We Had issues with water not draining properly in our main drain line in the basement and Dallas and Christian came out and use a camera to see if there were any issues. They were very accommodating and knowledgeable of what the issue was. They gave a reasonable quote to get our problem solved. They had a very quick response time. We called on a Monday and came out on Tuesday. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

Brandon was on time and very pleasant, he immediately went straight to work exchanging out upstairs and downstairs toilets. He was articulate and extremely efficient. He also exchanged out shower heads and demonstrated for me how to cycle through the various water streams . He left zero mess behind and even hauled away the boxes from the new toilets.Brandon is an extra helpful and polite young man who even placed my heavy bathroom storage shelving unit over back of toilet.Brandon volunteered to take out a swarm of wasps that were huddled on the lattice inside my porch that I had just noticed. He told me to go inside while he sprayed the wasp spray I had in hand. I am highly allergic to bee stings and my Hero Brandon may very well have saved my life!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: We woke on a freezing morning to no heat. I called Chastain at 8:00 AM, and made an appointment for between10:00and twelve. The Chastain service person, Phil showed up at 10;20. looked at our heater and diagnosed the problem. He gave us an estimate of $325, left to buy the needed part, returned and before 12:30 the repair was finished. Phil was polite and efficient.We also asked him for an estimate for a water heater replacement and a small leak in one bathroom: Very reasonable, and we plan to follow up with Chastain for a new water heater, and any other plumbing and/or heating service we need.

We had a great experience with this company. I called on a Thursday requesting someone to come out and look at our AC unit that didn’t seem to be working 100% in the summer heat, and they were able to get someone out there early Monday morning when other companies had 2-3 week waits. Phil was our technician and he was very knowledgeable on the unit, the maintenance and repair it needed, and he was straight forward on all pricing as well. He got all the repairs finished within about 2 hours after the inspection instead of having to send someone else back later. We will definitely be using Chastain from now on!

Chastain Plumbing completed the replacement of all interior supply water lines throughout our home, installed a water heater, and added a whole house water filtration system. In addition they replaced all outside water lines from the water meter to our home and installed two yard hydrants. There were several interior walls that had to be cut through for the water supply replacement. Chastain Plumbing kept the repairs we would have to complete to a minimum and cleaned up completely when the job was complete. This was a big job that Chastain Plumbing completed, professionally and very timely! We could not have been more pleased. I would highly recommend Chastain Plumbing & Cole Chastain and his crew. I truly appreciate the guidance, care and professionalism shown by Cole and his crew!

I found Chastain Fall 2021 and hired them to install our new furnace A/C unit (we have a total of four units). Phil was involved in that project which is when we first met him. He came out today for routine maintenance and has cheerfully put up with my husband tagging along all morning. They have had a great time together today! Phil found several relatively minor items that needed repair. Unfortunately, I was unable to negotiate that 50% discount I was hoping to get - just kidding! We appreciate, especially, all the information Phil shared with us. An informed customer is a good customer/consumer! We are asking for Phil to be permanently assigned to us.

I had a gas leak in my home which affected my water heater and furnace. After reporting this to the city, my system was red tagged and cut off, leaving my family with no heat or hot water in November. After working with Chastain, I know I made the right decision calling them. Phil, our technician, was so personable, professional, and just overall helpful! He took the time to explain everything to me and was very thorough in his work. The office was also super helpful and responsive too. Even with all of the back and forth work that had to be done (taking turns with the city as they had to pull a permit, get an inspection, and call to have the gas turned back on), I had my heat and hot water back on within 48 hours! As a mamma with a 12 month old, I was very grateful!! Thank you Chastain for all of your help!!!

We have gone to Chastain for all of our HVAC needs for the past three years and let me just say that if you have been going anywhere else, you have been missing out on excellent service, both from the technicians themselves and the customer service. They are punctual and considerate not only of the problems you’re facing with your home but with your time. Every time we have faced an issue with our home’s heating air or plumbing and have called Chastain, they’ve gotten out to us within a few days time, usually the very next day and they’re always there when they say they will be. Phil, our most recent technician was polite, expedient and did an excellent job. He explained everything clearly and priced it all out for us so we knew exactly what was needed and what it would cost before we agreed to have any work done and the prices are always more than reasonable. They never try to price gauge and Chastain has always gone above and beyond, changing our filters for us and doing extra little checks that add up to keep our systems running well. They have our business for life.

This review is for plumbing services. We had Corbin and Jr come and install a gas line from our furnace to our upstairs for a stove. They also installed the stove for us. They arrived on time, were very courteous and professional, and willing to go the extra mile on the little things when asked such as making sure the stove was level. I ended up calling later to confirm something and Jr was courteous and willing to explain one aspect of the job that I had not seen in person.The price was also very fair and far more affordable than 2 other plumbers I had gotten bids from. Overall very satisfied with the service. Will definitely look to again with plumbing needs in the future.

We were pleased with the quality of work and the hot water heater and he also seemed like a nice guy. We got quotes from a few places and Chastains quote was right in the middle but they were able to get us on the schedule right away. We had an after-hours concern and called the phone number and someone got back to us within about 15 minutes. Overall, professional and good quality of work.

It’s never good when you need to call for service!However, when Jessie from Chastain showed up at my house he made the process a lot less painful. Jessie was probably one of the most polite,and professional contractors I have had contact with in a long time. He took the time to not only tell me what he was going to do, but also included me in the process so I could see what my problem was. He also said that my suggestions would only minimally add to the cost of service. So, yes, I deferred to him to reduce costs.Fixing an air conditioning unit is not cheap, but I believe that I received great service by a professional who understood the issues I was experiencing. During the coldest part of January 2017 called and told them we could hear the unit powering off and on. We still had heat so didnt want to be put ahead of anyone who didnt have heat. Within a couple of days they were out and diagnosed the inside unit was bad. Big expense with Christmas just being over with. They worked with us got it fixed and all is right with the world. Thank you for your quick response and understanding. People you can work with!

These are some good people. I dont know where to start. The customer service, work ethic, and knowledge are above & beyond. I needed my dryer vent line replaced. Phil came out to give me a quote. He was right on time for the appointment and gave me a very fair and accurate quote. Then a couple of days later, Phil & Connor came to do the installation and I was impressed by how efficient the process was. They got the job done in no time at all, without seeming rushed and providing high quality workmanship. From my first call to the completion of the job, every person Ive engaged with has been professional, courteous, and overall pleasant. In addition to quality work at a fair price. Chastain Plumbing has been wonderful to work with about getting our projects at home fixed. Cole was great to come out and give us an estimate. He is nice guy and honest about the work. Jennifer and Taylor in the office is very sweet and easy to talk with. They will get all your questions answered and gave me wonderful customer service which is so hard to find these days. Joe, Tammy, and Johnny are the people who got to come out to our house and installed our new shower. They are amazing workers and such nice people. I truly enjoyed having them work in our home. I highly recommend this company and Im very funny about recommending people. We are looking forward to them coming back and installing our master shower as well. We will be using them for any issues in the future. Truly a blessing to find a good and honest company these days.

Ive had to hire a couple of different plumbers over the years but Chastain has been the best. The service technicians were prompt, polite, considerate, and knowledgable. My 2 year old grabbed some play tools to pretend with the plumber, and the plumber actually explained what he was doing as he worked and played with my son! The prices were very reasonable, and the financing options are amazing. Ill definitely be using them to install a new HVAC this summer. Also, theyre a family owned local business so Im happy to keep my money here in Cartersville. Thanks Chastain!
