I am so thankful that I called Beacon Plumbing & Mechanical. My appointment was scheduled by Michelle the receptionist who was an excellent communicator. The team of Marc & Brady arrived at my house right on time. I explained my plumbing issues & in a short time Marc had an estimate that we came to an agreement on. It is always nice to know the cost up front. I said we have a deal & they went to work immediately. This was a 5 hour job & all aspects went smoothly. I was very satisfied with their courtesy, knowledge, fine craftsmanship & professionalism. A job well done at a fair price is what we all desire. Thank you.

Beacon Plumbing did a spot repair to my leaky main line from the meter to the house 5 months ago. They could not provide a warranty on the repair because of the age and condition of the line which is fair. I took the chance on the repair vs pulling a whole new line.Well, today the grass was soaking again in the same spot. Alex and Ethan were out within an hour of my call and digging!They removed the previous patch and Alex explained and showed me how the pipe used for the original repair was damaged. Because it was a part they supplied, they would redo the repair under warranty.They had it fixed, and the soil and grass replaced in about 3 hours. No charge, not even a callout fee.So nice to find a company with honesty and integrity. They could have easily charged me for the repair again (and I wouldnt have complained), but they stood behind the original repair and confirmed that it was their part which failed.To top it off, the guys were professional and great fun to talk to.So glad I found this company. They will get my business again when needed, and they should get yours too.

Wow what a fantastic and ethical company. Highly recommend to everyone. We called at 9:30 am with a leak outside our garage area coming out of our electrical box!!!??? Beacon came to our home within an hour and half. Joshua V. was our technician, he was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He found the leak to be coming from our neighbors well (they have had some construction going on). Joshua V. refused to charge us any fees for the service. The $39.00 service call fee would have been perfectly reasonable to charge....THANK YOU SO MUCH BEACON

Hello! I wanted to give a 5 star shout out to Beacon. I had them change out the 22 year old water heater before it finally kicked the bucket. I shopped around, their prices were comparable and reasonable, but they came in UNDER expectation. Price isnt the most important factor of course and the review only gets better. They were very flexible while I was looking at options (I was considering doing some of the work). As I said they were flexible, they were also responsive and followed up. Jonathon did the work and he couldnt have been nicer, or made it prettier. I was waiting to submit this review because I wanted to wait for the city inspection to complete (I pulled the permit, inspection, etcetera but Beacon was happy to). The inspection is complete, it passed with flying colors... Im not surprised. Ive used Beacon for two jobs now, and will continue to use them (though I hope I dont need them).

Beacon Plumbing was very helpful to us. We had a clogged kitchen sink. They came out in a Timely manor and snaked the drain. Unfortunately the sink was backing up just hours after their work.We called, and in less than 24 Hours Alex returned, crawled under the house, accessed the problem and got the pipes to drain. He was professional, helpful and knowledgeable. We appreciated the prompt response and would recommend their services.Thanks to Alex.

We were experiencing slow drains in our house and needed help diagnosing the problem. This was late Friday afternoon and were in fear of being without use of our system for the entire weekend.After speaking with our next door neighbors we were referred to Beacon Plumbing and they sent Johnathon to help us. We were told he would be here in 30 to 45 minutes, which surprised and pleased us greatly. Johnathon arrived promptly and started scoping our drains letting us know that the drains inside our house were not blocked but found a serious problem in our sewer pipe under our driveway which had been damaged by a utility burying conduit for fiber optic. Johnathon set up a plan to repair our problem and thoroughly explained the process which was to begin Monday morning.The crew from Beacon arrived Monday morning as we were told and began working to remove concrete, excavating gravel and soil to expose the damage to the sewer line. They worked diligently in upper 90’s temperatures and were able to repair our pipe and get our home back to us so we could get back to normal. The entire crew were very professional and answered any questions we had as far as the repairs were going and even tolerated me watching and answering questions that they probably thought were silly and that anyone would have known. After this experience I would definitely recommend Beacon Plumbing, Heating & Mechanical for any problems that might arise.

