    Dane and crew and the staff at Millwood plumbing always come through for me! They always do their best to accommodate the schedules of the customer. They understand the needs of the customer and treat them like real people in challenging times. The work is always superior and done efficiently and effectively. The best part is their rates are beyond reasonable and fair! I truly appreciate companies like Millwood that dont overcharge a customer just because the situation might be a little more urgent than a run-of-the-mill everyday plumbing job.     I have been using Millwood for years now. They are excellent. Millwood is always prompt, professional, and reasonably priced for the work they do. Recently, they helped me out with an emergency request with a leak in my house on the weekend. The owner responded almost immediately and was able to get someone out to perform the repair first thing the next morning. I cannot recommend Millwood more highly.

    We had a pipe break in the ceiling of our basement. The Millwood Plumbing crew responded quickly, pursued the leak methodically and corrected it quickly while showing care for the surrounding areas. Very pleased.

    Great experience most of our home is on a slab, first trip couldnt locate leak due to it being under the slab and no water showing, recommend a leak detection company. Once leak was marked they came back broke up the slab where leak was detected actually found a 2nd leak repaired both and replaced the concrete and were still under the estimated base time. Everyone was very professional and polite and were extremely careful not to make a mess or break anything. I felt the price was reasonable I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

    Called when we were having issues with water pressure. They were extremely quick to respond and to give a quoted price. Service was set for the next day, prompt arrival time, work only took 20-30 minutes to complete. Both guys that came out were polite and easy going. I will certainly call them again if there are any other plumping issues!

    We had a 911 situation at our home. We called Millwood and Jenny was able to get us a plumber within the hour. This was on a Friday afternoon. And when Dane arrived he explained everything. He did a terrific job resolving our issue in a fast and timely manner. We cannot thank Jenny & Dane enough and will use them again and we highly recommend Millwood Plumbing.

    This is hands down the absolute best plumbing company that Ive ever dealt with. I called no less than 10 other places, and Millwood Plumbing was out to my house and had the issue fixed in less than 2 hours. Additionally, I called them out later with some issues of concern while Im selling my home. The service, price, and knowledge remained top notch.     We have used Millwood for three jobs. The first time I called was an emergency septic situation on the weekend. I had already had another plumber out twice before I called Millwood. They came out after hours and fixed the problem. Since then I call them every time. They just finished a big remodel of a basement bathroom. They were always on time and their crews are careful, kind and clean. They even helped me find a tile installer and coordinated schedules directly with him. I am very impressed and strongly recommend Millwood.

    Talk about lifesavers, One of many people to get hit by the freeze Jan 2014 in Atlanta, came home to find an inch of water covering my downstairs. Got the water shut off. Shop vacuumed about 150 gallons of water, started trying to find a plumber, unfortunately everyone we called was booked for a week. We were looking at a week with no water. Started trying again going down the BBB listings, got to one company who also was booked for a week, they recommended Millwood Plumbing. Contacted them spoke to Gary (nice guy), said he would have a crew in route in 30 minutes, the crew ran into another broken pipe call where they working at the time, Gary notified me it would be an hour, sure enough they were at my door step within an hour, techs identified and repaired the broken pipe within the hour. Wish I had gotten their names, great techs, curious, showed us the pipe went only to a spicket, were its cutoff was separate from the water heater. How to avoid the problem again. These guys are BBB A+ rating, positive reviews, many awards. There price was excellent. I highly recommend this company and will use them in all future plumbing requirementsED Marietta Ga.

    I grew up in a tiny town in rural south Georgia where Mr Coy was your go to for all things plumbing, electric, HVAC, gas, and everthing else. You knew him, you TRUSTED him, and he was always fair and honest. Since moving to the Big City I have been searching desperately for my New Mr Coy. I have found him in Millwood Plumbing! My first experience was when I needed to have a pipe in my finished basement dug up and replaced. They came out took their time gave me an explanation/diagnosis and quote that was within a price range that I expected. They never mansplained anything which is a big deal for me. You might be thinking that thats no big deal that that is standard operating procedure. Well in my experience it is not. We bought a fixer upper so I have dealt with many plumbers, electricians, etc. Yes they all are nice when they come in the door and they give you up front pricing which is mostly itemized but unexplainable rates or completely unbelievable rates. The reason I am making a big deal out of this review is in this particular instance Millwood was not my first quote. My first quote was with one if the biggest plumbing companies in metro area and most talked about on talk radio. Their quote was 6 xs higher than Milwood and I was already $700 in before they told me what was wrong. 6 Xs higher!!!!!! I was very fortunate that my father had for site to include me in onadult conversations when applicable to life skills so I was aware how things should be and ballpark on how Much things should cost. That first company that came to my house isnt worth even talking about they are robbing people who dont know better.My second experience just happened. I called bc of an emergent problem upstairs this time and they had someone here within an hour and half. They came right on in and got to work. Like I have known them forever. They fixed it charged a super fair price and went on their way.I can not say enough good things about this company. I will never use anyone else and I will refer them to everyone. So to that point the only thing you need to know is that if you are looking for your Mr Coy scroll no further you have found them!!!!!!!

    Millwood Plumbing is outstanding. We have had them to our home three times in the last year on a variety of issues , toliet re-builds , leaks and a pressure problem. They communicate well and repair what is needed , not simply trying to upsell you.Millwood was referred to us by a long term neighbor , they are a contractor with great workmanship and integrity.

    Highly reccomend. We had a sump pump emergency and they were out at my home and had the issue adressed and fixed in less than two hours from phone call to payment. The, whom I assume is the owner, was very friendly. The technician was professional, very kind, and explained everything diligently. Very reasonably priced as well. If you need a plumber...do yourself a favor and give them a call! We called 7 plumbers who said they would call back and never did , but now...I’m glad they didn’t. This plumbing company right here, is phenomenal.
