250.00. I canceled another appointment we had with Robertson to do electrical work.Update: the company refunded $100.00 of the bill.

    I have edited my review from 2 stars. I was contacted by Robertson Electric within 24 hours of having left my review. They gave prompt response and resolution. Their representative was dispatched in less than 2 hours of our phone conversation. Within about 1 1/2 hours my drain was running freely and I received instruction on proper maintenance for my garbage disposal to prevent another clogged drain as long as possible. This interaction was far superior to my previous one and I am pleased that they made every effort to rectify the issue. A big Thank you!The reason for my call to this company was a slow draining kitchen sink. It took 2- 3 hours to drain if the sink was only partially filled. I had spent time to determine that the garbage disposal under the sink was working. The technicians were sent and arrived at the time they were expected. They inspected under the sink and pointed out that the wire connecting the disposal was no longer being held in place and could pose a fire hazard. They continued their inspection and determined the disposal was functioning, drained the disposal and checked the trap for the disposal. Non of these was the issue. They said the pipe to the wall was a hard pipe and they could not get to it to see where another clog might be. The left me with an estimate for the replacement of the garbage disposal and further work to determine where the clog might be. I was given a date 9 days later for their return. Immediately after their inspection the sink no longer drains at all. I will be replacing a garbage disposal that does function (could have wiring repaired?), and I am unable to use the kitchen sink for 9 days. I am also reluctant to use the dishwasher as well because it uses the same drain and I do not wish to add to the volume of contaminated standing water. when questioned as to why there was a 9 day wait I was first told it was because they needed to get parts and then it was because they are so busy. This was a very unsatisfactory initial encounter with this companies service.

    Ive had Robertson come out to work on an older heat pump, which I intend to replace. All their field technicians came on time. They were courteous, professional and answered all my questions about heat pumps and their experiences with different brands. The pricing was very reasonable. Calvin was the most recent tech; he too was excellent. As seniors living in a rural area, it is good to know that we can get help when we need it.

    The Robertson Service Technician did a great job with the equipment he had. He was professional, friendly, and really tried to unclog my drain unfortunately, all he had was an 8ft snake which did not unclog my drain. It cost me $200+ and my issue was not resolved through no fault of his. I ended up having to call Rooter-Man. Their Technician came equipped with a 100ft snake which unclogged my drain right away. That also cost me $200. If I had called Rooter-Man directly, it would have saved me money which is unfortunate because the Robertson technician could have fixed my issue if he had the right equipment..

    Robertson performed their twice-a-year system check to ensure our HVAC system was ready for the summer. Austin, the technician who performed the work did a thorough job, even checking the outside unit with a level to ensure that it was in line, cleaned the inside system & changed the filter. I would highly recommend Robertson and Austin for maintenance and repair. They have done an outstanding job for us for the past five years.

    Robertson electric recently finished installing a new HVAC system in our house (and converting us from gas to a heat pump for heat), upgrading the electric service to 200 amps, installing an on-demand hot water heater, and a great deal more. Smaller work included wiring for and installing ceiling fans, rerouting water lines, installing new duct work for a few rooms, etc. Every aspect of their interaction with us and their work was top-notch. The price quoted for each aspect of this work was fair and reflected all of the work we wanted done and their improvements on our ideas. The front office was great at scheduling and communicating prior to and during all work. All of the various crews were on-time. This much work while living in a house can be intrusive, but Robertson went out of their way to be sure we were inconvenienced as little as possible. I highly recommend Robertson Electric.

    I needed a residential electrical repair which turned out to be a bad outlet. Fitch Electric stood me up even though I had been told the repair tech was on his way to my house next. Austin and Willie found an actual hole in the 30 yr old drain pipe and replaced that with sturdier plastic.
