I had my water heater replaced today and had nothing but a great experience. I have been having insufficient hot water supply for months and decided to address it myself. After troubleshooting it and realizing that it had years of sediment buildup I began looking at prices at lowes. Lowes offers an install service via Right Now heating and plumbing. I was hesitant as I really didnt want to incur an unplanned purchase of this magnitude and can usually do most repairs myself. I did end up having Right Now install my water heater as the service was great, the prices were fair and was completed by 2pm today. Enough said. Thank you to Cody, Josh and Sergio and everyone back at the office that were involved with my purchase and install.

Right Now Heating and Air replaced our furnace when it went out this winter just a few days before Christmas. It was negative temperatures outside the morning it went out and they were able to send someone that same day. They said there would be a technician out to my house anytime from 12-3pm and they ended up getting to my house closer to 4pm. The day it went out was a Thursday and since it was Christmas weekend, they originally werent going to be able to actually do the install until the following week. Our technician was able to pull some strings and got someone out the very next morning to do the install on Friday so that we could have heat in our home for Christmas that Sunday. So grateful for that! Our heat exchanger was rusted and corroded along with some cracks in the furnace, so we needed a whole new unit. The technician seemed knowledgeable and took pictures, allowed me to see exactly what was corroded/rusted out, and explained why it needed replaced. Overall, the install went fine and the only complaint I have is that the 2 guys that came to do the install left sunflower seeds and screws leftover hidden in my carpet. I have small children, so glad that I was able to find them with my vacuum after they left... Would have appreciated a better cleanup job, but other than that they were quick, efficient, and friendly. They scheduled an inspection for about a week and a half later. Inspection passed and all has been great with our furnace since! Big thank you for the speedy service during the holidays!! Would recommend and use this company again.

Our pipes froze and we thought they burst due to a leak. With 15(!) houseguests due to arrive that evening, I called for an appointment and they were able to get me in the same day. It turns out the leak wasnt from the frozen pipe. It was actually really tricky to find, but the techs were determined and persistent and wouldnt step until the problem was found and fixed. It ended up being the kitchen sink drain pipe, which they fixed immediately. Both technicians were professional, personable and efficient. I would enthusiastically recommend this company to our friends and will plan to use it for our future plumbing needs.
