Sincerely, the BEST customer service you will ever receive. I called with a gas line emergency, within an hour, the owner Brandon was at my doorstep. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to explain every part of what they were going to do in laymans terms and actually physically took me around the house to show me everything they were going to do. They started the next morning and the job ended up being way bigger than anyone anticipated. Brandon and his team were so helpful, prompt, compassionate, and professional. They kept me well informed every step of the way. I even received a call from Brandon in the evening after the first day of work to update me on everything. Misty has been wonderful to keep me well informed and updated on anything she planned to submit to the insurance company. You truly couldnt ask for a better experience. Michael and Cole were thorough, trustworthy and professional. I cannot adequately describe with words the impression they have made with my first experience with A&P. I will never use any other company for repairs after using A&P. Look no further..... they are second to none.

Prompt arrival, clean cut person, very polite. He fixed a leak and returned the next day to install a new faucet which I purchased. A&P plumbing was the first company to reach back out to us regarding our water heater. I spoke with the owner Brandon about the issue and he was very honest about what my options were. We talked back and forth throughout the day in order to find the best solution and he answered all of my questions. He was so kind and a delight to work with. We spoke on a Tuesday and his team was out Wednesday morning. They were very efficient. It was a blessing to find this great company and I would recommend them to anyone!

This group is so wonderful, starting from calling and checking on my appointment that my Choice Home Warranty set up for me. She was so pleasant and very helpful answering my question. Michael and his partner that came to the house to fix my bathroom faucet was great they knew what to do and they even ran into some problems had to open up a wall to fixed the problem and they did a wonderful job, even put the wall panel back like it was. I would always call on this company for any plumbing problem that I have, and you should too!

This is the third time weve used A&P, and weve always been pleased with the responsiveness, quality of work, and value. Michael responded to a leak we were having, and actually detected another issue (a three-inch gash in a copper pipe) that would have gone unnoticed without his thorough inspection. We were able to take care of both problems quickly and affordably as a result. Highly recommend this business.

I highly recommend A&P due to their impeccable hard work and customer service. A gas leak was discovered at my home and Kim responded to my critical situation quickly, they showed up that day diagnosed the issue and had it resolved in two days. Greg and Landon worked hard non stop and their passion for their work showed. A&P was very easy to deal with, I cannot say enough about how great the staff is! When I found out about the gas leak, I called three companies and I am so glad I chose them, after speaking with Kim, I knew they were the right people to do the job that was very difficult and time consuming. Very pleased with the service we received from Dustin and Landon. We had a bathtub leak that caused water damage to the ceiling below. Dustin came out and diagnosed the problem, showed us pictures and explained what was happening. After they fixed this problem and were testing it, Landon discovered a second problem with a leaking faucet cartridge in the tub and they stayed to fix that as well. They were on time, polite, professional and good natured. The office manager, Kim, called with updates on scheduling and arrivals, and was also very responsive, professional and friendly. Pricing was clear and well-communicated up front. Work guaranteed for a year. While I hope we don’t have any plumbing needs again in the near future, I would definitely call them again if needed. Highly recommend.

A & P Plumbing is the best around. Two weeks ago Mountaineer Gas detected a leak in my gas line. I called A & P and they gave me a free estimate. Got a great competitive rate and Brandon, the owner, is very knowledgeable, helpful, kind and above all -- honest. He worked with Mountaineer Gas to first make sure that the problem wasnt on their end. When it was determined that I was responsible, Brandon had a crew of five there in no time and they were all very nice. In three hours, A & P had dug a very long hole, installed the new line, replaced the dirt and turned all my gas appliances back on. The next day Brandon came back cleaned up everything, and planted grass seed. The bill for the job was very reasonable. I have used A & P before for other jobs and will gladly hire them again. You cant go wrong with A & P. Special shout out to Mountaineer Gas and Mark for their help. They were a pleasure to deal with. A & P and Mountaineer Gas made what could have been a bad experience almost pleasant. The two entities are tops in my book.

I have used this company on at least three occasions. The first was to fix gas leak at meter coming into the house. Next was for a hot water heater replacement. Most recently we had a leak in bathroom under pedestal sink and a dripping faucet in kitchen. We called on Saturday to set up an appointment for the following week. As it turns out they could fit us in that day and also discounted the price for coming on that day. Nathan and Mavin were here very quickly and replaced the hardware in both locations. They are friendly and professional and explain everything understandably. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will certainly use them again in the future.

No one wants to see their home sewer get completely blocked. Neither do they want to have their backyard dug up to repair the problem. However, that’s what happened to me. A&P, plumbing, in particular, Greg, Truslow, and Micheal, did an exemplary job of the repair. My work schedule allowed me to watch, most of the repair and, even though I don’t do this kind of work, it seemed obvious that they were very skilled about they were doing. I can highly recommend them if you’re unfortunate enough to have this kind of problem.

I could not be happier. I needed a new water heater installed at a house I’d just bought. I had also tried to do some temporary repair work on my own that didn’t work at all. I only made a big mess. The tech who came replaced my broken water heater and fixed the mess that I created and did a fantastic job. The price was very reasonable, too. He came over early to see what supplies he’d need, and had the whole job finished much faster than I ever expected. I would recommend A&P Plumbing to anyone.

