I had a wonderful experience with this plumbing service. The expert I had was knowledge, friendly, prompt, and an excellent worker. I totally for got his name but he was great. I just hate I went through a home warranty because we went longer without hot water when the plumber could have fixed it in a matter of a day instead of waiting a few more days. However the plumbing service was honest and reliable!!I had another instance where I had used Rapid Plumbing. Ryne wasnt feeling well. He reached out ahead of time to let us know but still came to replace our water heater. He didnt have to but knew the severity of the leak. I appreciated the hard work and efforts. This guy knows his stuff.

Have recently used Rapid Plumbing to install a new sink in our basement. Shortly thereafter I discovered a slow leak and called for help. He responded immediately, while out of town and gave good advice about how to proceed. He came back, soon as he was able and found the probable cause. Had nothing to do with his work and fixed the issue, no charge. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs. He is honest and professional.

Ryne the owner is awesome !!! He came to my home in White, GA today to replace my kitchen faucet. I purchased the faucet late on Saturday evening, sent him photos, and he responded to let me know it was a good purchase for my kitchen. Before he came today he called, and texted me to let my know he was on his way. He replaced the faucet in just a short time, and also checked the water pressure in my house. No other plumber I have had to my home has ever checked the water pressure. The pressure was very high. so I am going to have him come back next week to replace the water pressure regulator. Ryne is very professional, has fair pricing, and gave me suggestions for some other issues with my homes construction I have been having. I will be using him for all my plumbing needs in the future.

I usually dont leave reviews but, we remodeled our bath in an older house and discovered we had a ton of old plumbing we needed to replace. They had it done in a jiffy and suggestions provided even saved us some money with some rerouting. I HIGHLY suggest Rapid Plumbing. They tested their own work and said if we had any issues to just call. Peace of mind is hard to find with work performed these days. I can not commend this company enough! Rapid Plumbing was recommended to me by one of my neighbors. I called Ryne to describe some of the symptoms I had been encountering with the lack of hot water in my home, and he scheduled an appointment quickly. Ryne took a look and knew exactly what the problem was. He had to special order a part, which took a few days, but Ryne communicated frequently the whole way. He repaired the issue and also made some preventative adjustments. I could not recommend Rapid Plumbing enough. Ryne is great to work with and does exception work at a fair value. He will be my first call for any future plumbing needs.

Ryne first repaired a leak in our hot water line quickly and helped save the kitchen. He did some renovation updates for us adding a second sink and new vanity in the bathroom. Then quite a few items in the kitchen connecting a new dishwasher, installing a new garbage disposal, connecting the new faucet and new push button for the dishwasher. He also connected the gas on the new cooktop, we read lots of reviews on the cooktop and people had issues controlling the flame on the cooktop. It was definately the installer and not the cooktop because we havent had any issues with ours. He provides great quality work, is professional and on time.

This was previously replaced by another plumber a year ago, but it broke again because of the poor quality of the pump that they used. Rapid plumbing explained everything clearly, replaced the broken pump with an excellent quality Grundfos pump. For any future needs, I will only go with Rapid Plumbing. I recommend them to everyone

I was referred to Rapid Plumbing Solutions by a good friend recently. We had an unexpected emergency, and needed someone reliable immediately. My phone call was answered immediately by the owner of the company, and he gave up his weekend afternoon, to inspect my emergency, with the hopes of coming up with a resolution to my problem. My wife and I were anxious and worried about the severity of the issue. Ryne was able to quickly assess the situation, and immediately assured us, that even though we had a bad leak, that he was able to assist us, and wasted no time in doing so. He was thorough in his assessment, and took the time to explain every step of the journey to put our minds at ease. During the process, we discovered other issues that needed attention as well. Ryne noticed the issues, and offered possible solutions, but not before explaining the pros and cons, that made it easier for us to make the necessary difficult decisions, with complete understanding of the matters at hand. He was knowledgeable and professional, and although the issues were quickly resolved, nothing about his work felt like a rushed job. He was simply efficient and effective! I hope to not need his services anytime soon, but if I, or anyone else I know, should fall into a plumbing problem, without a doubt, he’ll be the only person I call for help! Ryne came out and replace our kitchen drain line for us. Our old pipe literally snapped with the threaded end still in the connector. We were so scared we were going to have to pay a fortune to have that sealed up and the pipe reran through the floor. But he came out got the piece unthreaded and new pipes installed he also went ahead and installed our new sink and faucets we got for us. He made the stress of this non existent.
