I have used 1st Choice plumbing about two years ago and they were so great, I said they would be the only ones I would ever use again for plumbing issues. So, when we had an issue recently I knew who I was going to call. Cameron was our guy two years ago and we were lucky enough to get him again this time. He is very knowledgeable and efficient and explains things so we can understand. He is very considerate and always helpful!

7/26/24Our 45-rooftop, townhome community in Downtown ATL had an underground water main leak. Cody did the reconnaissance & gave an estimate. Follow up was done by Heath, including an even more detailed explanation of the work, timetable & potential issues.🤔The job was complicated since it required going through the asphalt to locate & repair the leak and then replace the asphalt. First Choice coordinated the leak and utilities location prior to the beginning of the project.🤓The repair was done professionally - ahead of schedule & on budget. These plumbers coordinated with Rose Paving, the team that was to follow them with the asphalt repair.The entire job was smoothly and safely executed!!! The community is VERY HAPPY✴️💯✨12/24/22Heath (owner) & Cody (plumbing technician) arrived on-time today - actually EARLY, if you count that my original appointment was for tmo. My appt was made by Nikki on Christmas Eve; she answered my questions, called in advance to ask if I was available to move up my appt as well as called to advise the plumbers were on the way.The work included a ‘frost-free bib’ where the pipe had frozen behind the protected area. The bib is on an outside wall and Heath explained it was subject to the prolonged freezing weather + sustained winds.The problem was diagnosed quickly, the solution explained clearly and the work executed timely. They also found a broken pipe disconnected from my tankless hot water heater; they repaired this one immediately as well.Heath also explained how to prevent this type situation in the future. The insights are helpful now and will be preventive in the future.The service was exceptional and the expertise was invaluable. Enthusiastically recommend 1st Choice Plumbing!!!

It is clear that some people do not understand that professional plumbers cost professional prices!!I have used 1st Choice Plumbing for multiple plumbing issues in my home. The prices were always upfront and fair for the work that they provide. They are not the cheapest plumbers, but I do not want the cheapest plumber in my house. I’ve done that in the past and Cameron from 1st Choice had to fix the other guys mistakes. Very professional company and highly recommended!

The plumber was very thorough and saved us a lot of money by figuring out how to do our drain hook up without a pump. He also realized that our hot water tank was over 22 years old and said I was on borrowed time. He ended up replacing the hot water tank, as well. Great experience! These guys are my new go-to. Came out quickly bc it was an emergency (so grateful) and figured out where the water leak was coming from. Had us fixed up in no time. Super kind and explained everything.Do not be dissuaded by the fee to come out and quote a fix. Price to repair was competitive & fair. Especially when living in Sandy Springs usually means things just cost more. We wont use another plumber as long as these guys are around and will recommend them to our HOA as well. Hey everyone! I just wanted to share my amazing experience with 1st Choice Plumbing. They are absolutely the best plumbing company out there! Recently, they installed a Kerurig commercial coffee maker for me, and they went above and beyond. They actually took the time to read up on it beforehand to avoid any potential issues. Not only that, but they even suggested the perfect spot for it, saving me a whopping $2,000.00 in installation costs! I mean, how awesome is that? Most other companies wouldnt bother suggesting something that would save you money. And let me tell you, their service doesnt stop there. Ive had them install three beautiful Kohler toilets, and they were incredibly thorough. They actually informed me in advance about any possible increase in costs, which is something most plumbing companies wouldnt bother doing. Oh, and get this, they studied the Kerurig manuals thoroughly so that I didnt have to read anything! Talk about going the extra mile. I cant stress enough how much I appreciated that. So, if youre looking for a plumbing company thats not only affordable but also provides an exceptional personal experience, I highly recommend 1st Choice Plumbing. I’ve used 1st Choice Plumbing for repairs in 3 occasions within 1 years. The 1st was an indoor sewer line leak. The 2nd was an outdoor sewer line leak. The 3rd, a water main leak at the foundation. This company is always amazing!!!! We have used them for years!!!! We had a water leak, called Monday, scheduled for between 8 and 10 on Tuesday. They called at 7:15 Tuesday morning to notify me they would be at my home at 8. Sure enough exactly 8am they are pulling into the driveway!!!!Cody and George were so awesome! They truly listened to us and could not be more polite and professional!!!! I wish every company we used was like First Choice!!!!

Needed emergency service on Sunday and called 1st Choice. They responded immediately, gave and ETA and kept me updated on when they arrived. Arrived on time, Cameron and Joshua were very professional, worked clean and efficiently. Though they could not completely removing the root buildup in my line, they were able to clear it enough for temporary use. They showed me exactly what they were running into, what the issue was and what my options were. He also advised how we could still use the plumbing until we had a permanent fix which they will provide and estimate for. Based on the experience today, if the estimate is within the range of others I will get, I would definitely lean towards this company.

