    The was an appointment through Lowes. The tech arrived ready to get to inspecting our system. As I walked with him, he explained what he was doing and gave an verbal evaluation as he completed each step. He was professional, knowledgeable, and to the point. Qualities that are always appreciated. I am currently awaiting the follow up findings email. Overall happy with part A.

    I took advantage of a HVAC tune up special from Lowes for $8.88. ARS called to set an appointment right away. Their office called on the morning of the appointment and the technician notified me 20 minutes before he was to arrive. Technician inspected everything was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I plan to use ARS if and when I have a service issue with my heat pump.

    We had a new unit installed in July and its been working great. Our ecobee thermostat gave us a message and ARS came out within 24 hours and explained why we got the message. There was no charge for the call, and they checked all the readings on the unit. Glad we can count on them to come out when we get a cold snap.

    ARS/Rescue Rooter was very courteous accepting my dire call on Christmas Eve with a clogged sewer system. I was set up with specialist Kevin to take the call the first thing in the morning. Kevin gave me a call first thing in the morning; however, I was able to work the stopped system loose with a borrowed plunger and much work. Kevin stopped by my house today even though I had texted him saying everything was OK. He wanted to make sure all was good. Great service. Thanks!!!

    ARS sent someone same day to look at A/C unit. Nick was very knowledgeable and gave multiple repair options, including having a Comfort Advisor quote a new unit for maximum long-term value.

    The only reason for not giving a five star rating was because after I was told I would receive a call back within a couple hours, after a day and a half I had to call back to find out why I was still waiting for my parts to be delivered. But the service personnel was very friendly and did a good job. The technician was very good and quick doing his job. After a week of sweating, my house is now comfortable again. Thank you ARS.

    I am extremely grateful for these amazing people. Our old A/C unit was shot and we needed a new one. The service mechanic was great, he explained everything so we could understand it. He even spoiled the pups. A man by the name of Moe was sent to assist us in purchasing a new unit. He worked with us for hours getting us the financing to purchase and with low monthly payments. He worked closely with his boss who was a major help. What was extraordinary was the compassion of these people once they witnessed what the heat was doing to my elderly mother.five stars just arent enough for the professional and compassionate way we were treated.     Outstanding Service from ARS/Rescue Rooter Charleston, SC, Did on-line appointment around 6:30 am on 7/15/24 to check out A/C due to appeared to be cooling but working hard and A/C over 20 years old, received call early morning to verify then scheduled for 7/17/24. Technician Nicholas responded and did a through diagnosis and determined had a leak in the evaporator in attic. He scheduled an Installation Specialist for the same day. I talked to Robert that same day via his cell phone and discussed Options after his on-site visit, He was very knowledgeable and discussed Recommendations and set up appointment to replace my OLD Carrier Split system with a NEW Carrier Split System. Robert W and Paige C arrived early 7/19 and by 5:30 Pm everything up and running. These 2 Technicians were professional and very conscious, they took time to cover the floors while moving from Garage to indoor room attic access. They make a great team, Donald focused primarily on outdoor unit and Paige Attic Unit. After installation, they took pictures and made all the checks to insure installation was operating as designed.     ARS Rescue Rooter installed my two-unit system in 2020 & has always been very responsive when scheduling seasonal tune-ups. Yesterday, Mark was our technician. He was very friendly & let me know everything he was doing or about to do. I elected to purchase an Air Scrubber for our system but he was having some difficulties with the units he had on his truck. He apologized for being at my house so long (4 hours) but it is what it is! My dogs enjoyed having him there! Anyway, he will be returning another day, with another technician, to finish the installation.

    We had a non-emergency and were delighted that an ARS plumber could come to our house the day I called. ARS called to let us know he was on his way, what his name was — Thomas. He arrived on time and did outstanding work, even taking time to help me find a new kitchen sink online. He gave me 3 different offers for the job, depending on how much work I wanted done, and actually recommended the least expensive one, which we chose. We were highly satisfied with the whole ARS experience.

