They showed up a little earlier than on time and the two guys was awesome!!!! They was very great at everything they did. One of my lines wasnt ran the right way and they came up with came up with a better way of running the line and they had it fixed in no time!!!! I diff want the two same guys come back later and redo all my old plumbing with the new pex. They worked great together and was very fast at what they do!!!!! I would 100% use them again and tell everyone I know about how good of a job they did for me!!!!! 5 stars all the way!!!!

As a small business owner, I appreciated the timeliness in which Rapid Flow Plumbing responded to a leak at one of our locations. We had a leak in one of our main lines, which if not properly addressed could have caused a lot of damage that would have been costly and resulted in major downtime. Jimmy and Dillon were both professional and knowledgeable and made sure I knew what was necessary to fix the leak and get us back up and running. I would highly recommend Rapid Flow Plumbing for your plumbing needs!

My wife and I are remodeling our home and decided on Rapid Flow Plumbing after meeting with Jeff the owner. A friend referred us and couldn’t be happier with our decision. We had a new tankless hot water heater installed by Dillion and Jimmy. I highly recommend you request them; however, our interaction with the whole team has been an easy and stress free experience. We are also have a new bathroom installed in the basement and look forward to having the crew return.

Very professional. Called, office staff new how to quote prices on water heaters and installation, quoted a price, said install could be done this week. We said ok, they came ,removed old heater, furnished and installed the new, removed and reset our washer, to get to it,furnished and installed the thermal expansion box to get us to now code status,cleaned up everything. Billy and Josh, were are installers, very well educated in their trade, no hiccups removing or installing. We paid them when finished, even used our credit card on sight, and told them how much we appreciate their company and them, being so professional, and customer service minded. The office thanked us for having faith enough in the company, to be a repeat customer. A rare find these days, thankful for your business, and showing the customer they can do whats expected of them. These guys get an A+ 5 Star rating. And when needed, we will use them again. The office staff also gets that rating, for being professional, eager to help, and knowing their products and pricing.

Did a fantastic job. First time Ive seen an hourly rate employee actually run to and from his vehicle. The work was perfect and he showed me a few areas that could get some work before they stop working. I already plan on using them again soon

5 Stars! Jimmy and Dillon removed one sink and replaced a faucet system in another in an old kitchen and were pleasant as well as professional. Then they heard that I had an issue with a flooded basement in my second home next door and immediately placed a heavy pump with PVC pipes they had in the truck and started moving hundreds of gallons of rain water out. Jimmy even told me he’s coming back out to check on the emergency pump he installed and replace the old sump pump which had stopped working. Down to earth, funny, honest plumbers who know what the customer needs and expects. I would refer these guys to anyone. THANK YOU! Jimmy you did South Georgia proud, haha. Great job guys
