    I really appreciate the positive and very quick response received from RSM Plumbing. Mike and son completed the job of installing my new water heater even though it wasn’t an emergency. I know in a real emergency Mike and son would be right there to help quickly. I would call RSM plumbing again for any plumbing need because I know I’m dealing with an honest and legitimate plumbing company that cares about their customers delivering a quality job at a fair price. Mike quoted me a bid and that’s exactly what I paid. I would recommend RSM plumbing to all my friends or anyone that needs a professional plumbing job completed. Thank you Mike and son for helping with my project so I will continue to have hot through the winter.

    After purchasing a new (older) home and before moving in we found no hot water. I found RSM PLUMBING online with lots of good reviews. It’s a local company owned by a firefighter who works on his days off from the fire department.I contacted by email and Micheal came to meet me and check the heater. He gave me several options. First was fixing the old heater to get it working. He couldn’t promise it would last after changing the element since it’s 16 years old. He recommended getting a new heater but left it up to me.That was my plan anyway. He came out a few days later and replaced it. His apprentice/son was with him. They did an excellent job removing the old heater, hauling the old one off, and also fixing a part on the furnace that had been installed wrong. As a fireman he knew this.I’m sorry it took me a month to post this review (I had saved as a draft).If I have any other plumbing needs, I will definitely contact TSM. They’re very knowledgeable and professional.

    Mike and his son replaced two of our toilets as well as a shut-off valve, and did an excellent job! True professionalism, friendly, and very fair in their pricing. We will definitely be using their services again in the very near future for other projects!

    Mike with RSM Plumbing llc is straight forward honest and very professional in dealings from the Ruffin of our project to the finish trim. Maintained timeline and keeping us on budget with our project perfect fit for any emergency call or remodel or re-piping a house. This is the team you need. I’ve used them several times on personal projects commercial projects and remodeling and they can handle anything you throw at them. I love dealing with them treasure Valley locals that know the area, knowing the Plumbing that was in the valley from early on to recent and all of the code requirements to keep everything up-to-date. I would give them more than five stars if I could. I am a general contractor that takes on projects from remodeling to commercial and rely on RSM plumbing for all my projects and they have definitely came through and helped me out.

    Great company responsive to needs and understood what I needed I’m a fish hobbyist and Michael has some background in why I needed a laundry sink that would make it easier to clean and replace water etc. the installation is really clean and I appreciate the detail to safety

    Mike and his son were very professional and did their jobs very thoroughly! They got done on an entire house re-pipe in 4 days! (We have a 3 bedroom ranch style home.) Everything is in tip top shape and up to code! We really enjoyed working with them. They told us every detail every step of the way that way we were to know what we were going to be having done. Very professional as I said. Were even hiring him on to do some ductwork fixing! Cant wait to continue work with him!

    Great job putting in our hot water heat pump. Mike was very responsive and was great to communicate with. They came out on time and did a very nice job of installing my unit. Great folks.     Mike and his son did a fantastic job re-plumbing my older home and complete remodel of my bath. It was not an easy job but turned out great. They removed and disposed of old fixtures-a plus for me and did a good job with clean-up. Mike gave an estimate which was very reasonable considering everything involved.     Very thorough, professional, & highly skilled. Would definitely recommend their services! We have an older home that had “challenging” plumbing - MANY unnecessary bends leading to the main septic line - Mike took the time to actually repair the problem, rather than just running a snake through & clearing the clog, like other plumbers had done previously. That was a couple years ago, & since his repair, we have not experienced those issues since!

    RSM plumbing really helped us out! We had a leaking faucet and it was causing a ton of issues, within a few hours they were at our house diagnosing the problem. Once found, they were awesome in helping fix the problem. We have had no issues since then and if/when another plumbing issue pops up, they will be our first and only call

    Mike and his son did a great plumbing job at our house. We had a leak that started in our upstairs bathroom and went down to our kitchen downstairs. Obviously we freaked out because I couldn’t locate where it was coming from. Mike quickly located it and with in an hour he had the leaked stoped and taken care of. Pricing was super reasonable and we haven’t had issues since. Overall a great Job I would definitely recommend them to our community.

    This company will go the extra mile for you. We have an old house with very poor access to the plumbing that all needed to be replaced. Mike explained what would be involved and gave a clear, fair estimate of cost and time needed to complete the project. He finished the work in a timely manner, was pleasant to work with, and we couldn’t be any happier with the end result.

    I would rate RSM Plumbing more than 5 stars if I could! My new home had Polybutylene piping, which was 15 years past its prime, and aftera recent flood in another home, I needed a complete re-pipe to prevent future issues. Out of the five quotes I received, Michael and RSM Plumbing stood out for their re-piping expertise, professionalism, fair pricing, and availability. Their communication was exceptional. Michael was one of only two plumbing contractors who followed up on the quote, and he took the time to explain the process and offer helpful options, such as relocating shut-off valves. During the re-piping, Michael also discovered an active drain leak, which could have caused severe damage if left undetected. I highly recommend Michael and RSM Plumbing for any plumbing or re-piping needs.

    Thank you RSM Plumbing! Truly going above and beyond in service!So our water heater quit working this past weekend. I took a cold shower Monday. When I got home from work I checked Yelp reviews for plumbers.Michael with RSM Plumbing responded with his cell number asking me to provide more information.On the call Michael went above and beyond. He told me what to check and how to get the pilot relit. Saying if it works, awesome. Please consider me foryour future plumbing needs. He told me he would be passing a plumbing wholesaler and would stop there and call me to see if I had been able to get the pilot relit.He called me 15 minutes later. I had not been able to get the pilot to light.We agreed to install a new one. He reviewed my options. In the conversation he found out I had taken a cold shower that morning. He asked about family and I told him my wife has stage 4 ovarian cancer.He told me there was no way he was going to let her have to take a cold shower. He was already enroute to another service call but, he would installthe new water heater tonight.After finishing the current service he was on. He arrived with his son to install the new water heater. They worked until 8:45pm!My wife was able to get a hot shower and I woke up to be able to get one this morning.Its hard these days to find that kind of compassion and service!Thank you to the Papp family, RSM plumbing!

After 2 days without a kitchen due to a completely clogged drain, countless trips to Home Depot, and trying every trick, tool and contraption we could get our hands on, the hubs conceded defeat and we called a plumber. Mike with RSM was there 1st thing the next morning, and I had my kitchen back on time for brunch 🥂. When you need a plumber, you NEED RSM! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