We hired A & P on February 3, 2012. The plumber they sent was Mason. He was very polite and friendly, but he did not dawdle (working on an hourly rate). He went straight to work, replaced the supply lines to our washing machine, and then replaced bathroom faucets on the second and third floors. Everything was done professionally; cleanup was excellent; and the results are exactly as they ought to be. Mason wrote up an invoice that is the most thorough invoice Ive seen. It explains exactly what he did in detail. The charges for his services were exactly as they were explained over the phone -- no surprises. Mason had a helper with him, whose name I did not catch, who was equally polite and helpful. I will definitely use A & P for future work, and hope they send Mason again.

I was lucky and bless to find this wonderful and professional plumbing company. i had a main line clog in my house in Cross Lanes. from the moment i called and spoke with miss Sydney it was jut a wonderful experience, she was sweet and professional. Mason the tech that did my repair it went above and beyond with the service that he provided, he communicate with me on everything that he did and even send me a video of the lines being unclog up and running. because of this pandemic i have been tight with money as probably most of everybody. My mother had experienced a couple of extremely high water bills. We attempted to locate a leak. I went on line and checked Angis list and in a short time was contacted by the owner of A to Z Plumbing. He was very courteous and offered to send someone out today or tomorrow. His employee Sammy arrived early afternoon. He installed a shut off valve and determined the leak was between the water main and the house. He quickly located the spot of the leak and repaired it. We were very appreciative for their prompt and thorough service.. Would use them again if needed and also recommend them to others with the same problem.

I highly recommend A&P Plumbing! I had a horrible situation with broken drain pipes under my home in the crawl space and I had a real mess on my hands. I was just ready to give up and did not know where to start. I searched for plumbers on google and after reading the reviews about A&P Plumbing and the fact that they are Christian owned I felt this was who I should call. I spoke to the lady at the office and she was very understanding and reassuring. I received a call from Christian and he and Dustin came to my home to check the situation out. When Christian and Dustin returned to do the work at my home they went above and beyond to get my situation fixed. They worked hard, they worked in extreme heat and not so nice conditions and the work they did was top notch! My drain pipes are better now than when they were first installed. Also they noticed another pipe that had a very small leak in it and showed this to me and asked if I wanted them to fix that drain, too. I most definitely did want them to fix it! The leak they found would have ended up like the first one that caused such a mess in the first place – I was so thankful they found it, told me about it and fixed it. During the next week after they completed the work I noticed more and more the quality of work they did and how they hooked my pipes up with support/braces to keep them sturdy. I really appreciate all those I came in contact with at A&P Plumbing – the receptionist, Brandon, Christian and Dustin-they all were so kind, considerate and easy to work with-they made a horrible situation better. I am so thankful that I chose A&P Plumbing!

Mason was amazing. He explained everything he was doing. When he got here he asked me if I wanted him to wear a mask. I asked if he was vaccinated. We both were. He covered his shoes. He wiped up every drop of water. It was one of the best experiences Ive had with a service professional. I would highly recommend. The only thing negative I have to say is that it wasnt fully explained to me that the time started when he left the office and when he returned. I called for an estimate and from the person answering the phone to the owner, Brandon Hunt, coming out to look at the job, it was a good experience. Everyone was professional, yet friendly. The price was reasonable and the company got on the job quickly after giving me an estimate. The estimate was the price I paid. All the workers were polite, knowledgeable, and professional. They also installed gas logs in my fireplace which was an extra cost that I was told up front so there were no surprises with any of the costs. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

Recently my mothers sewer became clogged in half the house which included the kitchen and washer area. I determined I needed a plumber and set about locating one. My son in law and I called a total of 17 before we even got one to answer. Thankfully Sydney at A&P Plumbing answered. She was very professional and took down my list of problems and was very understanding when I explained that my mother was 89 years old and I really needed to get the problems fixed. Sydney scheduled an appointment for us for the following Monday morning. She told me someone would call me Monday morning to let me know when they left their shop as our home was about 50 miles away. Right on the dot I received a call Monday morning that they were on the way and they arrived on time at my mothers home. The Lead Tech was Mason and I must say he is good, very professional and knows his job. He had an assistant with him who was also very professional. Both wore face coverings, boot coverings and cleaned up completely when the job was completed. Mason kept me informed of what he was doing throughout the entire process. It was a tough job but Mason and his assistant stayed at it and finally broke through the clog. After unclogging the drain Mason then replumbed under the kitchen sink and did two double sink full of water drain test to make sure there were no leaks. As a former business consultant that reviewed private businesses I have a critical eye when dealing with any business. I give Mason and his assistant 5 stars for their work and professionalism, I give my first contact, Sydney the same 5 stars for her friendly and professional manner and finally I give the owner of the business which I have never spoken to or know a five star rating for hiring such fine representatives for his business. I highly recommend this company and will use again if the need arises.

Mason Elkins was my plumber. He was very knowledgeable and was able to identify my drainage issues. He didn’t have a long enough snake with him so he had to go back to office to pick one up. Came back pretty quick as we live in St. Albans. Fixed drain fairly quick. I felt the price was on the high side. But all in all mr. Elkins fixed our problem. Thanks for your help Mason!

Greg and Michael worked very well as a team. They were able to complete the projects they began last week and took time to make sure I was satisfied, which I was, 100%.

A & P Plumbing was prompt. They came out the same day I called them and they were here by the time they told me they would be. They were very friendly and professional. They unclogged my drain and gave me some advice for future reference. I would recommend them without hesitation.
