Worth the call!! I had called a few other plumbers and they were priced higher than him. He showed up the same day and explained what the issue was and how he intended to fix it before he started working on repairing it. Was transparent, knowledable and professional. Had a wonderful experience with Steven and Good Neighbor Plumbing. After learning of a leak in some pipes in my crawl space, I contacted Good Neighbor Plumbing. Steven answered and was able to see me in only 2 hours! When he arrived, he was very professional and knowledgeable and showed me what needed to be done. He fixed my problem and talked me through what he had done. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the work and again, even more with his knowledge. Good plumbers are hard to come by these days but if you want quality work, this company is for you. Will definitely be using again!

I contacted Steven based on all the 5 star recommendations on Good Neighbor app. Very glad I did. Due to leaks, we decided to install two new faucet sets in master bath. Steven was excellent. Arrived on time, made helpful suggestions, installation was efficient and professional. I will definitely contact Steven the next time I need a plumber. His rates are very reasonable. He is very conscientious. 5 stars.

Steven, the owner of the business was a real pleasure to work with. He was very instructive and took the time to explain how everything should be done but never pressured me into anything so I didn’t feel like he was trying to up-sale me. He also took the time to explain the pluses and minuses to doing certain things and provided insight on plumbing related areas that has made me a more careful homeowner. As more plumbing issues come up, I will be contacting him for future work. He is definitely someone you want to keep in your contact list. After the work he did and his advise, he should change is company name to “Great Neighbor Plumbing”.

Steven was punctual and amazing! He helped hook up our new Weber grill to the gas line as well as fix a leak in our sink. He went to Home Depot to get the parts we needed and knocked it out quickly. In addition, he walked through some other plumbing questions we had and made great recommendations. Cant recommend him enough.

Steve is amazing. I had some questions about taking care of plumbing as a brand new landlord. I had gotten advise from other plumbers and realtor, which would had cost me more than I needed to spend. When I called him he took a moment to chat with me while he was taking a vacation. In the past Steve installed a garbage disposal and fixed a kitchen faucet. Every time he has done a great job. He is my go to person when ever I need plumbing service again.

We called Stephen at the last minute when we were told by our flooring installers that they could not be responsible for reinstalling our toilets.He made us his last stop and came out about 5pm, installed the toilets and replaced the plastic fasteners with brass.New to the area, we now have a plumber we can rely on.
