He told me what to expect from my aging heater and explained what to watch for in future performance. He told me about a renewal opportunity and I signed up for three years at a competitive rate that fit my budget. We were very pleased with the service.

    Just saved me $1060 repair proposed by the first company with a cheaper service call than the first company I called by being more thorough than I was and more thorough than the other company by a lot. First rate service, couldn’t be happier, and genuine nice guy to boot. When I need another HVAC or plumbing issue address or this 18 yr old furnace does finally die I am switching companies to Guardian to replace it. He could have gone along with the diagnosis and switched out the gas valve but found it was actually electrical by taking no shortcuts in his complete troubleshooting process. I have heat just before xmas and don’t have to wait a week for a part that didn’t need to be replaced. That is how you earn a new customer.

    Josh Bennett is a great technician! We’ve used Guardian on multiple occasions, often for emergency service, and they come through every time. We’ve had Josh on a couple visits and he’s been prompt, courteous, professional, and gets results. Very happy with this company and with Josh!

    I was very impressed with James and Guardian. James came late in the day but didnt leave until he had figured out our issue. Although he couldnt fix the problem, he explained everything and gave options for the repair. Since our unit may still be under warranty, I will be contacting the installer. If that doesnt work out, I will have no problem contacting Guardian to do this work or any that I have in the future

    They advertise well. They wouldnt allow me to have the deal that I found in an ad that was still relevant and recent. Dont know what that was about. They installed a new system for me. I ran into some moisture issues because the initial install wasnt done correctly, but I brought it to their attention and they responded the next day to have the issue fixed. They sent the technician named Jamie Dias. He was extremely polite, respectful, and gave me updates from start to finish on what was going on. While I was not home, he spoke with my wife. I have not had any negative experiences with anyone Ive spoken to. The customer support staff as well as all of the technicians were a pleasure to speak with. I am happy with the overall experience. They owned their mistake and took action. Thank you, Jamie. Youre a life saver.

    I contracted Guardian Heating Air Plumbing and Electrical to service my furnace/air conditioner unit; This company is extremely proficient and efficient. All you have to do is call them and then a very detailed, professional process starts: They listen for your concerns, tell you the steps that will be taken to get you serviced, send you an email and text confirmation, including a profile of the Technician that will be servicing your home, along with a picture to ensure that you will be aware if the person is a true employee/technician from their company. Someone stays in touch with you until the technician reaches your doorstep and begins the servicing process. Every staff member that you come in contact with is kind, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. A Technician, Isaiah Stewart has serviced my home twice and I have never experienced the time and expertise that he exhibits. This young man is extremely knowledgeable about the entire furnace/HVAC Unit; he leaves no stone unturned; he checks EVERYTHING; talks to you and explains everything, so that you, the homeowner has a TOTAL understanding and can make the BEST decisions and take the best course of action. This young man goes above and beyond and is welcome to service my home whenever necessary. This company and Isaiah Stewart come HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by me; you will be completely satisfied.

    I want to start out by highly recommending Guardian. My service expert Justin Sipes did a wonderful job. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the problem and solution. Before Guardian serviced me I had another company come out to diagnose the problem with my furnace. The company obviously tried to sell me a new replacement instead of fixing it. As a customer I hate highly assuming what a HVAC company is going to push upon you. But Justincame, diagnosed, and fixed the problem for a fraction of what I wouldve paid to replace it.Guardian will be my preferred HVAC servicer moving forward. Adrian Burks.

