They performed an extensive inspection on my equipment and made recommendations. They were not pushy with the recommendations and left that entirely up to me. I’ve used Pardee for years and I continue to be happy with their service!

As a commercial client, I need an HVAC service contractor that I can rely on. I can always rely on Pardee Service Experts. We had a unit go down three weeks ago. The technician that was dispatched, Cole, arrived promptly, was very knowledgeable and professional, explained the issues very well and was able to get the replacement parts and make the repairs that day. He did an outstanding job.Well, as things typically go, we had another unit go down late yesterday afternoon. We were promised a technician for today and sure enough, first thing this morning, Ivan arrived at our facility. Again, he was also very knowledgeable and professional. He was also able to go get the replacement parts and he had us back up and running in no time.I am really impressed with the service that we received from Pardee Service experts. Keep up the great work.

10/16Chris and Nate were super nice guys! They cleaned the outside of the unit and flushed all the hoses and got me ready for winter! And they didn’t have to get a snakeskin out of my attic like the last guys! They were nice to the dog too!James and Charlie were super nice guys. They seemed honest and forthright. James was super brave and went up into my attic - that I haven’t been in since I opened it a couple months ago and saw a snake skin. He got the snakeskin out and put it on my outside table so my kid can look at it. (Pictures attached of discovery a couple months ago). All in all, I was impressed that they didn’t come in and tell me that my house needed everything done for one million dollars. I thought their assessment was true and they gave me valuable information on how to take care of my unit. That’s ultimately why I think five stars is warranted. Thanks guys! Pardee please take care of these guys so that they come back to my house when I next need my HVAC serviced.

The workers showed up with everything needed to get the job done. Brett and Josh replaced the hot water upgraded system. Johnathon, Savior and Rashawn removed and replaced the entire heating furnace and air conditioning system. They did an A-ONE JOB. Very professional and efficient job. Their teamwork was amazing. They started at 9:30 am and completed the job at 2:30 pm. All I can say is AMAZING. The advantage Plan is the way to go. We had our plumbing inspection today, and Kevin W. did an excellent job. He checked every sink, toilet, and anything that had water running thru it! He explained everything, gave good suggestions regarding a water filter, and even liked my 2 dogs! 😀 We highly recommend Pardee for any of your HVAC or Plumbing work..they are not high pressure salesmen, but give you a high level of confidence in their knowledge of what you need, and you wont feel like you are being sold something you dont really need!

They were originally dispatched by Home serve for an issue with my HVAC freezing up. Sadly with the system being 13 years old, the evaporator coil was leaking and Home serve refused to cover it. The cost to replace it and the freon was almost as much as what unit cost me to install in 2011. Brandon and Jermaine patiently walked me and my wife through our options. Not wanting anymore problems, we opted for a replacement with the advantage plan. The installers, Branden and Bret, arrived the next day, early, and despite the problems with where my unit is located, had it installed and working by 3pm. Everyone involved was kind, professional and had a great sense of humor. Though due to the economy it was a bit expensive, knowing I dont have to worry about anything for the next 10 years made it worth it. A great big thank you to all involved in this process, you made it very pleasant and alleviated the stress of this kind of project. I recommend Pardee if you have HVAC issues.