We had recently purchased a house in Caldwell. With cold temps in the forecast we wanted to confirm the integrity of the HVAC system. We came across Beacon on Yelp. I gave them a call and they were able to get us on the schedule immediately. The day of service the guy showed up and went right to work. We cannot recall his name but he did a fantastic job. I was a little concerned about the price but I know sometimes you gotta pay up to get top tier service. Cheaper is never better. He answered all our questions and gave our system a clean bill of health. He even vacuumed the floor under the attic access in the bathroom. Thanks to Beacon and their outstanding tech we are comfy cozy on Gods Way Lane. I would definitely recommend Beacon for that 5 star service.

This was not an easy job. We had a water pipe leak 42 inches underground and along with it somehow the power got cut to the barn. They worked half a day on memorial day and needed to quit only because they couldn’t get parts due to the holiday. I didn’t realize that we had no power to the barn until I went out late and tried to feed in the dark. I called Ken at 7 AM and let him know that we had no power to the barn and he worked to get an electrician to show up at the same time they did with the parts. I’m not gonna say it’s one of the cheapest repairs I’ve ever had, but I’m glad to have had Beacon do the work and so far it looks like it was done right! Fun guys too.

Hello, my daughters home had no heat. She is disabled and getting too cold was an issue. I called Beacon and they came out the next day. John was so helpful and kind.When I told him we need the furnace and air conditioner installed that day before my son in law got home from work, he called another technician and within 30 minutes they had finished with minutes to spare.My daughter and I were also wrestling with her dog. Each time someone new çame into house, he would bark. By the end of service John and others were best of pals with Parker.Truly, stop freakin and call Beacon! You will not be sorry!

Brady Larson of Beacon Plumbing came to my house on a Sunday two months ago to repair a backed up garbage disposal in our kitchen. He did fine work and explained the problem with potato skins in the disposal. Fast forward to last night, my wife discovered a leak beneath the kitchen sink, so I called Brady and we made an appointment for 8 AM today. On time, he repaired the leak under the sink by tightening a connector for some white drain pipes. He explained that the repeated vibration from a garbage disposal can sometime loosen other pipes. He did not charge me for this service. He was very professional, friendly and knows his business. I highly recommend Brady. He even gave me a seniors discount and a veterans discount two months ago! Beacon Plumbing is very fortunate to have someone like Brady Larson on its team!

We live in the McCall area and have our own well. An important fitting that holds the pressure switch and gauge cracked and we had a major leak. I attempted to repair it myself and managed to get things back in working order except for the union that connects the pressure tank to the fitting I replaced. It had a slow drip that I couldn’t fix. Plumbers are very busy and in short supply up here. I called seven different ones and Beacon was the only one that actually called me back. They were here within two hours of my initial call and were able to stop the leak. Preston and his apprentice Blake were polite and professional. Joshua Vickery from beacon plumbing came out today to fix my hose bib. He was efficient and had it fixed in no time. This is the second hose bib I have had to have fixed in the last few months, and beacon came the same day and beat the price of the first one substantially. We just discovered this company this week, because I had a kitchen flood. Beacon came out within a half an hour of us calling. Beacon responded immediately with attention to detail, quality workmanship and professionalism. I would strongly recommend using this company for any of your plumbing needs.

Beacon sent someone out the same day we called, which was a pleasant surprise. Josh and McCoy fixed the issue--some leaks under our kitchen sink and a cut refrigerator line, all stemming from a new refrigerator and dishwasher installation (done by someone else)--in under an hour. They even alerted us to a potential electric issue, so we were able to call an electrician to have a safety issue with the dishwasher addressed. We will definitely use Beacon again as the need arises, and would recommend them to anyone.

Beacon has done a wonderful job for us! Our master shower faucet broke down late in the afternoon and Beacon was able to come out first thing the next day (they even offered to come out same day). They were so quick, professional, & fair that we had them look at a couple other things we hadnt planned on fixing; Chris and especially Josh got right down to business and replaced another faucet for us. Josh even spent extra time looking at our jacuzzi that hasnt worked for years and quickly discovered the problem and what was needed to fix it. First time working with this company. They were pleasant from the very first call. The company or technician would always call beforehand to let me know of their ETA. Once on site our tech, Alex, was super easy to work with and answered all our questions. He had everything needed to accomplish the tasks and was very knowledgeable. The second trip out Alex and Jack made speedy work of a temp set on a water heater so water mitigation and hazmat could get in for their work. They gave me the option of having someone come out on Sunday (for a off hour fee) or if I could wait for Monday with no fee.