    My AC broke down the first day of work summer and it was super hot in my house. The thermostat was reading 92° and I would have done anything to fix it. Angelo was the absolute best he was so friendly he was so personable organic conversation very fast very thorough He multitasked so the process didnt take as long and he fixed my issue My house is currently cooling down. In addition to that, the young lady who I first spoke with to set up my appointment was absolutely amazing as well she assisted me so well that it brought tears to my eyes because I was in a really really really tight situation.     We bought our house about 8 years ago and the hvac system was installed by and still under warranty with another company, so we used them whenever there were issues. Yesterday morning I noticed our AC was totally off and would not come back on. I called the company we have used over the years and they could not get anyone out until Monday. I called several other companies (some big, well known ones and another local one) and asked if there was any way someone could come this weekend and was basically laughed at or told that weekends and after hours are for their regular customers only. Maybe I was extra irritated because it was 94 degrees yesterday and we were getting hot, but I thought that was terribly rude! We’re in Georgia and smack dab in the middle of summer- and you’re not going to help someone because they aren’t a regular customer, or even if they were, some of these companies don’t send people out on weekends?? That’s craziness to me.Anyway, my neighbor recommended Guardian and when I called they were so sweet. They worked me in and said someone would come today between 8-6 and would call when they were on their way. Since we were worked in and this is busy season, I was not expecting anyone until the end of the day. David texted that he was on his way at 10:30 this morning- a very pleasant surprise!- and was great. Very kind, knew what the problem was right away, and got to work. He cleaned everything out and then checked the outside unit. He found an issue there, fixed it and cleaned that really good, too. He was so knowledgeable and answered questions and explained things along the way. He told us about their maintenance plan and did not push it on us at all, but because our unit is getting older and our problem was caused by us not maintaining regularly, we decided to do it. It ended up saving us some money today. The price was very fair and very well worth it.I have 2 kids, 2 dogs, 3 cats and a hot natured husband that I was so worried about and thanks to Guardian, we were uncomfortable for less than 24 hours. Their service is excellent, prices are great, and they now have a new regular customer because they cared about us even when we were not one! All those other companies could learn a lesson from Guardian. Plus they are right here in Cartersville! All about supporting a local business that cares about their community and hasn’t sold out to investors. Thank you David and thank you, Guardian- y’all are the best!

    What happens when you AC unit goes out on one of the hottest days of summer so far ?? Ill tell ya .. you call this company and they come out and fix it right away. They were fast , courteous, knowledgeable! And did NOT try to push or sell us anything unnecessary. Their pricing was phenomenal!.. I paid much less than I had expected. I had heating problems last winter and one of their technicians (Gio) literally stayed on top of the issue until it was fixed…i was getting so frustrated i was ready for him to quit 😂😂😂 but he didn’t!!!     Technician, Jordan, called just prior to arrival. During that time, a text was received identifying our technician, including picture and work history. Jordan was on time and very professional and personable. He was very efficient in his work. He resolved all maintenance issues with AC. When we went down to check furnace, there was water all over the floor. He was quick to discover issue. He was able to provide me with a quote for repair.     It was a great pleasure meeting Justin, inpsite of all the heavy rain and lightning that were occurring at the time, It didnt deter Justin from performing the task at hand. He has a great personality. Due to the disrupted weather, Justin stated that he was unable to test the air conditioner system thoroughly. However, if there were any issues, to give him a call and he would return and address those problem. Time will tell, over all, my opinion, Justin is a good human being, the world needs more people like him. To be clear, I never met Justin before today, I was impressed.

