Devoreaux was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to conduct a thorough inspection, informing me of what things meant and how things functioned. He ran his machine in the home’s pipe which removed roots and wipes, and also used a camera to dissect the problem. I would recommend Devoreaux to my friends as an honest, quality contractor!

Zack was the best! The job took a lot longer than it should have because he had to wait for the hot water tank to arrive. That took a couple hours and then he did not get all of the parts he requested to come with it so he had to wait again for the other tech to go to a store for them. Overall the service was excellent and I feel bad for Zack as I am sure he didnt anticipate the job to take almost all day to complete. The price was uncomfortable but Zack said it was competitive. When its an emergency you dont have time to shop for other quotes. I did however get some money off. Do you have senior discounts? I failed to ask about that.

We recently received another overly-high water bill for the second month in a row. After hoping the first month was a fluke, we continued to watch for signs of a leak, finally discovering a water line break. After calling A-Total Plumbing the following Monday, Dylan and his crew were out on Tuesday morning. Once the inspection was complete, he gave us our options: repair the break, or install a new line. As the water line was over 21 years old, we opted for a full replacement.Dylan and his crew worked diligently into the evening that same day to remove the old line, install a shut-off valve after the meter (a new code requirement), and replace the old rigid PVC line with new PEX.We are thoroughly pleased with the work that was done, and their employees (especially Dylan) were courteous and professional. We would not hesitate to recommend A-Total Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing repair.

The technician did a really great job! They communicated when they were coming and came on time. Did an inspection and got right to installing the faucet. It was a fairly quick and efficient process. Faucet looks wonderful! and works great too. I feel confident that the work was done right, and with plumbing thats super important to me. (work is warrantied as well) They will try to sell you other services, but if you dont want those things, there was no back and forth, just simply said no thank you and they took it off your quote and kept it moving. would definitely recommend!

I was told that I needed $500 to $1,100 worth of work on my shower, when all that was wrong were that they had switched the hot and cold water lines when they replaced all the water lines under my house this yr. ($10,000).Handyman came over after A Total Plumbing left, turned the knob all the way to the right and I now have hot water. Am I embarrassed that I didnt figure this out on my own? Yes but did not have any clue that the lines had been switched. I cant believe that I was going to be ripped off for $500 to $1,100 after Id already spent so much with this company.

Plumbing service: 5 stars, our plumber, named Devoreaux, did a great job at fixing our needle leak, he was polite, careful, efficient, and patient to explain what he was doing.Customer service: 5 stars, A-Total scheduled us on the same day, kept us abreast of their ETA, and was concerned about our satisfaction.Price: 1 star, be ready to face a significant bill even for minor repairs, in the order of $1000 per hour excluding materials cost (jobs are not priced per hour, but thats what it boiled down to for my repair: $904 for about 50 minutes on premise, with materials cost: 5 inches of copper pipe and 2 fittings). Even approximate costs will not be communicated to you before the plumber is on premise, which means they kind of hold you once there. I disagree with this approach to pricing.

Detected a leak on Sunday evening in the garage and figured that it was the main water line coming into the house. Called one other company on Monday and they didnt even care about sending anybody before Wednesday. So I reached out to A Total Plumbing and am super happy that I did. Kristie took my call and was super friendly, professional and had some compassion for what was happening. She put us immediately on the calendar for Tuesday between 2-4 p.m. and said she would put us on the priority list, should something open up. I didnt think this would mean much, but I got a text at 7 a.m. that somebody could come to the house by 9 a.m.! I was thrilled!Ashton and his crew showed up on time. Again, really friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He assessed the situation and gave us all the options that there were to deal with the issue. In the end we opted to run a brand new waterline from the meter into the house and avoid issues in the future. Ashton walked us through all financing options, explained all the steps and what was going to happen and where the new line was going to run. We left him and his crew and came back around 6 p.m. - they were still working and actually did overtime for our project in order to get it finished TODAY! Entire crew was friendly and they worked really hard all day in the heat to get this done for us.I am thrilled with the service of A Total Plumbing and would highly recommend them if you ever need to call a plumber. Invoicing/ Quoting went without a hitch, you get documentation for everything from financing, pictures of a job well done and on the warranty.Really happy that this got sorted within a day and faster than the competition would have even send somebody out for an estimate! :)