    After finding water running from our bathroom we called ARS to check it out. Josh arrived promptly as promised and quickly found we had a leak in our slab. The only option was to repipe our water lines to the attic. Josh and Hunter completed the entire home repipe in a single day.     AC was putting out hot air. Mitch was our assigned HVAC Tech. Despite how late it was (approximately 9PM), he drove nearly two hours from his last service site to diagnosis and repair the problem. The repair was done in less than an hour and we immediately noticed a difference. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Please give this man a raise!!!! He could have easily put us off until the next day due to how late it was but he truly went above and beyond for us in the time of need. Thank you, Mr. Mitch! You are appreciated!

    During my last HVAC unit repair, the HVAC tech did not have any mastic to seal up the air leaks after opening the panels. Days later, Kevin Burrows came out late at night fully stocked with mastic to completely seal off all air leaks. On top of that, he found an improperly installed drip plan (not properly secured) and firmly secured it to the HVAC unit. Thank you very much Kevin Burrows!

    My techs name is Mitch. The whole experience was absolutely perfect. My A/C went out and I called in the am and ARS scheduled me in same day. I had a 2-6 window for tech to come out. I received the call about 2:20 that the tech was on the way. Mitch knew exactly within seconds what the issue was with my A/C. He even had shoe covers on so not to drag any dirt my house.     I was pleasantly surprised someone could come on a Saturday. Flores arrived on the time he text us, he was very professional, he explained everything he was going to check.     I was really impressed with the service I got from ARS. James came to look at my setup and we went over the parts of the system and what would change if I swapped out my water heater. He gave me the options that I had to fix the problem I was having. After selecting to replace the water heater I was quickly scheduled for a few day later with Raul who work diligently to get my new water heater installed. He was thorough and went over what he was doing and how long we would be without water. He was very tidy and cleaned up the job site when completed.

    The day before Thanksgiving and my kitchen faucet handle broke off! Ugh! I called my most dependable resource ARS and within 30 minutes I got confirmation that Raul was coming between 2-6pm. Then in less than the previous time, I got a text that he was on the way!Raul was professional and he understood that I needed my kitchen sink since Thanksgiving dinner was at my house tomorrow! I bought a faucet and he installed it in no time as well as cleaned up everything! I was able to get back to cooking in no time!     I requested an annual tune up with an advertisement recieved in the mail. They not only beat out another competitors price (by almost $100) but was able to come out next day. We had Mitch Nappier who was more than knowledgeable and efficient in his work. I ended up purchasing an air purifier system, too (recommend as well for those with pets, allergies, and a newborn). This is the third time I’ve had this problem. 2 years ago my A/C went out on a Thursday in the middle of summer. The earliest thy could get to me was Monday between 8 and 12. Understandable. The tech showed up the following Saturday at 1:00am. The work is satisfactory if someone will show up.

    I woke up this morning to no heat. I am immediately called ARS. And they said that they would have someone out today between 12 and 5.Nick got here at 1:15 and by 2:00 the heat was working again.     They notify me when you’re on the way, they arrived on time. Both of them were very courteous and took the time, but I’ll drop cloths and make sure they didn’t damage or anything.. they worked very quickly and instructed me how do use the system and where to call if I had problemsOn the initial visit, I was told that the condenser unit outside your house was bad. It was 18 years old so I knew it was gonna break down sooner or later.However, one of the reasons I picked ARS rescue, Rooter is because they were going to work with me to help me get reimbursed from my home warranty. Salesman said he would do that and get me an invoice for the condenser so I could turn it in to my home warranty company.. it’s been more than three weeks and I still have not received it. I called the main office play my problem, and they promised they will get back to me however, they never do.. when I turn in the invoice for the condenser the company will pay $2500.00. But it seem to be too hard for people at this company to take the time to produce what they promise from the beginning.. I’m thinking about having them come back and take the system out and I’ll deal with some other company. Maybe the other company will actually deliver what they said they would.. customer service after dilation is very, very poor.Yesterday you told a good system and he did a good job at it. But I’m out $2500 because they won’t bother to give me an invoice for the condenser..