Jon S came to save the day! He called when on the way and was super polite on the phone. Upon arrival he parked in the street, put out cones, and walked up my driveway with a big smile! He greeted us and our pets and before he stepped foot in our house he even put on shoe covers to which he said he didn’t have to and still politely insisted! He talked with us about our HVAC not working and actually listened to our concerns! After talking with us for awhile he went outside in the 95 degree heat and serviced are unit. Jon came back in after awhile and informed us of the issues with our unit with pictures and all in a way we Non-HVAC people could understand! Jon explained to us our best options going forward and fixed our unit and got our 80 degree house cooling!!! Jon went above and beyond from the beginning phone call, engaging with our pets and kids, communicating everything he was doing throughly and most importantly saved the day.I would highly recommend Mr. Jon and Pardee 100/10!! Our Pardee Tech was very prompt, efficient and friendly. Once he was going on the work my dog came out of my room too and he was very nice and friendly to her as well. (Although if you have aggression or territorial dog definitely dont bring them out as it does request for them to stay in separate closed off area while text is working.)Additionally, Jefferson, here in North Charleston, SC was very knowledgeable about HVACS and answered all of my many many follow up questions and gave us tips towards preventing damages regarding weeds, pests, etc. and he was very patient in explaining it to us so we felt like we could definitely see the value in the Yearly Maintenance. Will be looking into the advantage place for sure.My roommate and I are not very experienced with HVAC issues and our unit is only one year old, but was having an issue.He figured out the cause and explained to us showing the problem with photos on the I pads they use. We need to have follow up work done but luckily should be a warranty covered issue.Anyways here is Jefferson and my dog.Summary:Professional, reliable, trustworthy and personable service... with a timeTrusted name. I called at 3 in the morning because my HVAC was icing over. By noon I had Jon, Chris, and George at my house inspecting the entirety of the HVAC system. They found numerous problems and explained system operations and how problems could develop. They offered different options and explained the advantage plus program. After consideration of cost effectiveness, I was certain that it would be a long term worthwhile investment. Not only am I paying for guaranteed, quality work, I also have massive peace of mind for any potential problems that could come later down the road. The technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, and werent trying to coerce me into paying for a program. They explained the benefits of one versus the other. I hope Pardee sees this and will link images of repairs and services for my house as a proof of concept.

I had Pardee replumb my entire house last year. Their price was fair, their service was good, but Im deducting a star for their follow up practices. I asked them not to call constantly (as many HVAC places seem to do) but they havent listened. They call repeatedly trying to sell additional services and just five minutes ago, they called me again while having dinner with my family. That was 7:43pm. 7:43pm is unprofessional and unacceptable. Ive had to block their number so that I can eat dinner in peace. Otherwise, they do a pretty nice job.

Harold showed up with late notice to fix our gas leak that was found during some routine maintenance, and was very communicative and honest with what he was able to do for us with it being late in the afternoon.So he left and came back the following day, and there were more surprises with the pipe underground being rusty and needed to be replaced. He came up with a good plan that we agreed upon. He left to get supplies and came back once again that same day to get us all settled.I liked how he kept me informed in every step and let me know what what his plan was before he even left for supplies. A very nice guy who never left me feeling like I was in the dark, he made me feel very secure through the whole thing. Hes also very charming and funny, and dealt very well with the terrible heat we have.Having this done quickly by someone who didnt made me feel like I was a burden to their day is really nice. Its stressful all around so meeting others who are kind in stressful moments in very much appreciated.I very much appreciated Harold and his kind attitude and work ethic.

During a semi-annual maintenance check on my existing 7-yr old unit, Danny and Jeremy let me know that there some issues needing attention. (I’m not sure if Jeremy is the correct name, but I’m sure it’s in the records.) They provided a written list of the Must Do issues and Recommended options, and went over each item in an understandable, but not condescending, manner which I greatly appreciated. After some consideration, I decided to go with the replacement option as the “must do” was quite extensive.On 07/02/2024, Damien and Doug, my technicians, installed a new HVAC unit. They were punctual, professional, friendly and efficient. The install was completed in four hours (I was expecting six to eight) so it was a most pleasant surprise that my entire day wasn’t “tied up.” After the install, they cleaned up the install area, wrapped up the paperwork and were on their way as punctually as they had arrived. Opting for the additional service plan (10 years on parts & labor; thank you, Danny, for offering that option), I now have the peace of mind that I can enjoy future seasons in comfort knowing my HVAC unit is covered and in good hands.Thanks to the entire team, including the office admin staff, who helped to make this experience easy and pleasant!

Today, Daniel and Justin came by to take a look at my AC unit. Unfortunately it was impacted by the recent storm and wasn’t working properly.Daniel and Justin were amazing! Their customer service was top tier. They were also informative and efficient. I definitely recommend this company!!!