    Coming home to your home being almost 90° is never pleasant. We called Guardian and Josh showed up same day! Josh went thru, troubleshot our unit, diagnosed what the issue was in no time.     Purchased our first HVAC unit in 2022 on very short notice (compressor died in builder installed unit) Guardian was great - they came out promptly, diagnosed that the compressor had kicked the bucket and was no longer in warranty and gave us options to either replace the compressor or the entire unit. We opted for the higher end American Standard unit as replacement, scheduled, installed, no issues. The replacement cost us nearly $11K.We knew it was only a matter of time before HVAC #2 (installed by builder) died. Summer 2024 has felt abnormally hot so I was not shocked when HVAC #2 struggled and started tripping the breaker/causing issues. Because our experience with Guardian had been so great the first time, we called them back.Again, they were prompt in coming out for a service call. The HVAC had not died yet, but the tech did state that the compressor was on its last legs and it was a matter of when not if. I was not keen to be without HVAC in the middle of summer so they made a follow on appointment with the salesman to come out. We opted for the for the same brand again given their quality and he recommended one that would help mitigate humidity (etc,….you know, salesman things, but their salespeople are not high pressure which we do appreciate). We scheduled the new installation for last Monday (7/22/2024). New year, new model, and, not shockingly, new price. New unit cost nearly $12K with a 10% discount for being. a return customer ($13K+ if we had been a new customer).Installation seems to go fine, but that same evening I notice that our thermostat is set to 70 (normal for us) and it’s 73 in my house. It was not insanely hot that day since we’ve had a ton of rain for the last week. I asked the husband to check the breaker, the exterior. unit (it was running), and after an hour or so it seemed to cool the house down again so I thought we wait and see. The very next day, same issue only it was very obviously not cooling at all. Houston, we have a problem. My husband calls Guardian back late in the day and they say a tech will come on Wednesday. They send out the same tech who came out for the initial service call. I joke with him that this isn’t the ‘way we should be starting this relationship” and he would take a look.According to the tech, the 3.5 ton unit was programmed incorrectly upon installation. Programmed the blower to accommodate a 2.5 ton unit (ours is 3.5) which froze up the system, potentially burned out the brand new blower fan and now we have *no* working HVAC for our downstairs (pretty important on the important scale when you both work from home full-time and Georgia summers). Feedback is they will have to order the part and husband engages to find out timeline…..up to a week. Here we stand, one week later with no part arrived and no estimation of when it will arrive (husband called today and feedback was “part is pending confirmation’ (WHAT?!! Pending confirmation of WHAT?!), no working HVAC and $12K in Guardian’s proverbial pocket. Our unit has been installed 9 days and worked for 1 out those 9 days. Not a great start, Guardian, not great.I absolutely understand if the fan was faulty that Guardian didn’t manufacture it, but I expect a business that we’ve pushed nearly $23K in business to in less than 24 months to make a more concerted effort to request a rush for the part to your customer and install the thing when it’s the middle of summer and 90+ degrees most days. To say we are unhappy on Round 2 is more than an understatement at this point.Updated resolution below.————————————-8/1/2024 Update - HVAC blower replaced vs them awaiting the part from American Standard and we’re back in the land of AC. Not pleased we waited 8 days for resolution, but we do have one so we’re overall happy and adjusted stars to account for them resolving the system breakdown.

    Just had another service call with Guardian due to warranty issues of a system Guardian did not install. Although Guardian bears no responsibility in addressing the warranty issues, they continue to do so nonetheless. The owner Richard has been instrumental in helping me get my warranty issues addressed even though he is not required to take on another installers equipment. There is only one call to make when needing air conditioning, heating, or plumbing repairs and installation.

With the current extremely high temperatures we are experiencing, I communicated to Angelo that one the units at our primary residence was not functioning properly and we were scheduled for service in 3 days, Angelo reached out to scheduling and let them know we were less than 15 minutes away and that he could resolve the situation quickly which would have our AC operating properly and eliminate the additional 3 days we were supposed to wait.     We just bought a house. Wondering why there was not much airflow upstairs. Called around to multiples HVAC people. Some of the bigger, more well known, companies route your call to an offshore call center in which the person answering has no idea what youre saying. Called Guardian and they had someone in our area the next day. Took him only a few minutes to find huge slices on the ducts, causing leaking of most of the airflow into the basement. He got us scheduled for the next business day to replace the ducts, and got us a great price as well. Would highly recommend using guardian to anyone who needs, or may need in the future, work on their heating and cooling. Very thankful that it didnt break the bank also. And if youre lucky enough to get Angelo, youre getting the best level of service possible, and a good person who is looking out for you.
