Id rate Decino Plumbing at 5 Stars PLUS! We had our exterior sewer line blocked up causing backup in a toilet. Decino came out and cleared the line but discovered a greater problem with exterior line when they ran the camera through. Because of ground erosion over the years, the line had over a 2 foot dip to it that caused more issues. Decino called the City out to clear the line on their end, then dug up line, leveled and compacted the ground, added rock, and replaced the line with new pipe and clean out valves.Communication with these guys was first rate. They came out immediately when I called and got us temporary relief, then did the heavy digging/line replacement all in one day.I would think most plumbing issues are emergencies, and ours certainly was. Decino Plumbing treated it as such and were very responsive.Previously, I had another company that I called that did little to nothing other than making excuses and delaying work being done. Were grateful to Pete, Zaine, and the entire team for treating our crisis with urgency and rectifying our problem with quality workmanship. Highly recommend!

AWESOME HONEST PLUMBER! Pete Decino is fantastic. Our washing machine hook-up faucet had developed a small leak. We thought the sheetrock would have to be removed, the hot & cold faucets replaced (might as well replace both as theyre the same age) and then the wall repaired. My goodness, we were certain it would be several hundred dollar in repairs. Pete arrived, assessed everything and found it was only a loose packing nut. Very reasonable prices, saved us $$$$. Ive been using Decino Plumbing for over 15 years for any issues that have come up. These guys are great and friendly, my dog wanted to go home with them. Today they came to fix a shotty repair I did over the summer, and I had them also install a new pressure valve and a new mixing valve for the garden tub. These guys were friendly, efficient, clean, professional and polite. Always fair pricing and I leave feeling confident they will be my first call next time. I highly recommend this company!

Mr. Decino came out within an hour of my call. He was confident, made us feel comfortable, and he was thorough. He didn’t give up after snaking one drain like the previous company; he quickly figured out the issue in our waste line, where to snake it from, and climbed up on our roof to snake the plumbing vent until he got the clog out and the issue was fully resolved. On a Saturday too! We will absolutely use him again for any type of plumbing issue and will recommend to anyone who asks.

I kept his card on my fridge and when I needed him again to finish installing my tankless water heater. I have had him plumb a commercial office suite and also do jobs at my residence. In all cases he provided the best service and value. He was able to figure out a plumbing problem with my outdoor water feature that multiple other contractors were befuddled with and estimated enormous costs. Not Pete! Decino plumbing took excellent care of my familys plumbing issues. I reached out to Petes team and reached Zaine after our instant hot water filter exploded in our newly purchased home, dumping gallons of water on our wood flooring. Zaine and Pete walked me through options via text and phone, even before coming to our home. When they arrived, Zaine and Colton were consummate professionals - they installed a smart water monitoring system to protect against future explosions and even educated me on some other plumbing features of our new home (including where we can shut off water to the home). After installing the new smart water monitoring system, Zaine and Colton assisted me in setting it up on my devices so I could properly access and control it (waiting patiently through multiple failed attempts to install on one device until we successfully got it installed on another). Most other companies would have abandoned mission after installation of the system even if I couldnt properly access or use it. They get an A+ in my book because they simply wouldnt leave until it was working properly for my use. I plan to reach out to them first for any other plumbing needs we have in the future. They provided excellent service during an era when good service is hard to find.

I have been making home renovations and doing the work myself, I got stuck on my kitchen faucet project and exhausted all of the help I could find on Google through videos etc. I gave them a call and the owner of the shop was not only kind enough to offer me instruction and guidance, he also texted me pictures of the tool I needed and even followed up with me the next day to make sure my project was taken care of. Not very often that you can get a trade professional to do offer advice not expecting compensation. Customer Service ranks very highly with me and these guys provided it at an exceptional level. Pete did a great job and professionally done. He responded quickly for a leak that developed in a hard place to diagnose, even leak detectors missed it. Hunted down and fixed the leak without unnecessary damage to bathroom and minimized damage to rest of house. Definitely will call again. Thanks Pete.