And he did all of this coming behind another plumber that ghosted me once installed. I have used 1st Choice Plumbing multiple times and cannot say enough about this company and its employees. The first time they came out Cameron was able to fix a problem under my kitchen sink that another company had tried and failed to remedy two times! During the last visit Cameron was able to install a new water closet that was giving my handy man fits due to the age of the original and parts needed to update. I will never use another plumber as long as Cameron and the guys at 1st Choice are still around. Their workmanship and customer service are second to none!

Outstanding job! I had a main sewer line that separated causing backup into the house. I called two name brand companies, one couldnt come for at least 8 hours, other didnt respond to weekend calls but referred me to 1st Choice Plumbing and Im glad they did. The owner Heath, answered the call on Sunday, described to me what he believed the problem might be and described exactly what his service tech would be doing when he got here. This company is in Dallas, GA and Im located in Canton, GA about 45 minutes away. Keith arrived within 1 hour, was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable and had me back operating until they could be back out to repair the main line. He explained everything he was doing and what would be involved in the repair. He came back out during the week and fixed the main sewer line and also discovered a crack in the main water line from a previous owners repair. He called me at work, told me what he found and had it all repaired and buttoned up in minimum time. Took pictures of his repair work and sent them to me before he buttoned it up. This company was TOP NOTCH. If I have any plumbing problems in the future, Im calling 1st Choice Plumbing right from the start. I know Ill get a professional, quality job, from a locally family owned business!

I am the chief engineer at a Hilton property in Kennesaw and we had a sewer line suddenly start to leak in our laundry room at 10pm on a Friday night. I did my best to help my engineer stop the leak but it was more serious than I thought because it was cast iron and located above the ceiling in a bad spot. I came back in on Saturday morning call the few plumbers in the area and who could not help us until one of the girls and another company gave me the 1st Choice phone number. She said someone would be there within 30 minutes and I no sooner got off the phone then the plumber was in the lobby of the hotel within 10 minutes. Cameron got this section of cast iron pipe replaced within an hour and a half!! It was in a tough locations but he stuck with it until it was done!! 1st Choice is definitely our hotels go to Plumber from now on.

I dont usually write reviews but Shawn provided such great service, I feel I have to. Shawn arrived and asked me what happened. After I explained he immediately knew the main line was clogged and got to work. He was very courteous when he removed part of a trellis to get under my porch and explained exactly what he thought was going on. I asked him a lot of questions and he responded with clear, detailed answers. Once he found the problems he clearly described them to me and walked me through my options. I would definitely use 1st Choice again and ask for Shawn because he was great.

From FaceTiming with me when I first called to help get preliminary answers, to Jamies thorough inspection in locating the leak, to partnering with a leak detection company to confirm Jamie found the right area (which he did!) to the crazy digging and pipe repair he did... Jamie even took pictures that he included in our invoice to help us with proof for our follow up the city regarding our water bill, and his text just hours later to ensure everything was exactly as it should be. We are so appreciative! While we hope not to need a plumber in the future, they will certainly be our first call if need be.

So I called and let them know I had a leak, there were at my home within 20 minutes to start figuring out what the problem was. Very professional people is an understatement! These people really know what they are doing and try to help you get what you need and save you money at the same time. He fixed the problem and even though water had leaked before they got to the house, they insisted on leaving it clean before they left. Absolutely unbelievable service. I learned of the backed up drain in my condo when my feet skooshed into wet carpet on a Saturday morning. I spoke with Patty at 1st Choice Plumbing at 9 am and she scheduled me for 4 pm. (They couldnt come right away because they were booked - thats good!) I was texted a few minutes before their arrival and Cameron and Trey were right on-time that afternoon.Like a good attorney/doctor/tradesperson, Cameron diagnosed the problem and planned a path to success, all the while making me aware of potential occurrences in the process. Well, it worked out just fine and promptly with their unclogging the backup with the snake. Their work was precise and the job was tidy when they finished.Tradespeople are not appreciated enough in our comfortable world. Patty was very knowledgeable on the phone about our specific issue, assuring us they were familiar with sump pumps. The men who arrived were also very knowledgeable and professional. Wow. When you have a plumbing emergency, these guys are your first responders. Sewage started spewing out of our basement shower drain on a Saturday afternoon. We obviously panicked, called many plumbers, not only were these guys talking us through problem solving on the phone, but after we couldn’t resolve the issues via phone they sent someone out within 90 mins. They were so professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Problem solved with back up plans/solutions in place. I can’t recommend enough. these people really saved the day and were super honest about the issue and price.
