I called Purpose Plumbing based on their reviews and I’m so glad I did. Austin was here quicker than I expected and was absolutely great. Very professional and efficient. He was upfront and honest on what the problem could be and what our options were. I will DEFINITELY use Purpose Plumbing again if need be. This was a big job and required 2 days, renting equipment and working in the rain digging a 100’ trench then laying pipe. Austin did a terrific job. I would like to commend Nick and his assistant who came to my 90-year old dad’s aid after getting a ridiculous quote for $621 yesterday from another plumber. Louis & Brad did a great job in re-piping my house! They did their best to avoid extra cuts in the walls & ceiling. When there was options for routing & cutting they checked with me first. This was the second leak in my slab In 4 years. I had the leak detectors come out first this time before I made the decision to re-pipe the house. I was not impressed with their pricing. I would have been better off calling Pink Plumbing first instead of paying for the leak detection. The cost of repairing was much lower but they would have had to tear up my kitchen to get to the leak. Then who knows when I would have a third leak in the slab. Getting the water out of the slab made much more sense. They did a great job on replacing the mainline from the meter. They hand dug the sod and replaced it which I really appreciated.. I was also impressed with the quick response from the office manager. I emailed her very early in the morning and she responded quickly and had the crew out by 10AM the same day. They started the next day. I would highly recommend Pink Plumbing!

This was a great experience all around!! I requested a quote online on the weekend and almost immediately got a call to set up an appointment for first thing in the morning. Tim showed up early and even sent a text saying he was stuck in some morning rush hour traffic. Tim was great at explaining the issue with our water heater and put together a reasonable quote for a replacement and installation. Tim was then quick to get the new appliance and install it. We ran into a small snag with the electrical outlet and Tim went out of his way to connect us with an electrician who could fix it same day. He also left us with an extension cord so that we could have hot water until the electrical repair was finished. The whole team at Pink Plumbing were honest, quick to respond and help, and had great customer service. We would absolutely use Pink Plumbing and Tim again for future needs!

Pink Plumbing was recommended to us by Majestic Kitchen and Bath Creations in Awendaw. Louis and Mike just finished a two stop job, disconnecting the water supply and then installing our new faucet and disposer. We decided also to accomplish a long delayed project of replacing our Hot Water Heater. We called them last minute when we realized that the counter top installers needed the old faucets disconnected before they arrived. Pink Plumbers accommodated us the same day and returned 2 days later for all of the installations. I cannot recommend them enough. Very professional, friendly, great work ethic and timely! Louis does both the estimates and the work so there is no miscommunication on the job. He promises and he delivers! Another note, I appreciated that their recommendations on the quality of our initial disposer choice, it was a brand with plastic parts. We switched it to a brand with brass parts that was, of course, a much better quality choice, phew! Only a plumber knows for sure!Thanks so much Louis and Mike! See you soon for our next project!

We had the new faucets but the one for the kitchen did t have a long enough shank so he had to return after making a quick run to the store to get the proper size faucet. Tailgating and weaving in and out of traffic with a massive van. I saw this guy get out that College Park cut into the left lane is turning left and then cut back into the two right lanes the very front turning right.11/28/2018: saw the same driver on I26 around 5:45p, definitely a noticeable improvement.

Pink to the rescue! Highly recommended! If you have a plumbing problem - don’t hesitate, just call Pink! Late Saturday afternoon, I discovered my bathroom floors covered in so much water I immediately looked up to see where the roof was leaking. I then realized it was coming up through the floor at each commode. I panicked, googled plumbers and called the first one, Pink, that came up without reading any reviews. They came within 30 minutes and were here until way after midnight. Turned out that I had a root in the pipe and water could not flow out, only in and I had started the dishwasher and the washing machine that filled the pipes to the max. Not finding a clean out valve, they made one and got the water in the pipe down to a manageable level. My carpet and every towel and rug in the house was soaked. Mike called Restoration1 to professionally clean up the water. Within an hour, Restoration1 was here. Mike even called MTP Waterworks for me to report the issue. Of course, it turned out the root was not in a city pipe so Pink was back today replacing a section of the pipe, cutting out the root and raising the clean out valve from underground- yes, it was buried 2 ft. down with no cap! Pink was a life saver. Mike and Charles were knowledgeable, kind and determined and full service, including contacting cleaners and the water company for me. I could not have asked for more. I am recommending them to all my neighbors. They are just such a wonderful, caring team and very fair in price. Plus, knowing that a portion of my bill is donated to cancer research makes them even more wonderful.

Installed internal natural gas tankless water heater (Navien). Work was done on time and professional. Pink Plumbing went above and beyond on the install to make me happy. I am thoroughly enjoying my new system (3 months plus now since install). Only negative is the Navien recirculaton pump does not seem to make that much difference to the time it takes to get hot water to the faucet/appliance. I note that it takes about 25-30 seconds to get hot water when recirc pump is not operating, and about 22-26 seconds when it is operating. I would not have paid extra good money for that little of an improvement in on demand heated water. Pink Plumbing installers were great though and tried to make me happy - alas, then the pandemic started... :(