I needed a faucet repair on old pipes in the wall. Scott arrived early for his appointment and was very professional his entire visit. My pipes were a worthy adversary for any plumber but Scott was patient and gave me several options to fix my issue. He even checked my existing system-no charge and made me aware of things I never considered that will be things I may need to address in a few years. My issue took longer than what was expected because of the age of my pipes, but there was never a talk of more money or not completing the work.He was patient in fixing my resolution and triple checked his work and cleaned up the area better than he found it upon completion of the work. Scott explained every level of what he was encountering and kept me abreast of the situation and what needed to be done. I think I wanted to give up long before he did but he assured me my leak was going to be fixed. I would DEFINITELY use Scott again and have already referred him to my friends. I never thought I could love a plumbing company but this one is WORTH the call.

To start with, the service technician was very nice. I dont blame him at all for the experience that I believe he was well trained to do. I called them to fix a slow drip in my shower, they let me know that the technician would do a full service check of everything that was fine with me, and I appreciate the added service. I had a coupon for $60 of any service and they did honor that. After the service was done I received a quote for the leak (about $800). I told them no thanks because it was more than I wanted to spend due to a pending remodel planned.

After literally interviewing 5 plumbers, for leak on my property, I decided to go with Austin and Josh from A-Total plumbing. Austin was so professional and respectful. He even came prepared with his shoe booties. However the most important thing for me was price which was reasonable. My concern is that they didn’t uncover the leak in order to understand the scope of work before providing me with a quote and the initial quote was high. When I asked how they can provide me a quote for the work without doing so, Austin stated that it doesn’t matter what the job entails he has all the tools needed to complete the job. In spite of this comment they fixed the job in less than an hour. Job well done

We relocated from Fl to Ga and brought a home upon inspection we needed some repairs and an upgraded faucet. We passed by this company several times and decided to call. They sent out a tech (Brenden) who is the nicest young man who happened to be from South Florida. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed. They have our business for all of our plumbing needs. We will recommend it to others.

Scheduled an appointment online concerning a leak in my first floor ceiling. Technician arrived within the promised timeframe and was respectful and courteous. After spending an extended period of time outside technician informed me he’d need to cut my ceiling to troubleshoot the problem. After cutting approximately a 12” X 12” square and observing using a penlight flashlight he said the ceiling was noticeably wet which I don’t doubt considering the leak had occurred the previous evening. In addition, he claimed there MAY be mold present and a flood assessment MAY be necessary. To substantiate these findings, the technician claimed to have taken photos of the ceiling opening. For this service I was charged a diagnostics fee that was reduced by a coupon I’d received for being a previous customer. I rated this experience 2 stars in lieu of the convenience of scheduling online, the courtesy of the technician and his arrival within the promised timeframe. However, despite the technicians claims of the need for immediate attention to my plumbing issue, the list of items accompanying my invoice contained a generalization of optional upgrades and replacements. Also, the pictures of his so-called observations were not included. Further, after reaching out to the office staff to have the photos forwarded to my email, those received comprised of everything but the open ceiling. Go figure.UPDATEThe Service Manager promptly contacted me - within 12 hours - regarding the issues surrounding my initial review. He patiently listened to my concerns and assured me of his commitment to resolve them. In accordance, he personally submitted the photos I’d earlier requested and agreed to followup in complete resolution. In lieu of this, I’ve chosen to increase my rating to 4 stars. I feel this rating has been earned by A-Total Plumbing, not only because of the sincerity and commitment the Service Manager made in working to gain my satisfaction but also the great attitude and promptness of their technician!

I just found out that the water heater in my house was going bad. Austin was thorough in explaining what was happening, why it was happening and how the situation could be remedied. I opted to get a new water heater. George was the technician that installed my heater. He was equally as thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I learned a lot. I would highly recommended A-Total plumbing!!
